Visiting from out of town 10hrs away and we get there around 9 and went to our room and it was disgusting! All three rooms doors don’t latch! Went through 3 rooms! Not cleaned, stained carpets/curtains, water stained ceilings, dirty lobby/hallways, holes in carpeting throughout building. Receptionist hands a manager key out to just anyone to check out rooms. This is very poorly kept up with and handled. Paying almost $300 for 2 NIGHTS! I’m highly upset and don’t appreciate this. 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️

Yesterday I get a call to come get my kids from their father who is staying at the hotel and spending time with kids at pool. The hotel staff approach their father for no reason while they were swimming demanding he prove he is a guest there. After saying yes and showing his card they still insisted on more proof. They did not request proof of stay from anyone else in the pool area just him. He was singled out for his skin tone. The staff kept accusing him and threatening him to the point it was to much for the kids (one which is special needs). My kids got in the car still wet in 20 degree weather and crying because they were scared and saying we didn’t do anything wrong. I then had to have a convo with them about how some people treat other people with different skin tones badly. They were so upset. The staffs behavior was clearly out of hand. Once the kids were gone he checked out which they refused to refund his room after that treatment. This hotels behavior is appalling.
