The staff here were very friendly and helpful. I was having difficult getting a ride to a venue — — morning and afternoon staff were most helpful in assisting me. The rooms were very clean.

The employee bwas very pleasant. The hotel looked nice and update. The room was very comfortable. It did smell a bit musty at first and a couple things in the bathroom looked pretty worn. Overall, would definitely stay again!

Staying here for a grand opening. Hotel amenities are fantastic and surprisingly generous. Laundry facilities are free and the breakfast is quite good for a standard hotel. Would stay again when in the area!

Great place to stay! Room was larger than had anticipated. The floor needed to be shampooed cause my 11 month crawled around only a little and her knees were black! Guess probably all motels are like that though. Overall it was a good stay.

Stayed here while visiting Tanganyka Wildlife Park. Very nice roomy suite for 3 adults. Free hot breakfast served our needs just fine. Would definitely stay here again.

I really like the Choice hotel chain. They are consistently a great, comfortable place to stay. This hotel has a couple of signs of wear (business center chairs were a little torn up and the coffee table in the room had a large ding in the corner) but overall I had a good experience. The room had a nice sitting area with a desk, couch, refrigerator, microwave and tv. The sleeping area also has a large tv. Breakfast was good with several choices. Overall a good place to stay.

I was very pleased with the experience at checking in at the front desk. The lady gave me a room that was even quieter than one I reserved.

Me and my grandparents stay here every time I love it but there pool could be a little bir warmer.

Rude tweaker chick working front desk. Property stolen right in front of the bubble camera and they tried making excuses. Wouldn't pull camera without police report. Don't go here. The chick at the counter left a note on the case that said someone turned this in empty as she was leaving at 7pm. The iPad did not sit there for twelve hours and she did not report it to the police. It has been four weeks and still no recording has been turned over to the police. And now the owner is not returning calls. Choice hotels told me they are not responsible for how their hotels treat people. That lobby was not that busy from 3pm to 7pm. Go to my Facebook page I recorded the phone calls with customer service and the owner. The actual owner not the person who commented said they didn't even have access to their own security camera recordings. So protecting customers and their property are not top priority anyway. Not to mention this hotel posted a job opening for front desk clerk one week later.

Only stayed one night but the staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was good. I would suggest that they replace their c. F. Bulbs with led and place a little better lighting in the rooms but that is a minor thing. Was an enjoyable experience overall.

Close to Wichita Airport, comfortable and adequate accommodation. Room heating and cooling unit was in need of some TLC but otherwise functioned ok. Room was spacious.

Housekeeping was hit and miss for us at this hotel. I understand limited service on holidays but don't understand the hit and miss service the rest of the time. One day it was done and the next day they never touched the room. Front desk tried to answer questions but we were told the manager would be in the next morning and would let us know. We never hunted him down before we left because we thought it should be his place to contact us. We're not too impressed with his customer service.

Didn't order room service, and didn't try the breakfast. Also didn't use the shuttle or talk to front desk other than to check in/out. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds are hard and difficult to get comfortable on. The room was not stinky, but it also did not smell exceptionally pleasant. The HVAC unit had an odor to it somewhat like urine and burnt hair, so it did not get used much. Overall, the stay was about average. Not exceptional, but also not bad. Pro: friendly staff, clean rooms. Con: slight odor, moderately uncomfortable beds.

Well, at least this Comfort Suites had the World Series on the room TV, unlike the night before in Salina that did not have the World Series on their cable system! However, this suite had only one moderately sized TV and the couch faced the opposite direction and could not be moved. This made viewing the game very uncomfortable. Also, the room A/C did not work, which made the room too warm to sleep comfortably. Had an early flight, so I could not eat the free breakfast. The sack of free goodies contained a small bottled water, a granola bar and a rotten apple. I expected much better for the room rate charged. As an aside, in reading your response to the previous reviewer, I thought your threat to contact Google to track down the errant reviewer and sue them was a little over the top. Simply pointing out that the review was for the wrong hotel and having it removed/amended would have been sufficient. The room reservation was made under my associate traveling with me named Joe Thomas. The room I stayed in was 305 and he stayed in a 2nd floor room (I am not sure of the room number).

This place was HORRIBLE! We reserved a non-smoking room with two double beds but when we checked in, they had given our room away. They told us all they had was smoking rooms. When we said that wouldn't work, they gave us two rooms with one double bed each. These beds were TINY. One girl even ended up sleeping in the tub because the bed was just too small for two people. The room was also filthy. There was water damage to half the floor, stains all over the bathroom, the fridge stunk horribly and there was a hairball on the kitchen counter. I would NEVER stay in this hotel again. Truly a horrible experience.

Love this place and the workers there they do good job really like 2nd shift girl works alone by her self does great with amount of people in lobby they have a good worker keep up the job you all do as a team I can't remember her name off hand she had no name tag but her hair was Brown very sweet young lady.

Very clean and nice, had a ki g bed and pull out couch. Bed and pillows were comfy.

Room seemed dated and not well maintained. Door handle fell off the closet in the room. The room a/c made a noise all night long making it difficult to sleep. In room phone did not work correctly (low volume). Tried to use the spa in the pool area but it was broken. Notified the hotel staff who were not able to repair it. Not the usual experience I have come to expect from Comfort Suites.

The room was great. Nice and spacious, clean, and had comfy beds for a great price. The staff at check-in was friendly. However, on the website, it is advertised as an airport hotel with a shuttle. My husband and I had a very early flight the next morning, and we had reserved a shuttle for 4:15 am to get to the airport at the recommended time. At 4:25, there was still no shuttle, because the girl up front said it was actually a taxi coming and they were running late. (Not really something that should happen when people have to make a flight at a certain time). When the taxi showed up, it was a junky van with no seatbelts that smelled like smoke. I had my 3 year old with me and was expecting a shuttle. I would recommend that if you have an early flight, you not use this hotel, but if you have a normal flight, the hotel was pretty good overall.

The location is close to the airport, shopping, and resturants. The room was nice, and the AC worked great. The staff was fantastic, helping with everything we needed.

Very disappointing. Stayed here a week ago. The worst part of the stay was the roach problem they have. After the first night, we switched rooms, staff was apologetic. Thought maybe it was because we were close to pool. When one crawled in my ear the second night, I'd had enough. Pool was not in good shape and none of gym equipment worked. Don't advertise for something you don't actually offer. And for goodness sakes, get an exterminator.

Nice big clean room. Friendly staff and great continental breakfast. This will be our go to hotel for Grand Island.

Pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Very nice experience with good space and area to relax on the couch or get some work done. Will stay again my next visit to Wichita.

Discriminates against smokers, no smoking rooms available. Closed breakfast on a holiday at the normal weekday hours instead of using weekend hours. So I was forced to get breakfast before I was ready for it. I want to take another star away just cause of not having smoker's room. Do you have idea how much taxes we pay on a pack? It's called discrimination against a group of people! I'm seriously considering leaving this hotel a day early because of both these issues!

Room was decent. Staff was friendly. Had to pay $5 per day for parking even tho the website said free parking. The only lady working the desk was also our shuttle driver to the airport. Upon returning, we called for the shuttle pick up. Again, she was the only one on duty and told us to bring a taxi and she'd reimburse us. Won't be staying there again.

Nice surprise! Very nice rooms with even nicer staff. Went above and beyond. Rooms exceed expectations.

The worst stay I've had in Kansas. I have to visit often for football games and etc. The images on their site were gorgeous but that is not the hotel at all. I see someone posted pics saying new that's a Lie! This hotel has to be paying people for reviews. This has to be one of the worst hotel in the United States. I recommend you visit their personal website before booking to get all the true reviews. The hotel has bugs everywhere. I had to get my 15 month old daughter out of bed because bugs were in the bed. I called downstairs and you could tell they new this was an ongoing problem. I also suggest they get better house keeping service. The blow dryers had enough hair on the to put in someone head… they could at least wash them down since that is one of the first things u see in the restroom first. The room smell like mildew, mold, or either laundry that had been removed before being dried totally. I will never, never, never in life stay in another Comfort Motel (should be the name) ever again. I have stayed in a clean one once in Statesboro GA. But this one disgust me so bad. I would never even consider staying in another one. IF YOU HAVE NOT FIGURED OUT YES I AM ONE PISSED MOTHER! I usually never write reviews but the way I've lost sleep and felt uncomfortable all night it had to be done! I even have pictures of the bugs… I just don't see anywhere to post them! 8/11_2016

Amazing staff! Very nice accommodations, with great amenities. Super comfortable sleeping. We will stay with Comfort Suites whenever available!

Had a work training in town so only here from 9pm to 7am. Very comfy, clean room! Excellent free breakfast! This is my first choice for hotel when I'm in Wichita.

This Hotel is Amazing! The staff is top flight, very kind. They make sure you have everything you need. The manager is not only beautiful but very helpful to take care any issues I had.

Nice lobby and rooms. Staff was nice. We used pay and park to leave our car parked there while out of town. We used the airport shuttle service. Only a few minutes from the airport.

There was a bedroom and a living room in this hotel, with a dedicated television in each. The bathroom is clean and spacious. There were restaurants nearby and a Target very close. The hotel also has quick Highway access.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The rooms were very nice and clean! The shuttle driver stayed late, so I could be picked up later that night. And he was so friendly and helpful when I arrived. I was surprising my daughter and her family who flew in that day from Brasil. The staff was so friendly and excited, even though they didn't know us… They were there all smiles when my daughter and her family arrived, waiting to see her excitement! Our experience at this hotel was very delightful! Thank you, staff!
