The rooms were very nice and clean & quiet I had a surgical procedure and they offered us breakfast and a few items even though their breakfast time had passed. Judy was just a sweetheart ❤️ The hot tub was a bonus.

The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are so soft. They had a nice selection for breakfast and the staff was very nice and helpful. Even though the hotel is near a busy road we didn’t hear much for road noise.

Caroline at the desk was so warm and welcoming. The rooms were very spacious and accommodating. Not to mention very clean! The pool and hot tub were very clean as well.

Had to deal with my company card which took several people to get and complicated my reservation, they were understanding and helpful. The room was immaculate and very nice for the price. Bed was comfy enough and TV was good. AC worked great and kept the room chilly. Workout centre was small but adequate and the pool looked inviting, but I did not use it. Vending machines were only cash, no card, which was disappointing. Overall I would definitely stay again if forced to to Witchita another time.

From the time we arrived until the time we left, everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and included eggs, sausage, and waffles. This is definitely a hotel we'd return to.

Kierstan is our favorite check in person. She always smiles and is efficient and friendly. Judy went out of her way to look for something I thought I had left behind and returned my call right away. The breakfast wait staff person is very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. Will plan to visit again!

Stayed the night of August 12/13. The gal at check in (around 845PM) was especially friendly, organized, and informative about the hotel. The king room was very clean and modernly furnished. The shower had great pressure, the head was placed at a great height (i'm quite tall). The drain ran slowly would be my only issue. Breakfast was typical hot breakfast fare: eggs, potatoes, sausage, etc. Not bad!

This hotel was good for the price. It is not the cheapest in the area but is not the best either. The complimentary breakfast was okay and the service too. The room I stayed in was clean and I have no complaints about that part of my stay. One thing that was weird was the telephone. I wanted to call the front desk for information but the number was not listed on the phone so I used the hotel's number and not the shortcut way that most hotels use. Overall, my stay was pleasant and I would use this hotel again when staying in the area.

Quick to get off the phone. I book travel for my company and from what I hear, the hotel is great but the people I interact with over the phone are very quick to get off the phone and don't really care to ask if you need help with anything else. You might want to have your front desk staff work on their phone etiquette. Three stars for the nice accommodations regardless of the attitude over the phone.

I always enjoy my stay with Best Western here. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is pretty good and they have several items to choose from depending on what you prefer. I've never had a bad experience here.

We got there way later then excepted and the gentleman that checked us in was great! He was very patient w us as we were exhausted. He even extended our checkout to a later time which allowed us to get more sleep. The room was very clean and the beds were awesome. The shower was very refreshing-

I stayed here during a series of unfortunate events and the staff was not only happy to help me with anything within reason, but when I arrived in town at the hotel at 4:20 in the morning to check-in to my prepaid room that I was due to check out of in less than seven hours, he immediatly pushed my check-out time back as far as he could. It may have only been two extra hours but my sleep cycle certainly appreciated it.

A very nice 3 star hotel. Very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast buffet with hot food, indoor pool and fitness room. Has cable stations too. Near shopping and restaurants. Good value, great for business traveler too.

A good hotel to stay in. Good rooms, clean well kept environment, nicely sized breakfast options. Access is a little tough being on a one way frontage road, but not that bad.

The rooms are really nice. I am in the first floor and they have laundry on the second floor. Kind of an inconvenient thing. Considering the size however it's not bad. Great breakfast in the morning. The place is really clean. They do a good job keeping it that way, you can tell. Overall the experience is great. I only rate it 4 stars because one of the front desk ladies is a little rude I think. Could just be a personal opinion though. She has been very helpful.

We were traveling and stayed on our way back home. A great place. We enjoyed the breakfast and used the fitness center.

We had a last minute change of plans with a very late check-in, and needed to change our room. The night clerk was very gracious and helpful. You couldn't ask for a more pleasant representative for your place of business. After a very trying day, and long hours of travel, what a comfy, cozy room to retire to.

Very impressed with this hotel! Smelled clean and nice the minute we walked in the door. Nice pool area and great continental breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area again!

Clean and nicely located on the correct side of town for us to keep moving on our way home, IOWA, from our trip to the warmer parts of the country! not the fanciest, but it was a nice place to stay. The staff were so friendly and good.

I have stayed at this location with my kids mulitple times over the years. Quality for the price. They have maintained the property well for several years. Pool/spa is nice for the kids after being in the car all day. Breakfast is about what you'd expect but gets you down the road. Pro-tip: request a room on the back side of the hotel to avoid all night traffic noise from Kellogg Ave. I'll stay here again when passing through Wichita.

Both Best Western hotels we're very well kept up, they looked like they had just been remodeled. They were off the main road so it and back so it was hard to see the signs, but overall it was a good experience and staff was very friendly. I will go back and stay again.

We were traveling they Wichita & needed a one night stay. This hotel was just off 35 & quick to get to. We had it prepaid & check in was a quick 5 min @ 11:00 pm. Clean & comfy beds made this an excellent choice. Well worth the price point.

Nice and new hotel. Breakfast was great. Just make sure and check the price online versus the price they quote you. We were quoted a $20 higher price than their website quoted for same night.

High quality Best Western where the "Plus" is evident. Good east Wichita location though access is not easy right now because of road work. Daily paper provided, Pool looks good but we didn't use it. Normal wide breakfast selection. Close by parking. Quiet, even on side facing the highway!

We have stayed here a couple of times traveling between Texas and Missouri. We have been pleased with this property each time. The rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was always nice and delivered the best customer service.

I had family come from out of state I live in a small one bedroom apartment so we got the suit it was much smaller than we expected. But it was clean staff was great breakfast was awesome pool an hot tub were an awesome treat! Very nice we made it fit all 7 of us worked out perfect just bit small.

I've stayed here many times. Conveniently located close to I-35 and US-400. There's quite a few quality restaurants close by, some within walking distance. It has an indoor pool, good breakfast, and friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable and quiet with mini fridges and microwaves for longer stays.

So impressed with this hotel! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was so comfortable. We got a great night's sleep — the best ever in a hotel, actually. The gentleman at the front desk offered to move our room to the back of the hotel so we'd have less noise in the morning. Also, the breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again when we pass through Wichita!

Nice pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable. Very nice bathrooms. Nice staff. Close to restaurants. The only negative aspect about staying here is the road noise from the highway that's nearby. If you're a light sleeper, you might need to use a white noise app on your phone or bring a small fan to cover the sound of trucks going by. It's not horrible though. You might not have that problem if you're on the other side of the building.

Very clean and welcoming. My granddaughter had a gymnastics competition a few miles from this hotel. The pool was warm and the hot tub was wonderful. Breakfast was awesome, nice and hot. We will stay here again. Staff was very friendly also.

The most accommodating hotel I have went to in a long time. We arrived here at 2 am after a long day of driving (over 9 hours after a work day). We were incredibly exhausted. The night manager greeted us and offered to extend check out time so we could get a good night sleep. We inquired about breakfast time and the pool opening time as well. In the morning we went to breakfast 10 minutes before it ended (honestly I wasn't expecting a lot left) but to our surprise everything was hot and still available. Then the daytime manager found us and said she extended our check out time longer and opened the pool earlier for our children to swim before we got back out on the road for another long day of driving! She also gave the kids some pool toys to use as well. We could not have been more pleased and welcomed here. Being away from home is hard, but the genuine hospitatlity made it a whole lot easier.

I got bed bugs and bitten about 80 times I told the management and they said what do you want us to do about it. Then kicked me out of the hotel.

Kind of expensive, but it's a good place to stay when visiting for a short event.
