The rooms here are clean. Beds are comfy. And its usually always quite. Great to get away from from time to time.

Booked a room non-smoking and got the non-smoking room but entire building has a smoke smells so makes no difference to book a non-smoking room. The room furniture has no drawers. The bathroom is super small. The first day asked for shampoo so got it but next day we asked again and she said we don't keep shampoo and said I don't know who gave you yesterday. So I am not sure that they are on same page.

Room was very clean. Motel was convenient location. Newly remodeled it looks like. Only downfall was bathroom was small. We had a non-smoking but someone nearby was smoking as my asthma kicked in and I coukd smell it. Otherwise pretty nice.

My stay was fine. The room was priced appropriately for a budget motel. The bed was comfortable but the room furnishings are showing wear. Be sure to remind the maids its important to diligently vacuum rooms with laminate floors since they don't hide debris as easily as carpet (I found several hairs of varying type and length on floors and counters).

The front desk staff greeted me with a smile were friendly n helpful. Had on problems checking in. The room was clean n loved the fresh updates made the room beautiful. Really liked the on site laundry room. When I needed fresh towels the maids gave me what I needed enjoy my stay there will recommend to family n friends.

Love the key card. No more trying to maneuver it into the right position when you're trying to enter the room or the building. TV remote works really well. At most hotels you have to have it pointed at exactly the right angle or the darn thing won't work. Exceedingly clean grounds and room and reception area. Friendly front office staff.

Comfortable bed, good TV, VERY small bathroom. Internet was spotty and I don't like the restrictive filters. Sink also drained slowly. I did not like the dogs that were left in rooms and constantly barking, thankfully they were not near my room. But there was plenty of hot water in the shower. Overall, better than average Motel 6.

The beds are definitely the worst part, they were very uncomfortable. My wife and I had gotten terrible sleep because of it. The best part was how clean the rooms were and the front desk guy. But the price is somewhat reasonable but still pretty high being the construction and big of a pain it is to get to the motel.

I only stayed here because, it's pet friendly & the white haired manager is friendly & polite! The other staff employees are somewhat rude! The housekeeping staff does not do a good job at cleaning, or they half clean. Next time… I weigh my options & spend more to feel comfortable & be treated like a human person!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ATCHECK IN EVEN AT 10pm SERVICE WAS KIND AND CARING! Great room 104! I will come back every time I come to Wichita! Owner was SUPER FRIENDLY and personally He personally Thanked us for staying with them and ask for any feed back good or bad as he wants his guests to be happy and come back. He was personally checking rooms which was refreshing!

Clean room. No carpet! Bathroom is a little tiny. Friendly helpful staff.

The only upside to this place is that it was that it was pet friendly and didn’t charge us extra for our dog. Housekeeping doesn’t do a good job at all at cleaning (I’m a housekeeper as well). The blankets had burn holes in them, the rooms smelled like an ashtray as soon as you walked in the rooms, our a/c didn’t work on heat, the beds were hard, the pillows were flat. The bathtub was nasty and had burn marks all over it. I won’t ever stay at this location again.

Clean, very friendly people, I will always stay here when in the area, you have earned a customer for life.

This motel was pretty accommodating. We had an emergency it was 3 in the morning and they let us rent two nights. Typically if you check in in the morning like that you have to be out by 11. But given that we were just in a house fire they worked with us and allowed us to stay for the two full days. Which was a true blessing. It's located right off of Kellogg, in between Rock and Webb. This location is pretty close to the mall. There are a few places to eat close by. The staff was pretty friendly. The rooms were very clean the beds were very comfortable. They have cable, Wifi and free parking. The room cleaning staff was very polite and not overbearing. Thank you Motel 6 for being there for us in this time of need.

Very well run hotel and a very good value. Clean, well maintained, friendly staff. This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel by any means, but for a very affordable place to stay they deliver great service.

It was clean had to call the office at about midnight there was a fight in the hallway,,, but the people were very nice.

Location great, felt safe, easy access to highway and food. Customer service excellent, so was internet. Rooms were clean and the fridge makes a difference. Only limitation was small bathroom, toilet area. I certainly plan to come back when in Wichita.

I was happy that the room and the hotel were quiet, even with the window open. The Wi-Fi worked well. The bed was very comfortable. It is close to some decent restaurants. There are enough lamps. I highly value the availability of a microwave and a fridge. The staff were very nice and always asked how things were going. A lot better than I expected at about $50 a night. When traveling alone I am usually looking for a bargain hotel, and I have paid more for less in Wichita.

This hotel was in the same area as many other hotel options but it's bet policy was what drew us to it. Pets were not only allowed, but stayed free! Our entire purpose of the trip was to pick up my newly adopted dog and bring her home. There was not much space for walking/pottying my dog, but we made due with the small area of grass outside. The location itself was difficult to get to, but this is no fault of their own. Every business in the area requires three U turns to get to. The room was on the small side but we didn't need space for more than just sleeping. Beds we're comfortable and AC unit worked wonderfully. The bathroom was small but functional. Water pressure in the shower was phenomenal! If I ever found myself in Wichita needing to stay the night again, I would definitely choose Motel 6!

I found the Motel 6 better than I expected the young man at the front desk was pleasant and helpful, the room was comfortable, clean and updated. I did have difficulty finding an electrical plug in accept at the sink. My visit was short but good, thank you.

The crew at Motel 6 was great. I missed one night of my reservation due to a flight delay at my connecting airport. When I made it into Wichita, they were concerned about my travels and reassured me the reservation would still be honored. Thank you for being understanding and patient. It was my sister's wedding weekend so they took one burden off my shoulders. Thank you!

After driving from MN we arrive tired. I pull into the parking lot with my truck and trailer and a hotel employee runs out the front door over to our truck and say "you cannot park here". Nice welcome to Motel 6. I tell him I am just checking in and usually ask where the best place is to park my truck and trailer. I followed him in to the check in area and they cannot find my reservation. I go out to the car to get it and they say my reservation was for last night. I booked the room the night before at 9:30 pm and I am sure I did not book it to arrive in Wichita the same eve. He gave me a room and told me to park on the street around the side of the building. I called the 1-800 number for Mote 6 and they said they will open a case and they assured me that if the hotel manager/owner does not respond in 5 days they will credit my account for the night I was not there. No response from the manager/owner yet. Poor customer service. The outside stairs to the second floor looked like and felt like they were going to crumble as we climbed them. We only used them once. Would not recommend anyone using them. The room was nice, the bed was nice. I travel through this area a few times a year and will not recommend anyone stay here The customer service is lacking.

Front desk person named Dustin was very efficient and was very helpful when we checked in. He even lifted my wife's machine out of the trunk of our car. I an not supposed to lift over 10 pounds for a while. Every thing was better than expected. I will recemend this motel to our friend's. We seniors on a fixed income look for this kind of motel when we travel for any reason.

It's a very clean and comfortable environment… affordable with great amenities.

Very nice pet friendly hotel, the receptionist/front desk staff was very friendly and helpfull when I needed directions do to road construction in the area. Nice clean rooms and common areas.

The clerk was great however when we reached our room the door was already open. We had to lean on the door inorder for it to shut properly or pull extra hard on it. Also one of the other doors near our room had not 1 but 3 swastika above it around the room number in blood.

The staff was warm and friendly. Very Knowledgeable of the local area.

I like the place because it was very clean and good arranging of staff there. Keep it up.

Everything was great! The only exception was the road construction. Room is very clean, recently remodeled, the staff was awesome. The guy at the front desk was a trip.

Stayed one night. Nice place. Bathrooms are terribly small. Other than that I would stay again.

We asked for a non-smoking room. There were quite a few cigarette burns on the furniture and bedspreads. My bedspread was covered in some kind of powder. Dry wall dust, perhaps? The whole place smelled pretty bad.

NO complaints,,, close to I35, friendly check in lady, I asked for downstairs and was able to get a downstairs room. Very clean, nice and cold AC. No shampoos or facial tissues or alarm clock but otherwise nice. I just needed a nice, comfortable, clean bed to sleep and easily get back on the road and that is what I got. No breakfast but they do have coffee in office. I do love the fact that they have no carpet in rooms anymore,,, Carpets are nasty.

Stopped over here on our way to New Mexico. Our room and bathroom was clean. Very simple, but fair for the price we paid. The hall carpets did need cleaning or replaced, very stained. I had payed ahead when I made the reservation earlier on line during the day, I don't know why but when I checked in the night clerk wanted to charge me an extra $12. The desk clerk in the day was very friendly and helpful the next morning.

My best half and I had stayed at a Motel 6 years ago on our way to PA. We expected this one to live up to the expectations that was set by the one we had stayed at before. This one did. Now if you were expecting a big room a large bathroom this isn't the place for you. The room was very clean and updated. The big screen TV and the fridge and microwave were a definite plus for us. Because we can't climb stairs we asked for a room on the 1st floor and its location was a great one very quiet. They had a pot of coffee in the lobby that was filled each time Ron went to get some. Very friendly folks and we will see them soon again. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place who allows pets and for the cost we got just what we needed, a place to sleep for 1 or 2 nights.

We really appreciated the help the staff gave us in finding the type of room we needed for my husband's disabilities and the fact that the motel is pet friendly. The room had a microwave and a working refrigerator both of which we took the opportunity to use. Also, I mistakenly left a very expensive piece of electronic equipment in the room, in plain sight. I worried all day while we were in meetings that it would be gone when we returned but when we got back to the room it had been cleaned, bed made and the electronic equipment exactly where I had left it. I was so relieved.

Small but cozy hotel for as good a price as we could get in the area. Everything was clean and tidy, staff were friendly.

Room was dirty, tub drain wouldn't plug, comforter had cigarette burns all over it.

Homeless looking guy knocking on my door after 1 hour of checking in looking for drugs then two how's latter different guy followed my wife asking if he could come in. So besides what seems to be a drug market with rap music bumping from cars, being bothered by there customers and no hot water very dated and dirty run down rooms and the beds were noisy. The door card only worked once that was the replacement the first one didn't work. So if you like sleeping with the sounds of inner city and a. 45 under your pillow this is the place for you.

Awesome staff, great location, clean, updated, will always stay here when in Wichita. Rate was very reasonable.

ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN THE BEST MOTEL6 I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! I couldnt even tell it was a motel6 once in the room. This place had a remodeled bathroom with marble counters and a super fancy sink a huge shower head hardwood floors new bedding wayyyy fancier than that same old drab shit EVERY motel6 has, there was new curtains air conditioner worked awesome and didnt smell like shit! it even had a huge flatscreen a fridge and a microwave this place is fancy as all hell oh and that old dude workin the counter was friendly as hell kinda reminded me of an old hippie nonetheless I felt totally welcomed not like most motels you get how theyre like all about buisness and you could careless about talkin to em ya know anyways hands down this motel6 FREAKIN RULES.
