I was ready to submit an application online after visiting the property twice within a few days to ensure all my questions were answered and everything was good to go, as I was filling it out online after sharing my SSN and other info, they literally removed the unit from the site as I was filling it out. It was the only unit of that floor plan available, and they knew I was going to submit my application. They also knew that I was considering a more expensive unit if that fl… Weiterlesen.
It would take a novel at this point to discuss the gross mismanagement of this property and negligence towards residents.
Save your money — do not move here.
Good news is the parent company (Rangewater) is JUST AS HORRIBLE when it comes to communication, so the Steelhouse staff shouldn’t have to worry much about job security.
If you want all calls and voicemails (always during office hours) completely ignored, mold in your ceiling not properly addressed, “meetings” conducted without the Steelhouse staff that SHOULD BE IN ATTENDANCE, visits from the SWAT teams and fires that result in OFD entering YOUR unit go completely unaddressed by management…
THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!
But hey, they’ll bombard you with emails about Wine Wednesdays and Food trucks while they ignore all calls!
As long as money comes in from the Air BnB units, who cares about the paying residents right?

We have provided an HDMI cord for streaming. This downtown location has nearby construction, trafffic, and train noise. Sonder parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle at all times in order to park in the garage.
