I am writing this review to compliment CJ the shuttle driver. HE’S THE BEST! He went over and above to make sure we had a great experience. He drove us downtown and gave us a tour of the history along the way. He also drove us to The Magic game and was right there to pick us all up when the game was over. He was a quick phone call away. The other valet guy was great too, forgot his name. The hotel was okay but very outdated. Our fridge was broken and leaking. Also the hot water was gone in a quick minute! Rest of the hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Tell CJ that Thelma and Louise said hey! 😀

The staff has been fantastic. The valet staff was very friendly and helpful. Dee at the front desk was welcoming. Trevel, the waitress in the dining area, went above and beyond! The hotel was very clean and quiet. Best hotel experience ever!

Complementary Breakfast, But the hotel was really nice. It's right off I-4 in Orlando. Very nice admispher & nice workers.

Great customer service. The supervisor, the lady from New Jersey was just amazing! Her customer service is what every hotel needs. She is an asset to this hotel. Rooms are very spacious and spotless. The whole staff are super polite and friendly. Highly recommend.

Book a room. Great location to Camping World Stadium and Amway Center.

1st time staying here. I have to have surgery at ORMC, so my wife will be staying here while I'm in the hospital. Restaurant was good. Server friendly. front desk staff very friendly. valet quick & friendly. Rooms clean. no issues.

Staff was awful. Awful doesn't really describe how awful this staff was. F minus.

We stayed here for the weekend and are very disappointed! Started off with an incompetent front desk who couldn’t find our reservations, 20 mins later the manager comes out and pulls them right up. We were than told the room would not be cleaned daily because of covid restrictions so we asked for some extra towels. It took over an hour and a second request to finally receive towels. The next day we came back and our room had in fact been entered and cleaned after we were told no one be entering! There was no coffee for the keurig, no cups, and no bucket for ice. Our third day we requested towels again because we were only given 2 and again it took 2 hours and multiple requests. We also had to pay $15 a day for parking for the barricades to be broken and anyone could park… for free! We were also on a “quiet” floor but it was anything but! Overall it was not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend staying here especially for the price! We definitely won’t be staying here again!

Only for a good location … but this Classic name that meant luxury when I was growing up needs a facelift. Coffee needs to be out early. 6am is too late. We are back in business people. Basic comfortable rooms, but my suite is not suite worthy. Mini kitchen, but not a thing in the drawers. Not even a hand towel or a cheap paper towel to wipe off my hands.

Had an amazing stay! Great room, amazing staff and customer service! Conveniently located too! The free shuttle was also a pretty nice perk! Will definitely stay here again if the need arises! Absolutely top notch customer service especially from the kitchen/restaurant manager! Wish I got his name!

Worst management (manager) she is not customer oriented 😡understanding the problem but not willing to fix it. We were told that the valet parking was 20.00 but the parking lot was free. It’s not free it cost 18.00 to park yourself. Remind me of James’s situation on GoodTimes when he was told, “rules are rules and they can’t be broken. “ Well, this heifer wouldn’t bulge. Then we’re trying to sleep and there’s hammering in the hallway outside of our room 😳 and housekeeping alone with the 🔨 hammering talking all loud It’s hard to believe we chose this place.

Went to pick up a car from Thrifty, so we ended up having breakfast there. Customer service was great. My experience with the rental car place was a little bitter because I was suppose to pick it up yesterday. Unfortunately, my flight arrived at 4pm and they were closed. So went there this morning at 9am, didn't open until 10am. They have a shortage of cars but they found me one. I thank them for taking care of me but I am feeling stressed.

I recently stayed at this location on 12-19-2019.
The morning of our check-out they dropped the receipt off to the room, Everything looked good. On our way back home I check my bank account and they had DOUBLE charged my card. When calling the manager “Dee” he was less then helpful. He stated “I am sorry for the inconvenience, it’s a glitch that happens sometimes in our system. ” He canceled the second charge, of course. But the fact that this happened the weekend before Christmas and that it is now Monday and I still am waiting on the money to be credited back to my account has made my family suffer. It’s unacceptable and disappointing that the staff at crowne was not more sympathetic to my issues. I also put in a complaint to corporate who did nothing but have another manager contact me from the location I stayed at. Which said manager was also unapologetic and simply made it seem like this was a normal, okay thing.
I will never stay with crowne again and I will continue to let people know their money is not safe there.

First room was dirty. Nasty sheets I think one had blood stains. Moved to the next room a little bit better. Room cleaning staff is super nice can’t complain. Definitely not kid friendly. So sad since it was our second year here and the first experience was great. Will not consider for next year.

Large, clean rooms. Convenient restaurant. Helpful and courteous staff. Within walking distance to the courthouse.

Housekeeping and kitchen help are very pleasant to work with. Front staff could be more friendly.

Very very nice. Especially love the Aveda touches. Spotlessly clean. Ultra modern while retaining some connections to historical styles. Great staff, obviously trained to go to any length to ensure a guests stay is! THIS is a place, I'd easily choose again and be glad to get back to after a long day in the heat humidity and hassle of Florida… Pretty close to perfect for most people!

It’s not really downtown orlando meaning it’s not within walking distance to the bars and restaurants but they do offer shuttle busses to places nearby but they run every thirty minutes and make stops. You have to pay for daytime parking and overnight parking. Any guests visiting have to pay for parking too. Otherwise it’s clean and customer service is polite. Not 5 star treatment but a bit more than average. Overall worth no more than $100 per night. Satisfied with my stay. Small pool and jacuzzi which was a plus.

Interactions with the hotel staff was great, you can tell they remodeled not to long ago. A few things give it away like the elevators but overall nice look. Comfortable rooms and great room amenities. The bad for me was when I came back one night late after being gone all day working my room door was left open likely after they cleaned it. I chalked it up to a mistake everything was in my room and I was really tired. My wife came to visit me on my business trip and when she arrived at the hotel she found my room door open! I travel often and this has never happened. Would've been a 4 start review otherwise. If I wasn't on such a time consuming business trip I would've had a lot to say to management.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. From the valet person to the lady cleaning rooms. The room was very clean as was the public rooms. Rhe room also has a micro wave, fridge, sink and coffee maker. The wait staff was delightful. Food was good. The breakfast buffet was more than cereal and toast. Hand made omelets and fresh fruit (not just a few bananas) and cheese. If I have anything negative to say it would the drain in bathroom sink was slow. If you are going to Amway Ctr it is right down street. I would go back.

Have stayed at this Crowne Plaza several times for work. Staff and service have well exceeded my expectations. The hotel restaurant/bar has a surprisingly tasty offerings. I had left an item in my room the first time I stayed here and recently went back for it (about 2 months later). Roberto, who was at the check in desk when I asked about my item, went way out of way to help me. Took 25 minutes out of his day just to help me out after I had made a mistake. He ended up enlisting the help of another employee and returned successful with my item! Very impressed. I look forward to my next stay.

The area surrounding the hotel is NOT pretty AT ALL! It's quite noisy and there is a LOT of roadwork going on with traffic jams almost all day long. That being said, the lobby is considerably well appointed and the staff — from the valet parking to the front desk — is very amiable and helpful. A word to the wise: parking fare is pretty steep — $18 a day for self park and $20 a day for valet parking. Your average hotel reservation will not include breakfast, although there's a small fridge and microwave in almost every room. I would suggest a stay here for business, rather than for pleasure.

We are almost exclusive IHG travelers and although we only travel for pleasure probably 60 to 90 nights per year, an IHG hotel or resort are a must and Crown Plaza Downtown Orlando did not disappoint. Our upgrade request was granted and although the ongoing construction around the hotel was a nuisance, all other aspects of our weekend stay was 5 star from the room to room service, food and the employees we encountered were all professional and very helpful. Thank you we will be back when our travels bring us back to Orlando. Allen & Dianne.

Check in was very quick and easy. The staff was very friendly. Pool was a pretty decent size. Rooms were pretty big. There was an ironing board behind the bathroom door which didn’t allow the door to open all the way. Sometimes it was a little difficult to get in there. The last night, I did notice a lot of mold spots on the grout in the shower. Also, the third elevator cable slipped while I was riding on it going down. Very scary. I will say that I immediately notified the staff and they called maintenance but they didn’t even go over there and block it off so no one else could use it. It was a great location and overall great stay. Could have been better but I also have stayed at much worse.

My husband and I were in town for a concert and this place is awesome. The staff was great. Shamill at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating. Our king suite was amazing. The hotel is in a great location so many shoppes and restaurants nearby. This is definitely one of our favorites now.

The service makes this place somewhere I’d stay again. The staff is perfect. Not the best location with construction, but totally worth staying. Everyone was amazing. Way to go, Crown Plaza Downtown Orlando! You guys rock!

Loved this hotel, I stayed two weekends in a row. The customer service it’s amazing, specially the servers/staff at the breakfast buffet and the breakfast itself was delicious. Super comfortable beds and clean rooms. Definitely staying here again when visiting Orlando, FL. I didn’t give them a 5 star because there was a lot of noise one night and we were supposed to be in the “quiet floor”. It was Easter weekend so I’m pretty sure they were really busy and couldn’t accommodate these loud big drunk family on another floor. Recommend 100%!

Our stay was very nice. We utilized the shuttle to the Amway center and Christian our driver was super nice and timely for pick up. He even recommended a restaurant close to the Amway, Harry's Buffalo. The breakfast was yummy! Made to order omelets with egg whites, right up my alley. Housekeeping was fast at bringing me an extra blanket and coffee supplies. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Orlando. Thank you Crown Plaza!

CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD~ First of all I called and made a reservation for Two of my employees. I made sure that they were able to check in as I gave the name to the reservation agent. When employees got there they were un able to check in under my reservation. They forced one of my employees to use her credit card to check in. They held money on my card and charged her card. Still haven’t got the situation resolved. The employee at the counter definitely needs some customer service training. When I got her on the phone she was very short and unsympathetic to two women in a strange town without a place to stay. I stayed or reserved a room at the Crowne plaza because of its reputation. I know after this I’m going to get a response that you’ll pass on these comments to your staff. That doesn’t do anything!

Just spent three days at the hotel, and asked for room service menu for 2 days. Never had one delivered. Hotel has no information in the room about services offered in the hotel, near restaurants, attractions in the downtown Orlando area, or where are the exits if the hotel catches on fire, and the elevator is not an option. The are not ice makers on every floor. You have to scavenger hunt around the hotel for ice, sodas, and snacks. No sit down restaurants within walking distance. You have to deal with I-4 traffic to find a non-fast food restaurant. The staff talks down to you, and registration desk is high where you literally have to look up at the staff, which makes you feel like a child asking parents for permission to use hotel facilities or have room keys reprogram daily to access your room. Do not see a reason for resort fees, since the hotel is it not a resort and do not tell you about services offered.

I stay here at least 4 to 5 times a year. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable! Would recommend getting a king suite! The work out room is better than most hotels I sat at (and I stay at a lot! ). The restaurant has a decent selection. Great location to get to anything downtown!

Tried to check in after being "authorized" to do so according to the reservation form on their website. Not allowed to check in until after the other two members in our party get here with the company credit card. So much for being a rewards member. Can't wait to check in. Man a nap would have been nice after driving 20 hours to get here. Thanks so much Crowne plaza, you can take your points and shove them. So far the only accommodating people are the Valets, and I chose to self park. Will update the rest of our stay. You are going to earn these stars now!

The location is very conveniently located right at the edge of downtown Orlando. I was here with 2 dear friends and we were very well-treated, save for the strange look that Shamill at the front desk gave me when I told her that the one king-sized bed was fine for all 3 of us. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping provided 3 bath towels prior to check-in, but only 2 the second night. Didn't notice that till the next morning. I got a good rate on my stay here, considering hotel level and location. Overall, comfort and location are great, even though my Executive King Room provided a pathetic view of the always under construction I-4. Service unexceptional, except for the valet guys. They rock!

Very nice hotel. The room was nice and very easy to get to off the highway. I would definitely stay here again. Every hotel staff person I came in contact with were very hospitable and made me feel welcome. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Beautiful hotel! No Jacuzzi tub though. We upgraded to have a Jacuzzi tub and they told us We would have it, but there wasn't one. Big let down since that was my only want when searching for a hotel. The pillows were also EXTREMELY plush and fluffy… A little too much for my neck. Overall good experience. Apple pie a la mode was delicious.

A long read but worth your time before making reservations! While accommodations were nice, we had many issues during our Sunday to Tuesday stay. Our heat did not work correctly. Maintenance informed us that auto would not work because "in Orlando we don't turn the heat on often so we would have to turn it up and down when we needed it cooler or warmer". Breakfast buffet had a wide selection but if you wanted anything warm you needed to get an omelet at the omelet station. Otherwise everything on the buffet was cold. We had housekeeping services however, we had to call to have coffee replenished for our room and our friend's room. Last but certainly most important, we chose the Crowne Plaza for its shuttle service to and from the Citrus Bowl. We were taken to the Amway Center where we caught a city shuttle to the game. The driver gave us a card with a number to call for pickup. The shuttle did arrive after several people called. However, it filled and we asked if there was another. We were assured another was on the way. We stood in freezing temps for another 30 minutes with no shuttle. Finally, we hailed a cab. I called the hotel again and yes, I was irate! Front desk gave me valet, valet told me it was the hotel's policy to run the shuttle every thirty minutes and they couldn't do anything about it. (It is a 7 minute drive from hotel to center. ) Valet service knew they left 15 people waiting for shuttle service in freezing temps!

The hotel was very nice. They were attentive and polite. Valet was always available and friendly. Good was delicious. It would have been nice if there was a door on the bathroom vs a shutter. But it was a nice stay.

Location: Excellent! Service and all else hotel wise: Excellent. Value: Excellent. We'll come back and we recommend.

Food was good, typical hotel buffet situation. They gave my baby a lot of blueberries which was cool. She also liked the fountain they had.

Nice location along Colonial Drive and easy to notice. Close to a lot of great Asian restaurants. Nice staff the executive room was nice and roomy. Bed and pillow was super comfy. The room had a rainfall shower head which was really nice, wish it was a tad larger though. Self parking was $17 per night which is pricey… the heat did not work even after adjusting the thermostat so it was 66 degrees throughout the night. The room looked dated and did not look like an executive room. They really need to update the furniture and decor.

Very nice hotel with big rooms, good for staying for business. If you are looking for a family place while visiting parks this isn't a good option as it's pretty far from the parks and it's hard to drive during rush hour. The room service food it's pretty good and the restaurant/bar that they have it's also good too. Good option to be close to downtown.

Rooms were clean and organized. The temperature in the room fluctuated a lot that I was a tad bit uncomfortable. Food at bar was great and service was excellent as well.

Currently staying here for work training. Only first night but I will be spending 4 nights here. So far its been a pleasant experience with easy parking and check in. Also got a call 30 min after getting to the room making sure everything was good in the room which was a shock to me. The room is super nice too. So far im super happy with my stay. I will update once my stay is finished.

Don’t stay here! Do yourself a favor and drive 5 more miles down the road to another hotel. One that doesn’t suck every penny from you. We spent hundreds a night to stay here, and then another hundred just on breakfast (that was horrible by the way) and if that wasn’t enough they have the nerve to CHARGER their guest $17 a day for parking in the hotel parking lot?! Like seriously shouldn’t this be free? We are staying at your hotel spending good money with you all, and then you all have the nerve to charge us for parking? Not evening using valet parking, but us parking our own car? There isn’t any where else to park in the general area so you are sucked into paying for it! Nor was I properly told about this hidden fee. I will never stay with you all again. Future guest; Save your self some money, go to another hotel right down the road that knows how to treat their guest as guest and not a money pit.

Only stayed 1 night so our room was more than enough. Clean. Sink, fridge bar. No hair dryer that we seen. Balcony but could not use it. Hmmm why have a balcony?
I'm giving it a 3 because there was a line for valet parking. 1 person working and 6 cars waiting. Sprinklers went on while getting bags out of the car. No carts for luggage, the valet guy said he would get 1, he never did. We ended up going to find 1 on our own. Took a half hour just to get in the door. We finally get in and could not get in our room for another 45 minutes. Unacceptable. We got there right at check in time.
Thank goodness we had not eatten all day so we went to eat in that time. They held our luggage for us in a back room which I was not at all comfortable with at all. All my jewelry, expensive cloths and shoes. Etc. Anyone could have gone through those bags.
Lobby is very small and not at all appealing or welcoming in my opinion. Valet people were not friendly. Front desk were nice at that time. But not later at night. 1 guy couldn't even look up to answer our questions. Rude like we were bothering him.
Restraint was extremely friendly. Food outstanding. Marilyn was the best. She needs a raise.
I wouldn't recommend the crab dip. Way too fishy for my taste. But burger fries great, chicken noodle soup yum. The large pizza rolls cold have used more stuff inside. But good. Breakfast the next morning was just enough to fill you up. Very good.

Staff was amazing! The room was nice and clean. The pool deck area had a sitting place with tv's and a bar so that was wonderful as well. Prime location on the outskirts of downtown with easy access to everything.

The place is perfect to visit the city centre of Orlando.

It has a fantastic lobby with a waterfall fountain that lends an restful luxurious vibe. The cocktails and coffee were perfection and presented very well. A nice respite in a busy day.

I had a great time staying here with my kids they loved the pool and hot tub which was salt water and had fountains spraying into the pool it was great. The staff was great and helpful. Very clean And professional. I love Crowne Plaza hotels. They are my First choice.

Stayed at this hotel for a business function. Accommodations are nice with large rooms. I was initially excited as the rooms have "balconies" but then disappointed when I realized that you are unable to go out for safety reasons. The doors simply open to a window. Staff is friendly and efficient. Location is close to downtown and just off I4. However, getting into and out of the parking lot can be a pain depending on what direction you are travelling.

Nice hotel. Overall a very clean and well staffed place to stay downtown. Exceptional shuttle driver who went out of his way to accommodate many requests. Room service has diverse and delicious menu options. The main reasons for not giving 5 stars were the expensive mediocre breakfast. The charges for overnight parking. But mostly the sub standard sheets. They were scratchy and didn't seem of very high quality… I would expect more from a luxury hotel.

I only stayed one night, we arrived at 11 and left at 8. Very clean and quiet.

Stayed here for the Metallica concert. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, fabulous shower in the king suite, staff was awesome, food was really good too… except for the Eggs Benedict; no real flavor… the eggs weren't cooked right and it was the wrong kind of meat. Just go for fried or scrambled eggs. But one below par dish out of the 5 we ordered between dinner and breakfast was not enough to drop a star.

Guest room was very comfortable. Bedding soft & pillows fluffed. Towels were slightly scratchy. Breakfast was very good & service was great. I would recommend a mouthwash be added to the rooms. The main complaint is paid parking, which was not disclosed prior to arrival.

Mrs Ingrid and her hospitality team were amazing. The service was excellent, the food was amazing especially the desserts. We had the honor of meeting her at an event we did on June 24th; women of impact. She was very nice and she went out and beyond to cater to our every need. Thanks so much Mrs. Ingrid… because of the friendly experience I will most definitely be back in the future.

By far, the most disappointing Crowne Plaza I've stayed in, during the past 20 years. No fan to remove bathroom odors. Constant marijuana smell coming through the duct work from adjoining room. Staying on the 8th floor and they won't let a pizza company that they promote to deliver to the room. They say hotel policy is to keep the drivers in the lobby. We have to leave room in bathrobe and slippers, down 8 floors and into a lobby and pay for pizza while guests maneuver around us to check in. They did have to send a technician to our room just so the TV could be changed to an input channel so my son could play his game console. Go figure in a city like Orlando, probably the biggest family destination in the USA, this place would never be mistaken for family-friendly. Too many other choices, do your homework. We would of been better off at a Motel 6.

There bistro is solid, nothing special. No fizzles but a good bar inside. The rooms are impressive! Also they have a shuttle that can take you and pick you from your business or party destination. In my case party! So a little impressed with that. It's in a shakier part of downtown so you have to be cool with that and balance that towards the many positives. Taking everything it's a pretty nice hotel definitely on par and above some 3 star hotels!

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for around two weeks. Overall my experience was enjoyable, but there were a few things that put a downer on the whole experience. The Wi-Fi was very unreliable and cut out every 10 minutes or so. This was incredibly frustrating, although the hotel management offered us another room when we complained about this problem, however the issue was hotel-wide and we experienced the same issue at the new room, for the entirety of our stay. The parking staff lied to us on numerous occasions, and charged us to park when we did not actually have to pay. Luckily, we were able to obtain a refund after some negotiation. The cleaning staff were often very loud in the early hours of the morning. Housekeeping came at around 6:AM — 8:AM in the morning, which woke my friend and I up twice. However, the room was nice and the beds were comfortable. I would probably find a different hotel to stay in if I am in the area again.

Wifi would cut in and out. Walls were very thin, could hear alot from the next room over, also from the highway outside. Was also woken up quite a few times from the cleaning staff being extremely loud in the hallway, laughing and carrying on. The bed was comfy, sheets were soft. Kind of wish there was a thicker down type comforter on the bed to make it a little warmer. The bed is placed right next to the air conditioning. If you have the air on it gets quite chilly in the bed, if the air set a couple degrees warmer then I got really warm and humid. Did not eat breakfast at the hotel, food didn't look that great for $15 each morning. Just went down the street to 7/11 or IHOP. The fitness center was nice as it was 24 hour access, with 3 treadmills and other equipment. However, the thermostat in the fitness center was set to 64° but the room temp was 76°. The air never turned on while I was in there, making it pretty humid and uncomfortable to work out in. Overall for the price of the hotel, with the extra charge for breakfast, and parking / vallet. As well as the points mentioned above, I would just find another hotel if I come back to the area.

Stayed just for 1 night and saw 2 roaches crawling up our walls! SO GROSS! DO NOT STAY HERE… it is dated, dirty and obviously has cockroach problems. When we called to let them know they didn't sound surprised at all and offered free breakfast… thank you? Avoid this place at all costs!

For the price I was expecting the bare minimum. I was definitely wrong. Cleanliness and quality is high on their list of priorities. We were placed on the third floor, which is the "Sleep Advantage" floor, by accident. Knowing my friends and I were a little louder than the average guest we requested a different room to be courteous to the other guest. They were very accommodating and move us to the 12th floor with a gorgeous view of downtown. Amazing!

This place is a joke and the staff are extremely rude! The last time I was here the valet crashed my $200, 000 car! Only reason for staying here again is because the Hilton was sold out and it was getting late. I said what the hell and tried it again big mistake! I checked in at 1 am and left and never came back because I went to a friends house. I called at 10:45 and asked to be refunded for the next two nights because I was gonna stay elsewhere and they said they needed to charge me for at 2 nights still! All I did was collect the keys and use the bathroom in the room never even took my luggage in and you wanna charge me for 2/3 nights? Ok so I said I will just stay here and my friend can hang out in this area with me. The manager wouldn't even open the pool 45 minutes early for us to swim smh. Avoid at all costs.

I was shocked how nice the room was! I had a king suite and absolutely loved it! The bathroom was huge! I will stay here every time I come to Orlando. Btw Im a IHG spire member with over 500, 000 points.

The staff and management were tremendously helpful. We had over 200 people staying at their hotel that weekend for an event and they were very accommodating. The location was perfect, really easy to access, and the rooms were excellent. They even kept the bar open later than usual for our group. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for events and groups.

I am mid-stay so this review is incomplete, but the toilet doesn't work well and sometimes splashes back when flushing it. Bed was fine. Good number of power outlets. Wi-Fi is free but low bandwidth, as expected from a shared free Wi-Fi.

Decent hotel, looks recently renovated. Only problem: loud train comes by around 5am.

The dollar car hire in reception were terrible. They Provide dirty cars, that stink of cigarette smoke. When you try & speak to the manager, he isn't interested & walks off. An absolute disgrace. Avoid!

I had specifically asked for a quiet room on a high floor as I'm terribly light sleeper. Upon arrival I'm told I'm on the third floor. I said I had asked for a quiet room on a higher floor. The man in the reception tells me it's more quiet on the lower floor which is absolutely not true. The traffic noise kept me awake half the night. The air conditioning unit is a wall unit right next to the bed. You cannot direct the louvers so it blows right on yout face. On a good note the room is nice and big and clean. The cover is just sheets with the thin blanket in between. Overall not impressed considering it's a four star hotel.

Nice hotel, good pool with jacuzzi.
Position absolutely tip, if you want to quickly in the Amway Center.
Otherwise rather unsuitable as it is very noisy (motorway + trains)
Our suite than the presidential suite in the 14 floor could not convince. Badly cleaned and very dirty Windows, which unfortunately tarnished the view of downtown.
Only the bathroom was very nice and clean, the bed was not appropriate a total joke and this price category!

Everything was great when we took our small getaway in january 2016. Everything was clean and rooms were all good! No complaints when it comes to the comfert of the room. BUT 3 days after the vacation, we found out that $200 went missing from my wifes wallet. It then struck us that one day we came into the room and the cleaning maid was in there, she had the door blocked by her cart, and when we came in she looked very suspissious. We didnt think anything of it at the time. But now it seems fishy. Beware of keeping your walet in the room unatended. We do not suggest it.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. I was only there for 4 days but had a great stay. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a restaurant and bar in the hotel lower level with some pretty great food for affordable prices. And the hotel is downtown right in the mix of things.

Great Property! Great Staff! Beautifully decorated rooms. Great Breakfast. I have stayed at this hotel since the 80's and always enjoyed my stays and continue to enjoy my stay under the Crown Plaza management. Highly recommend. Great location for getting around. Parking available. Will be staying again real soon.
