Excellent service and cleanliness!

Worst hotel experience of my life, and I’m still living it. 12:20 am and have not been able to close my eyes. Had to turn off the AC because it sounded like it was going to explode. In the silence all I hear is the speedway outside, and doors slamming. These walls are paper thin. I would assume sleep in my car under an overpass next time and save myself the trouble. On another note it’s nice and clean, just very hard to sleep at.

This Courtyard is ahead of its time with it new renovation and should be the highlight example of the franchise.

The location is conveniently next to downtown. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. I was only there for one night for a business trip and therefore I was unable to truly take advantage of the entire place. My only issue was that due to its location you could hear quite a bit of outside noise. Overall it is perfect for a short getaway or for a business stay.

The staff here is amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Rooms are very clean. This place is next to some nice restaurants and a few bars. Only downside is they charge for parking and location is not near the parks.

Customer service meets high standards in this place. Very welcoming environment, and the people in the bistro are just amazing. They also have a shuttle service encouraging not to drink and drive. Good on them. Rooms are clean, gym is great and the pool is always welcoming. I ended up there few weeks ago just by luck, now I have a preferred place to stay when I go to Orlando. Nick.

I have stayed in Marriott's all over the world with almost 300 stays in just a just 4 years. I have seen them all. This Marriott has great rooms, but the real rock stars are the happy employees and the service they give you. Manager Victor Hernandez has developed and groomed a great team. He greets you at the front desk with such a big smile and is happy to see you! Johnathan, who works the Bistro, is fabulous and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable in the Bistro (he's happy too). I wouldn't stay at any other Marriott in Orlando. Nice job Orlando Courtyard Marriott!

My boyfriend (Corey) and I (Michelle) stayed at the Courtyard Orlando Downtown from Saturday, July 7 — Sunday, July 8. When we checked in and arrived in our room 321, I immediately got in the bed because I was tired from our travel. A few minutes later, I started to feel itchy. I thought it was just the sheets so I got comfortable and fell asleep. I woke up after 1:30 am and noticed red bumps on my hands and arms. The bumps were itchy and irritated. I immediately called down to the front office and reported that something in the bed was biting me. The front desk person stated he would send security up to the room. I waited for about 10 minutes but security did not show so I went downstairs. The front desk person stated I could switch rooms and gave me a key to a different room. He did not ask to see the bumps or try to find another remedy. The security person was walking around downstairs in the lobby while I was down there talking with the front desk person. He did not ask me about the bumps or the room nor did he ask if I needed assistance with moving my luggage. Being that is was after 2:00 am and he did not see a man with me, I feel he should have offered to help. My boyfriend went out Downtown. I did not go with him because I was tired. I moved our items from the first room into the new room. I did not receive a phone call from the manager in the morning about the issue.

I don't often stay at hotels, but I believe I would stay here again when the occasion calls for it.

They Courtyard Marriot Downtown was most hospitable. I would recommend them to a friend. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I was traveling with my elderly grandmother, teenaged cousin and two young children. Long story short, due to an error on our part, we ended up in a king-sized room. They found another room for us on a busy holiday weekend and helped us get settled into a new room. They provided a pack-n-play to use as a crib and brought more and more pillows, sheets, and towels to make us all comfortable. At check out, they provided umbrellas for us to make it to our car in the rain. And when my grandmother left her cell phone in the room after check out, they helped me find it. They even waived the parking fee for us. Everyone we encountered, from the front desk clerk to the hospitality committee, greeted us with a smile and a helpful attitude.

Quite a pretty Hotel. Very good front desk staff. The front desk was talking to strangely rude lady, and the front desk was extremely professional with her. They also pointed mean to where I needed to go. Room was clean and didn't smell or anything. Very courteous people. I was there for competition nearby.

Orlando has a subtropical climate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year if you don't account for the mini hurricanes that happen each afternoon around 3pm and then disappear 27 minutes later. The average temperature is 75° Fahrenheit but will feel like your skin is melting off most of the year. Summers are hot and humid AF and is characterized by strong thunderstorms in the late afternoon with heavy rainfall. They usually do not last long. Did I mention the insane afternoon thunderstorms?

Somewhat dated, but well located property in central, downtown Orlando. Awesome staff… always ready to provide assistance. Sweet little pool, with adjacent fire pit. No views or attractions; few or no screaming kids.

No microwave in room. Frig has no freezer in it. TV is to the side of the bed so it is difficult to watch, had to turn the hot water fully hot to take a warm shower. One elevator was out of service. No free breakfast. Internet speed was good. Bed was great. Had a small balcony which was nice. Would pick a different place next time for the money.

The hotel exterior and interior appearance is very nice and welcoming. Staff was very friendly and courteous. We held an event at their conference room. It was nice, well set up and spacious.

Hotel staff are very nice. But. There is no free parking. When is says paid parking that means YOU pay 15.00 to park. No free breakfast. You pay 12.00 for eggs. This place is outrageous. Have not seen hot tub anywhere. I got a king suite with a pull out couch. This is the smallest room I have ever seen. If it wasn't for nice staff this place would be a zero.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful! We decided to stay last minute and really enjoyed our one night stay. It was very quiet, but conveniently located to downtown activities. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Normally I don't complain about hotels but this one is the exception. The hotel charges you 15.00 for parking. Now I don't find that to be a big deal but it was not mentioned anywhere on my reservation. Don't like hidden fees. When I mentioned it to the front desk they basically blew me off and said I was just cranky from the trip. When I got to my room they put me by the pool. Normally this is fine but there must have been some kind of party because the noise was just awful. This noise continued until 9:00pm and I was finally able to get some work done. "not everyone at your hotel is on vacation. I travel a lot on business and usually Marriott is usually a good choice but I would stay away from this one.

With families and loved ones of their own without power (and certainly with their own homes affected), all of the staff were amazing, and always in good spirits despite the stress of the prior days. The helpfulness and friendliness was evident throughout our stay and beyond expectations. It is a stressful time for all but to go somewhere for a reprieve, and to be thankful for making it through as one, the Courtyard Marriott Orlando Downtown should be so proud of their staff and the hospitality extended. It won't be forgotten. I love staying at this property the location convenient and easily accessible to downtown Orlando, I-4, restaurants and shopping!

Wow! What great experience. Everyone we talked to at this hotel was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were large with plenty of room to move around. Bed and couch were comfortable. I would stay here again!

I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff here. Me and my family rode out hurricane Irma here. We lost power and the staff worked tirelessly to make our stay more comfortable while they couldn't go home to their families themselves due to the curfew. You would have never known with their good attitudes and smiles trying to keep their guests happy. Highly recommend! Very clean!

I just returned from a 2 night stay here as an evacuee from Hurricane Irma. I was welcomed on the phone, at the door and was even allowed to bring my pet even though they are not normally a pet friendly hotel. I cannot say enough about this staff who mostly could not leave because of curfews and even in their exhaustion, their professionalism and attitudes were tireless. Excellent hotel and management!

Our stay has been very quiet. The staff has been more than helpful. Our room was very clean. We have used the fitness room and pool. Both enjoyable. Wifi works well. Walking distance to very good restaurant s.

Great location in downtown Orlando! The rooms were nice, updated and clean, and I enjoyed relaxing at the poolside courtyard. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included with our rooms but it is not normally free. Also, parking is $15/night.

Courteous staff, everyone went out if their way to make this just right for you. The saying The customer is always right" is certainly something they strive for. Even though I made a mistake in my booking, they found a way to bend over backwards to make sure my family's stay was not interrupted. It's a very quaint, relaxing, up to date, and modern hotel. It's even a nice place for a family reunion or business meeting with break out ability, due to the food and beverage department that is awesome. The rooms were clean and huge. The courtyard, pool, gym, cyber lounge and lounge areas, were really nice too. Also had a nice bar. I would certainly return here in the future.

The room is spacious and comfortable, The Bistro offers delicious and reasonably priced snacks, breakfasts, and lunches, and a nice variety of beverages, including Starbucks coffee and a kick-butt margarita. The pool is nice, if a little small and not many lounge chairs. The fitness center is well-equipped and clean. There was a little problem with the shuttle; the driver did not arrive for the scheduled pick up, nor did he check in with the front desk, but George at the front desk was so accommodating. He ordered a taxi for us on the house so we would make our reservation and even brought us water while we were outside waiting. He definitely went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Everyone from the front desk to the Bistro servers to the housekeepers were so friendly and made sure our stay was wonderful.

Hotel and rooms are clean and up to date with a great bistro in the lobby. Outdoor pool and gym with decent equipment are above average, as well. Hotel will shuttle you nearby, but plenty of good food options walkable.

I was completely blown away by the kindness and efficiency of the staff. Everyone was at the top of their game… very attentive! Surprisingly their little bistro sparkled. We had an amazing breakfast!

I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Downtown Orlando for one night after getting off of a cruise out of Cape Canaveral. I had an absolutely horrible customer service experience with my rental car company once my ship docked. I travel a lot and I think it was the worst service I have ever had with any company. However, my customer service experience quickly changed once I was was in the hospitable hands of Hilarion and Nick at your Courtyard Marriott Downtown Orlando Hotel. I …decided to call my hotel to see when I could check in (thinking 3pm) and Nick told me I could head to the hotel and check in early if I desired. This was extremely helpful as I would have had to drive my luggage and valuables around Orlando otherwise. Hilarion and Nick's concierge services were also extremely helpful in finding us discount tickets to Universal Studios and delicious local culinary finds in the area. After having a horrible experience with my rental car company, it was very refreshing to be greeted with a smile, respect, and a warm welcome to your property. I am a world traveler. I have stayed in Marriotts from Hong Kong to Paris… From Los Angeles to New York… This Mariott's customer service was a step above the rest!

The Courtyard Downtown has a great lobby with a modern and open design that easily accommodate moderately sized groups for social gatherings. A breakfast bar is available to serve a limited ala carte menu, and computer access is available.

Clean rooms, staff is fall over themselves helpful. Bistro is tastey, expensive, had some tummy trouble after eating there once out of a handful of times. Good but open Wi-Fi.

Hotel was nice but service was sub par and the rates extremely high!. Stayed her on New Years Eve, wanted something close to downtown Orlando. The had a shuttle but it was completely booked at all times, so we Uber 'ed down. Left a pair of headphones in the room and called 1 hour later to ask if they were in there. The house keeping staff and front desk staff said "No". I never like to complain but clearly these were nice travel headphones for work, and suspiciously missing. I called multiple times and always very short with me. Would not recommended this hotel to anyone with service like that.

Nice place but breakfast for our group wasn't provided and I would have liked to have sweetner and cream in my room for the coffee. This area really needs some food choices around the hotel.

Great hotel! Stayed here New Years Eve while in Orlando for the Citrus Bowl. The hotel was VERY BUSY with fans in town for the game but the staff was great and very friendly even though they were swamped with people. Nick at the front desk was awesome and recommend the North Quarter Tavern to eat which is an amazing bar/restaurant just a short walk from the hotel. They offer shuttles to downtown and during game days offer free rides to the stadium! Great hotel with a nice rooms and close to lots of stuff! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Will be back! Also they offer a very good breakfast!

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. I love the location of the hotel. Walking distance from resturants, bars, clubs and gas stations :). It has been remodeled so its very trendy and cute. Theres a bar downstairs and a cafe with starbucks coffee. The staff are very friendly and the cabs keep running all night. Overall its a great place to stay if you are going to Orlando for fun and a quick stay. I will be staying again soon!
