The most filfthy place i've ever stayed! nasty and deceiving from your profile video. The housekeeping is pretending to wash and change bedding because there were bloody boogers on the sheets, the bathroom smelled like someone pissed in the shower and you all don't care cause you were told about it. Blood and hair in sheets as well and crusty boogers! no stars!

The best spot to Staying in Orlando everything is close to the hotel they have shuttles for all the parks you can Walk to Madame Tussaud and Sea life the hotel was Clean but you should remove all carpets.

This has been the best hotel by far that we have ever stayed in on any vacation we have gone on. The breakfast is outstanding, rooms very clean and beds are so comfortable. The people are super nice and go out of their way to help you. Room service is exceptional not one thing I would change about this hotel.

O ponto mais forte do hotel é a ótima localização. Dá pra fazer muita coisa a pé ou pegar o ônibus na I-Drive que custa $2. É um hotel antigo, então não espere muitas coisas modernas como tomadas com porta USB nos quartos. Falando em quarto, o quarto é grande porém mal iluminado, com apenas uma luz na porta e um abajur no canto. O banheiro também é bastante grande mas muito mal planejado com aquelas pias antigas e pequenas que não cabem nada em cima, o box não tem suporte para sabonete e tem só uma cortina de plástico (não tem porta no box) e não tem algum rodapé para impedir a água de correr por todo o banheiro durante o banho. A TV é grande mas a imagem é bem ruim pois não possuem nenhum canal hd na grade. O hotel cobra uma taxa de resort de $10 por dia, pagos no check-in no cartão de crédito. Essa taxa pesa bastante no total da conta, então não esqueça de considerar esse valor no seu orçamento. Pode acontecer de encontrar outro hotel um pouco mais caro que não cobra essa taxa e no fim a conta sai mais barata. Eles oferecem também translado para os parques via uma empresa terceirizada que passa todos os dias no mesmo horário buscando os hóspedes, então não é necessário agendar. Porém precisa ficar muito atênto na volta pois essa empresa é meio bagunçada. Eles dizem que vão chegar num horátio X e local Y do estacionamento do parque, mas aconteceu mais de uma vez de se atrasarem ou de pararem num local diferente e ninguem vir avisar que o local de retorno mudou.

Great hotel and value! Location is perfect! Centrally located for all parks and tourist attractions. The breakfast is great and well stocked. I’ve stayed at many Best Westerns and this one is far superior to the others. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have shuttles to parks and you can buy tickets in their lobby. The only negative was that the shuttles only ran once a day and you would have had to leave the park early to get it home. So we chose to drive ourselves. But it was still great to have the option! Pool is clean and a great way to cool off from the heat. This was our second time staying at this location as it won’t be our last. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great value stay in Orlando!

Washers & dryers were broken. Also the air conditioning either squeals or doesn't cool room. The sink did not drain properly. Staff doesn't speak English (we are not. Judging just stating a fact) the front staff doesn't seem to care about their guest. No shuttle to sea world we were told they had one. We got sent to Comfort Inn to finish our laundry. Our room always felt wet. We will never stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were excellent — always going above and beyond for the customers and ensuring that everything was perfect for the visit. Mounya was so friendly and super helpful! Will definitely stay here next time I go to Disney. Very close to attractions and park shuttle was amazing.

I was staying for a night after returning from a trip. The hotel was clean, centrally located to food and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thr room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was great, lots to choose from. I will definitely stay again.

Location is awesome. Breakfast is good. Other than that, the rooms are not updated, the cost per night over 100.00 is not worth it. I consider this particular hotel to be no more than a $70-$80 per night range. You can hear every move, air conditioning doesn't work efficiently, maintenance personal doesn't respond to address problems in a timely manner. Clogged shower issue reported immediately and not resolved until day of checkout. Good budget hotel.

Older hotel but clean. Great location for walking I drive. Beware of the shuttle hours. This is the reason I choose the hotel. They are extremely limited. Were unable to get to the park when we arrived at check in time. And was left behind at the park with several others at night. They need to coordinate better.

This property is perfect for anyone wanting to see the sights of Orlando who is on a budget. The lobby and rooms are very clean and inviting. The customer service is excellent! It is near Disney, Universal, etc. And is minutes away from The Mall at Millenia. A great place for family vacations!

My wife and I came here for a night just to get away and we were pleased. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The ENTIRE staff was friendly. They did not seem like they were unhappy to work here. Everyone was great! We will come back in the future due to the staff, nice clean room and the price tonight was very reasonable.

The hotel in general outside and the Areas I inspected looked clean, pool, lobby, BK area, and parking. 1 The room we had, had a smell moisture to it, it faces the east side ground floor, maybe cause of the storm Irma, winds did hit from the East. 2 microwave not working checked plug, and outlined, outlined had power. 3 the right hand side of the sink outlined hanging buy cable. 4 the slipmat in the tub pealing off. In the morning I gave front desk the list f what we founded. I'm a building inspector. Hay it's all good I understand no place will be 100% perfect.

My family and I stayed at this "Hotel on Easter weekend, very bad decision to start we arrived and the room stinked of cigar and I booked non smoking room, then we changed it, the bathroom a disgusting, we bathed and the bathroom was thick, the door damaged, then the breakfast area and good attentions with the people working there Peroooo breakfast very poor quality for the price we were paying, I advise not to stay here unless they renew them completely.

Cozy place, rooms are clean but not that great. Breakfast from 6.30 to 10 (American). No Restaurant. Good free Wi-Fi access from any place in the hotel. Great opportunity to use PC in the lobby. Decent outdoor pool.

Amazing staff and modern lobby area. The location is great since it’s in the heart of Orlando international. The only downside are the dirty rugs in the room and if your room is facing the Main Street, you might find yourself having a hard time to sleep since cars are constantly honking and the night club is right next door. Nonetheless, the receptionist were professional and received us with warm greetings. Phenomenal job ladies!

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, the hot breakfast was great, they even opened breakfast early for an event that started before their usual breakfast time. I had a room on the street side and it was extremely loud. On Friday and Saturday night there were loud cars booming their music, motorcycles and cars purposely making lots of noise, shouting and yelling. It was obnoxious. They have a security guard posted at the parking lot entrance because they expect trouble. This is not the kind of place I want to stay with my family. I did not feel safe at night in the hotel.

Great hotel! From the check in to check out, this was one of the best experiences we had for a 1 night stay in Orlando. Breakfast was top notch, the staff was super nice, the bed was great. Everything nice and clean and for a great price! I hope it continues this way so I can stay there often.

Good deal for the price. Looks a little aged on the outside but the rooms were updated and had great beds. Lobby has a business center and the staff is very nice. Free breakfast is decent and saves time over going out. Internet didn't properly. Could have consulted the staff, but decided to tether to my phone instead. Fitness center had basic bench and dumbells up to 50 lbs. A small universal gym, treadmill, and elliptical.

This Hotel is one of the cleanest that I've ever spent time in. The Staff is/was super nice and accommodating, and their Breakfast food selections was very diverse, hot, and fresh which satisfied the whims of both children and adults. Also, the Breakfast Staff made sure that the room was always super clean and the food bins and trays full at all times, even for latecomers. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Cannot find a negative at all.

The hotel is great. Not a ton of amenities, but suits out taste. The staff was very welcoming. Complimentary continental breakfast is offered every morning. Would come back again!

I strongly recommend staying at the Best Western hotel as we had a fantastic trip, only enhanced by our stay here! The staff are great! They were so very helpful in pointing us in the right direction to all the nearby places we wanted to go, AND how to get there the quickest, easiest, and/or cheapest! They were all so kind to us and check-in and out were both quick and painless! We mainly spoke with "Sunny", who is wonderful! I was able to get a late check-out due to my physical disabilities, and everyone there is very helpful and we greatly appreciated their assistance when needed. I strongly recommend staying with them, and will definitely return! Thanks to you all! Jill n bobbie!

Very good Hotel, only that our room had no safe but had all the basic and necessary amenities for our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very cordial all those who work there, especially excellent the attention of Gloria and the other girls in the dining room who even prepared a surprise for my daughter for her birthday at breakfast. Very clean and comfortable place. I recommend 100%.

Really nice room. Excellent location. Strong Wi-Fi. Self service laundry machine cost 6.50 for wash and dry. Hotel charges receiving fees to accept amazon envelopes and boxes so I had to use an amazon locker a few minutes away. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Really wish I could give five stars but disappointed in the nickel and diming for package receiving. I would come back if I’m ever in the area again.

This hotel is very well located and with many useful places nearby, this clean and comfortable, has pool and gym, besides having transportation to the parks that although we do not use for having rented car is always useful, the staff is attentive and pleasant, in the Breakfast you receive with a smile and joy (especially Gloria), the rooms are clean and have a microwave, coffee maker and fridge, very useful.

Room wasn't bad. But the atmosphere was really terrible. Had a violent domestic dispute go on right outside out our room for nearly an hour that was never broken up. No security patrol. Couldn't sleep so went for a walk and found people just walking back and forth between rooms slamming the doors. People screaming back and forth at each other. Walls are paper thin so you'll hear everything that happens on International Drive. Could be a decent hotel in a great location with better security. We won't be back to find out if that happens.

A good recommendation from a friend and this ones was a good hotel to stay in Orlando. They gave us a room that opens ro the street. We thought we were going to have too much noise but no. The hours of rest were there were very appreciated. You will find staff members who speak your language. Good breakfast included in the price. Good attention. They have complimentary buses that goes from hotel to Universal or Epcot. And outside you may find a line of buses from Orlando city to go nearby.

We stayed at this Best Western a week ago while in Florida. The place is very nice. The staff is super nice. Fernanda and Jaylee were very welcoming when we arrived. The breakfast was very good and it was nice to have a choice to eat either indoors or outside. I would definitely stay at this Best Western again.

Nice hotel. Large rooms. With pool and breakfast. The girls in the dining room were super friendly. The day of our birthdays we prepared a surprise party at breakfast.

It's a motel, so didn't expect anything glorious. Service is very good. Responsive to my needs and questions. Free breakfast is pretty good. No bacon though,. Air conditioning is good, could use heavier blankets. Nice shower, friendly people. Would stay again, just don't expect the Ritz and you won't be disappointed.

I lost my brother Seme drowning. For not having saved life for more than you have its rules is one of the greatest order that had in my life parents and older siblings take care of their small children that this does not remain so. The workers. Linpiesa cashier are not. Guilty are the most. Send. There's hope. This. Don't stay. In vain. For others. And that God. Save brother Ami. It's His Holy glory.

Great for the price! Free Wi-Fi complementary breakfast and parking. Right across the street from Unos the best pizza in Orlando and close to lots of other good eats. The Orlando eye right in front of you! What more can I say. I will definitely book here on my next visit.

What I loved the most about my stay at BW was the staff… always with a smile on their face and a warm greeting. The breakfast is fabulous and the room was very clean. The manager took care of all the things I asked him to in no time at all. Having a pool and exercise room available was great and also being able to do my laundry. I will definitely reccomend BW to my friends and family… and its wonderful location is another excuse to go again!

The standard bw hotel. Nice pool, small room accomodations for a night stay. They do not have a clear hurricane preparedness plan which somewhat bothered me and the tenants didn't seem to know what to do about it either. Since this is my first hurricane I was hoping there were better instructions even if Orlando is inland and better protected. I believe Cincinnati makes a much better emergency preparedness plans in that sense. Besides all that, when there are no natural disasters on your way, feel free to stay there. In the meantime I am going somewhere safer.

Excellent location, Within 15 minutes drive to all the major theme parks and outlet malls. It is literally on international drive, so we were able to walk to the gift shops, restaurants and other major retailers. The hotel stay was great and the breakfast had a great variety. We are very satisfied with our stay and will return to this BW in the future.

Clean place. Love the fact that it was outdoor and indoor. All almost apartment style. Breakfast is great. Not as good as high-tier hotels but still delicious. Staff friendly and well-trained.

The motel room was small and our bathroom door didn't shut tightly. But the beds were super comfortable,, the staff was extremely friendly and polite, and the motel was close to everything. Pool was amazing. The parking was easy too. We would definitely stay here again. Had a great time.

Our first impression of the hotel was great. The interior in the main reception area looks like it just recently got a remodel. It was well lit, very clean and the ladies at the desk when we checked in were super friendly. However, when we got to our room (room 217), we were immediately unimpressed. The location of this room is less than desirable as it is directly across from the elevator.
The elevator is loud and every time a guest would use it, there would be a "Ding" whic…h we could hear clearly in our room. There are lights right across from the elevator for guests to see where they are going, but it makes it really inconvenient for this room to have a constant source of light shine into the room when trying to sleep. We had to put pillows against the AC and chair to push the fabric into the window sill as well as prop the curtains behind the lamp shade to get it semi dark in the room.
The seal around the door does nothing except let light in at night.
There are no lights on the ceilings in the room, so the only source of light is from the night stand lights and the stand alone light, which doesn't do a good job of lighting the room at all.
We would have kept the curtains open to get natural light in our room, had the window not opened directly to the elevator. We had to keep the curtains shut for the 4 days that we were there. The bathroom was tiny and the fan didn't do anything except make noise.

I was expecting something better with the the price I paid for this hotel and from the pics. But this hotel is really bad. When I entered the lobby, I didn't like the overall look and cheap quality of the hotel. I went to lobby for checking in, there was a guy looking extremely disinterested and serious. He even didn't said hello and never smiled. I said my name and, he looked for the information. He said someone is already in your room. WTF! He assigned me another room. The room looked okay, but really odorous. Most importantly, the room had poor Wi-Fi signal, and I could not connect to their Wi-Fi. Another problem was, there was no shuttle. I didn't like a single thing about the hotel. This hotel doesn't even deserve half of the price I paid. Disgusting! I will never ever go to this hotel again.

The prices are good I stayed for 4 nights. Florida has a lot of bugs and they do there best to keep them out. Everything works good. There is a pool that is clean. The room was acceptable and mostly clean. 2ed floor rooms are the cleanest and best kept up. The staff was kind and curious. The brake fast is different for each day. Ex (bacon/sausage) (french toast/ muffins) there is plenty to eat/drink in the morning if you go down for breakfast. Eggs bagels toast scrambled eggs. Vegetarian friendly.

This hotel looks nothing like it does online. The beds were hard and the refrigerator/microwave are very old. The employee's are rude no customer service at ALL. Very noise we barely slept at all, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone was not worth the money. There are better hotels not too far for $10 more and well worth it. I was here for a convention and another lady who I met did the same thing originally we both booked for 3 nights but 1 night of hell was plenty.

Great value and great location! Close to Universal, Sea World, and Disney. Lots of great places to eat and hang out within walking distance. Air conditioner worked great, fridge and microwave included at no extra charge. Breakfast was nice, included the basics, and even Waffles! The room had some cosmetic issues, but nothing that would keep me from staying here again. Only issue was the Wi-Fi service. No password required (more people on it can slow it down), and a little spotty at times, but no different from other hotels at this level.

Excellant provided accomodations for the money. Highly recommended as a place to stay. The resturant accross the st (Uno Chicago Pizza) serves great food and excellant service. I would recommend this Bestwestern as a very good place to stay.
