I did check in at 10pm with no problems and the accomodation was pleasant, breakfast included which helps a little in your pocket.

It was a nice Christmas. The outside of rooms was luxurious. The bed was nice. I got a headache and thought it might be related to the lack of airflow or the presence of allergens in the room. We were almost the only guests in a big hotel, it felt like a ghost town. The employees your polite and friendly.

It's ok, not the nicest of Hampton Inns, mainly because it's older. But price reflects that and no real issues, just older and feels more basic. Whole hotel has a large atrium that the walkways of the upper two floors overlook… certainly not the traditional Hampton feel in that respect.

Hotel was decent. We stayed on a holiday, so there was no housekeeping. Not a problem. There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. Everything else was quite satisfactory.

The hotel is somewhat dated, but clean. I'm happy with clean. The staff was attentive and extremely friendly. The room was comfy and was perfect for a week stay in having a fridge and microwave. The hotel breakfast was satisfying and contained standard hotel fare: eggs, sausage, cereal, etc. The hotel is located a good distance from the city, but there are plenty of amenities surrounding the hotel and very close.

Great staff. Room was clean. Hot showers. Breakfast was even good. Spotless. Girlfriend thought the covers were too "warm" No fridge or microwave in the rooms…

The location was convenient for most of what I wanted to do. The rooms were nice and clean. Front desk staff was decent and the breakfast wasn't bad.

Great location for a Red Rocks show. Awesome view of the mountains to the west. Comfy bed and pillows. Exceptional breakfast spread included make your own waffles, sausage, potatoes, eggs, cereal bar, fruit, pastry station, oatmeal bar. Service was great as always. Second time to stay here this month. Will return to this location.

Great-looking interior & lobby. Hot breakfast starting at 6am is a huge plus. If you want a mini-fridge/microwave, be sure to ask for that when you book. Room was clean when I arrived and when I returned at the end of the day.

Staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and quiet, beds are very comfy. However the main floors — lobby, elevators and landing areas on our floor were dirty and didn't get vacuumed the entire 3 days of our stay. Not a showstopper just something you notice.

Front desk staff was very helpful getting access to a very unfriendly internet system within their franchise. You need to be a very savvy computer programmer to get on their free Wi-Fi system. Had to have front desk help all three days we stayed at hotel. Breakfast food choices were great. Would stay here again easy access to daily mountain day driving trips.

This place has been perfect for my stay! The building is a little bit older, but the rooms are clean and the staff is super helpful! Another review mentions that there isn't a pool… and there aren't any stairs; both of those statements aren't true. There is a nice outdoor pool, small, but nice. There are two staircases but they aren't right by the elevators, you need to do a little looking to find them. Laundry is available, ice machines on every floor, and a great room setup. The breakfast was my favorite. For an all-included breakfast, it was top-notch! Much better than a "continental" breakfast I've had at a lot of hotels. There is a good variety of breakfast foods and the dining staff are kind and efficient. I liked the variety of coffee, and the hot breakfast food was welcoming. I'm familiar with the Lakewood area, and being close to 285 and to restaurants and Walmart are always nice when traveling. Highly recommended place! I'll probably stay again!

Stay3d here 2 times in the last month for a total of 6 nights. Perfect location, you can get anywhere quickly from here. Very nice rooms and comfortable beds, breakfast was above average, staff was friendly! TESSA at the front desk is the best. She needs a raise and needs to be management. Both times I was there she went out of her way to make us feel welcome! The only knock on the hotel is that the pool is extremely cold and mmmo hot tub!

Room was nice though not the type we had reserved so that was a bit disappointing. Plus it was somewhat inconvenient to not have a refrigerator but the staff did offer to store our perishables in their pantry refrigerator. Staff was friendly. Breakfast items were the normal fare. The layout of the hotel is quite lovely. It's an atrium with skylights and many live trees on the first/lobby level. Dozens of live plants adorn the walls on each on each level of the atrium.

We have stayed in many other Hampton's and always loved our stay. This one is old, outdated, and falling apart. The first issue is that only the "deluxe" rooms have fridges which no one bothered to tell us when we booked. Since we have an infant who needs milk refrigerated we had to upgrade. $30/night for a fridge that barely works is ridiculous. Next the whole hotel is nasty. Wallpaper is coming off, wire covers are coming apart, finishes are cracked, chipped ect. We love our Hampton's but this one needs a major remodel and TLC.

The hotel staff was excellent and even gave us a better price than what was listed. Rooms were extremely clean. The bed, pillows, and blankets were SO comfortable. I have very high shower standards and this shower was extremely clean and had great water pressure. And the continental breakfast was delicious. Checkout at noon was convenient as well!

THIS HAMPTON SUCKS! Feels more like a motel 6. They put us in a room with a broken ac unit, which would have been fine since the windows open, but our window happened to be about 15 feet from the front entrance way. All night we were kept awake by the sounds of people arriving and luggage rolling. Next morning we asked the staff for a new room and were told that the hotel was completely sold out. I kept asking politely throughout the day, knowing that the squeaky wheel gets the grease. After pretty much begging, we were moved to a new room (guess they weren't ENTIRELY sold out…), right next to the breakfast buffet. So the sounds of luggage were replaced with the sounds of breakfast, and not much sleep was had during our stay. Also the plasticware and styrofoam plates at breakfast made me really question if this hotel was actually run by the same Hampton company I am familiar with. I have stayed in several other Hampton's before and all of them completely shamed this one in every single aspect. I feel like any company who values its brand would never allow one location to degrade their entire operation like this. And to top it all off, I scheduled a wake up call for our last morning and never received it. Luckily I had also set an alarm so I didnt miss my flight, no thanks to Hampton.

Two staff members Alex and Maria were fantastic but the Hotel itself was the worst Hampton Inn facility in have ever been in, and I was a very frequent visitor at many across the country for years, up to 40. Weeks a year. The first room had a broken toilet which I discovered 1 minute after entering the room. If I could figure it out then why didn't they. The darn thing was running away. We changed rooms and stayed as planned for 1 night. The sheets were so old they were pitted and scratchy. The shower head didn't work correctly and the next morning they have no cream cheese… ugh. Really, no cream cheese with the bagels. Oh, and the heater didn't work. Guess I was lucky they had an extra blanket. Again, this is NO reflection on the great service from Alex and Maria. But geez, sounds like they need a new owner, manager, and finance manager who's willing to toss out old sheets. I'm now staying at the location in Rapid City and its fabulous…

This hotel is great. The breakfast is warm and tasty, the lady who works the breakfast buffet is very friendly and helpful and the ladies at the front desk were wonderful. The addition of iced coffee in the lobby for guests is very nice.

Pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and a respectable breakfast. (Love the mini cinnamon rolls! ). We have stayed here a couple of times and would return again.

I was just there investigating for my parents. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasant lobby area, but that's the extent of my interaction with this business.

It was the worst costumer service I have ever seen. Do not book with them. They charged our card twice, even though we weren't staying there anymore because they were openly rude. We got locked out of our hotel room, and they wouldn't even let us get our belongings, so of course my boyfriend gets mad because we are 13 hours away from home. When my boyfriend storms off, I see the guy who is working the front desk start laughing at him. Also when we called him out on it, I said, " it was very rude of you to start laughing at his face and think it was funny that we'd have no where to stay tonight" and he's response was, " I didn't laugh at his face, I laughed behind his back. " The manager was right there with us and she didn't say a thing. It was the worst hotel I have ever almost stayed at. I would not recommend it. We ended up stayin at the La Quinta just a few minutes away and they were way nicer and the rooms were 100x better. There is no reason that management should talk back to costumers. Over all not worth us even trying to stay there anymore.

Great, clean rooms with sharp, clean architecture. Great amenities, besides the lack indoor pool. This is a good value for a simple overnight trip.

My father n law was staying there for a lil over a week. We visited every day. U kniw they actually had fresh homemade cookies there every time we went. Late at night and all. And if u r not the one staying there they dont glare/look down on u for taking some. They have a really friendly staff. Very helpful, and actually act like they wanna help u. They also have coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. And other drinks… for their guest and their guests guest. The weight room wasn't all crowded either! Bonus!

This hotel looks beautiful on the inside. The beds are comfortable and the rooms clean. I did have some frustrations though. Checking in the front desk did not offer my hilton diamonds gifts. The room they gave me had a view of vents/wall/rock. They did not have enough baby seats to accommodate my 8 month old and we had to retrieve the stroller for him to sit in. The elevators are slow as snails. We thought they may break down (one actually did) overall I'm very unhappy with this hotel stay.
