Paula was great! She was very friendly and willing to help. If you are looking for a work station or hot breakfast this isn't the place. But I brought my own fruit and had oatmeal and it was fine. I had no smoking room and people (guests) did smoke in front of many doors.

I've been here for almost a year now and I must say that this is a wonderful hotel. The office staff are super friendly and are well versed in ways to improve your stay. It's a quiet hotel depending on your neighbors. If you have an issue with a neighbor, don't hesitate to report it to Lisa or Paula to take care of it. They're all about positive guest experiences and will do their best to resolve any issues.

Was first given a room that had not been cleaned. It was trashed. Then when on the first morning I realized there wasn't a hair dryer in the room, I called down to their, quote, "guest services" and the phone rang and rang. Finally someone answers and is rude and tells me that they have hair dryers at the front desk. When I tell her that I just got out of the shower so could someone bring one to me, she tells me she is the only one in the office and is on the phone trying to get their system back up. So much for "guest services". Oh and that fully stocked kitchen they advertise, well I guess you have to ask for that also it is not a given. Worst mistake ever. I will never use this place again. I'd rather pay more even if I can't afford it. Bad decision, really bad decision.

A very nice place to stay. Stayed for about a week while transitioning between homes. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all my questions. Got free Wi-Fi in the room and was able to stream video conferences and complete work in the quiet area. Room has a kitchen with a sink and cook top, great easy and very clean! Pet friendly!

My family and I have been here for a few months now. The rooms are clean and convenient. The staff is always friendly, especially Paula! Since she moved to the front desk, she has really been doing a great job! Excellent customer service!

Stayed here while in town to see a concert at the Red Rock Amphitheatre. Was relatively close to the Amphitheatre, especially considering we booked our room the same day as the concert. 20 minute, $20 Lyft ride to the Amphitheatre. The room was clean with a decent kitchen though we never used the kitchen so can't speak too much to that. Reasonable price for how late we booked. The area is nice and easily accessible from the freeway.

My family has been staying here for 2 months now. We adore Lisa! She is really wonderful and always makes us feel well taken care of. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff is attentive and friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

Decent for an extended stay place, but constant noise and disturbances, as is to be expected. Location is convenient. Staff was great, particularly manager Jesse and maintenance man Scott, but I recommend avoiding Lisa if at all possible. She came into my room without proper notification twice. Lisa is extremely rude and disrespectful, but had the nerve to ask that I leave her a positive review. If not for her, I might leave a higher rating. The place is overpriced for the limited amenities, but seems to be a little nicer than other extended stays in the area.

I stayed here for six weeks. The hotel made me feel like home. The room was comfortable. The front desk people were helpful. There is nothing much offered for breakfast (only coffee and granola bar). I would say this is the only drawback.

I have been here for a few months now. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Any minor maintenance issues have been addressed quickly and the maintenance man is very knowledgeable and friendly. It is clean and safe here too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a basic affordable long or short term stay.

We have stayed at this Extended Stay at Wadsworth and Hampden for over a month and the staff is consistently friendly and very helpful. We are so impressed with the front office staff including Jesse the manager, Lisa the front office person and Scott the facilities engineer. Our stay in fact has been so pleasant we are tempted to stay even longer. The housekeeping staff deserves kudos too because they keep our room emaculate! We highly recommend this property to all our friends here in Lakewood!

I booked a room, requesting two beds, for two adults and a kid. We showed up after a concert at Red Rocks, and had to buzz the desk attendant (no complaints there, it was late). While she was nice enough, she admitted she was new and was having a hard time checking us in. We ended up in a room with ONE queen bed. We considered trying to sleep one person on the plastic-y chair, but there were no extra blankets. The blankets on the bed were stained and there was a dead bug on the nightstand. The room was fairly clean otherwise. The next morning, the Manger asked about my stay. I voiced all of these concerns, and I barely got an acknowledgement from him. Breakfast offered was coffee and granola bars.

Been here awhile now and this hotel has surpassed my expectations. Jesse and Lisa are a wonderful team and very helpful. The housekeeping staff does a great job, especially Estefania. Would definitely recommend this location and stay here again in the future.

This place is great! My daughter and I have been here for 30 days now, and the manager Jesse and assistant manager Lisa have done a wonderful job making this place feel like a home. The rooms are comfortable and functional; including the beds, kitchen, bathroom, and outside. The beds are comfy, the kitchen (and all the supplies they provide you with) is good, the bathroom has a lot of counter space, and there is a large grassy space outside to walk your dogs. The laundry facility is clean, fast, and cheap. What we like best is the amazing customer service, efficiency, and helpfulness Jesse and Lisa have been providing. We would definitely stay here again! I also want to complement Scott (the Chief Engineer) on how he keeps the property up! He is here all day long taking care of any maintenance issues that arise on the property! Scott is not only proficient, experienced, and knowledgeable, but he gets the job done in a timely matter. If they are not taking care of you Scott, I would be happy to hire you. Awesome place!

I have been staying here for about 3 months and I am very satisfied. I have been in 3 different rooms and they have all been clean, well kept and quiet. The location is great being right off highway 285 and just across the street from a Denny's and Old Chicago restaurant.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I’ve been here for 6 months and the staff here are absolutely wonderful. I feel very at home and they exhibit hospitality you don’t normally find from a hotel. I really do enjoy staying here, and if there is something that you need, they try to accommodate. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a home away from home, whether 1 night or 1 month.

I'll give this a 5 when it really deserves a 4. So I got there mid afternoon just about an hour after booking it on Orbitz. With extensive research it's in a decent part of town which was a consideration. I got there and went to the main counter to check in. The lady was very pleasant to deal with and we ended up taking a quick ten minute conversation about local places for photography since I was in the area for a photography trip. She gave me great suggestions. Now on to the room. It was a room. It had a fancy little work desk with two rolling chairs. Unfortunately they were very dirty and stained. It had a full kitchen with everything which was solid for the price paid. The bathroom was nothing to rave about though it was a pretty decent pressure of water. The free Wi-Fi wasn't to bad compared to other same brand hotels. It was easy to get to from the main road. But the parking was limited. I ran out in the middle of the night in my sleep clothes to get a water from the car and it turned out my key didn't work for what ever reason. I had to call them and wait for them to get me another room key for reentry.

We have had our Truck robbed here twice already. The hotel will do nothing to help you either, so beware if you wish to stay here. No camera's and no security. You are taking a risk by staying at this location, and once you get robbed, there will be no help or accountability. You will just have to deal with it. It is better to go somewhere else.

Aside from the refrigerator suddenly dying (things happen), the accommodations were otherwise satisfactory. Parking can, at times, be difficult to find but never entirely absent — — at least in my experience.

Gross, dirty. Would never stay here again. Good customer service with the staff. That is it.

This is one of the cheapest hotels in the area, and you get what you pay for. The location is convenient, but it's loud. The walls are really thin, so you can hear the sirens going by at night as well as the other people/residents and their music, TVs, and conversations. There was zero kitchen equipment even though it's an extended stay, and they didn't even have a common ice machine. Sad breakfast & coffee, though a lot of the staff was friendly.

I only stayed here because every other hotel in the area was booked. I ended up with a smoking room, which was nasty. The whole room was yellow from smoke, reeked of smoke, and had cigarette burns everywhere. I guess if you are a smoker, you might not mind it, but since I'm not, I could barely breathe in the room. I ended up changing my plane ticket rather than spend one more night in that room. And, now I see that they have charged my credit card twice for the room, so I am going to have to call and straighten that out as well. On the plus side, they were very nice about refunding the second charge.

The hotel was an okay place to stay if desperate enough, which sadly was my fault to stay there in the first place. While there the staff were rude, and not even feeling welcomed there. I was just trying to have a nice weekend with my girlfriend. I'm in the military as a U. S. Marine and don't have much time to spend with her, but this place didn't make it any better. There was rude people arguing at night while trying to sleep. The staff came at my door while I was getting ready to leave and check out. I prefer if they called instead. I couldn't even find the remote to the T. V. While there. There wasn't a T. V. Guide at all. What kinda satisfaction is this? It didn't feel like a small going away, but instead a place I will definitely not comeback to. Thank you.

Our bathroom was NOT CLEAN, the towels stink, toilet got clogged and they don't even have a plunged, I get that weed is legal but I don't like our room smelling like it, the bed cover wasn't cleaned even when we took it off makes me wonder if the sheets were washed. Over all HORRIBLE HOUSE CLEANING for 600 something a week I want my stuff CLEAN. Especially when I saw a place that was 400 something a week and it was cleaned. But couldn't stay there cuz the boss didnt like it. I will never come back.

This place is great! Good rooms, they look really nice, the front desk people are great, they got rid of the bad one, and its ran great no noise, no weed smells despite the fact people probably smoke here and are great at hiding it, everything is always clean, and if you need any towels or soaps you can get them right away, laundry room is great, the morning breakfast is delisious, nice rooms service, just all together a great friendly place, its not a kid shy place at all, they jave really nice tvs and kickass Wi-Fi, even when they came to inspect the fire alarm we were all laughing and it was quick and easy, the securiy guard keeps the place nice and clean and puttogether, very roomy compared to all other weekly pay rate places, if you currently stay at the INNTOWN SUITES leav now and come here, they are only 2 miles away and 1000 times better.

Noticed A/C wasn't working at around 11pm. Was told Maintenance wasn't in until 7am. Asked for a fan or be given another room, was told there was nothing they could do. Ended up turning the A/C off for a while and it seems to be working now. On another note, room could be cleaner and better-ventilated. Will probably stay elsewhere next time.

When we made our reservation over the phone, they told us we would have two beds and a couch in a non smoking room. When we actually got there we were given a room that reeked of smoke and did not have the couch. The carpets are threadbare and icky as well. The beds and bathroom were fairly clean at least, but I wouldn't want to stay here again.

Decent rooms for the price! Clean, smelt fresh, everyone that works here is super friendly. Cathy the gal that checked me in was absolute sweetheart and was so helpful we need more people like her around she was constantly busy every time I saw her and had a smile even with the rude people that came in. The internet however is AWFUL! Not that this is a 5 star hotel but I did recieve 5 stars of treatment for the value.

Rooms are nice, staff is wonderful, great location that's min from great shopping and eating.

I just feel like home here, every time I stay. The transvestite front desk clerk has got the poopiest attitude. It should hook up with the greasy fat male front desk clerk at the American motel and get bent.

Good clean room. Door jam doesn't close properly and leaks cold air in, but not enough to bother.

Run from this place. I booked a room 3 weeks in advance asking for a smoke free room. What I got was a smokers room that had been overly spayed with air freshener. The chair had knife cuts in it, the room was clean but was worn and well in need of updating. The exterior had a nice appearance but was in real need of maintenance. The odor in the room was so bad it kicked my asthma in (I was told that I had one of the best rooms). I ended up going to another motel down the road, the receptionist had me sit down when I walked in because I was coughing so much, it took me a day and a half to recover. Extended stay required me to pay for a one night stay but after telling the receptionist at La Quinta about my experience she reduced the price to make up for it.

The managers were very helpful, specifically Don and Nancy but the rest were good too. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Would recommend. Seem to be lots of bad reviews but I had a very good experience so maybe things have changed recently.

It was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Smelled like smoke, red stains all over the carpet, hair in the sinks, nothing looked clean at all. The air conditioner kept rattling. It was a horrible experience, I'll never stay at another one.

Its alright. Traveling with boyfriend for work and Im picky. We use them for long periods of time. Rooms have kitchens no oven. Full fridge. Flatscreen tvs. Burn holes in carpet. I always use my own pillows and blankets anywhere we go. Its not the Hilton Suites or anything.

I originally paid $115 for a disgusting room with a horrible odor. The hotel is pet friendly, but it's obvious they don't do anything if a pet has an accident. There was a stained, dripping fluid on the couch as if an animal had marked it's territory, and that would also explain the smell. The staff was nice enough when we decided to cancel our reservation and get our money back. I've staid in nicer motels for under $100 enough times to know this one is definitely a rip off.

The police should start booking criminals here when they run out of room at the jail. This is the absolute worst place to stay in Denver. I would rather sleep in my car during a snow storm.

Great staff! David is very professional and helpful. The rooms are clean with a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

I booked through priceline and was not expecting much, but I needed a cheap place to stay with my dog. When I checked in I found I had the last room available and was told (with an apology) that it was a smoking room and that priceline booked with a "preference" for non-smoking. I was offered febreeze and deodorizer, but turned it down. When I got to the room, it was fine! Not much smoke smell, and it was in good shape. I was very happy with the room. Neighbors were noisy, and had the TV on all night, but for this type of place, thats too be expected. Overall, good stay for a great price and they took my dog.

We stayed one month due to medical treatments for cancer, and we were unable to depart due to the tourist season in denver. It was our unfortunate experience to have to deal with this level of incompetence. I will give 5 stars to the manager david, as he has an unbelievable task to have to deal with this workforce minimum wage buy's. This company has absolutely no dignity at all. I'll stay in my car before this ever happens again. If you don't mind getto life, this place is for you.

It's not a place to get sleep, cable works part of the time, fire alarm go's off often, you have to give the exact time that you are going to depart if you whant to extend your room you have to give 48 hours, I work construction and told them I would be there for about 6 weeks only there for 3 weeks and they acted like every thing was ok. at 3 weeks tried to extend on more day and they would not because I didn't give 48 hours they told me my room was booked 2 weeks earlier. I had a sick 2 year old and my wife had to leave and wait for me to get of work outside the hotel.

Perfect for a cheap clean place to stay, only things that could be better are the bed and T. V. The bed isn't the most comfortable and there's only 23 channels. Other than those two things it was the perfect place to stay on my vacation. Update RM 306 on 5th day when I put the toilet seat down I find a pubic hair and urine stains behind it the heater only works for 20 to 30 minutes after it's turned on then it blows cold air till I restart it woke up with major back problems, I mean I could barely get out of bed this one morning (probably because how hard the mattress is) and went down to the vending machine to buy some aspirin and it said exact change, so broke my $5 into one's but it won't take them, then I see it takes credit cards so I go back to my room to get and try my credit card and low and behold it said my card won't work because it is a debt card, even though it is most definitely and credit/debit. And after all that the only help/advice I got from the front desk was "you can walk to Circle K" (a mile round trip).
