Large suites, and friendly Staff.

This was a very nice hotel. I stayed here during a trip for a concert at Red Rocks. It was perfect for that. A reasonable price and close enough to the venue as well. There are nearby restaurants and shopping is just a quick drive away. I would not hesitate to stay here for future trips.

Stayed here while in town for a show at red rocks. We were really impressed by this place. The room was really clean and the staff was friendly. They have a good hot breakfast and are within twenty minutes to downtown for sporting events and tons of good restaurants and breweries. Also within 20 minutes of great hiking in the mountains. I would stay here again.

All the staff was very nice. Just request a room away from the elevator.

This place is awesome! Very hospitable and accommodating! they have fans in the bathroom which I always appreciate and an attached ice bucket on the ice machine which is super helpful when filling up coolers. They have a nice breakfast, a hot tub with a pool and very nice staff. Very clean and welcoming in a great location.

It was so friendly, clean and professional! We stayed at two others besides this one on our trip from Houston to Steamboat Springs. The rooms were nice with the sink separate from toilet. The foldout sofa had all its sheets already made. The food was good and the restaurants around were perfect. The highway we needed was right there. It was lovely.

Loved my stay! Hotel was a great location, complete with late night pizza across the street! There was a woman named Karin who checked us in and was a wonderful surprise for the overnight front desk! There was a great breakfast and a pool/hot tub! I only wish it would have been open later. Would be nice after a long day of travel.

I am as little disappointed in the accommodations on this visit. We travel with our dogs all the time and we always request a room closest to a exit door due to the fact our dogs need more potty breaks then some people. However this time we were closest to the lobby and having to deal with the traffic of people coming and going was overwhelming for all of us. So overall not a good experience this trip. Breakfast was great! Room was clean and neat. Great job!, My husband loved the shower.!

Decent rooms, and staff is friendly. There's a lot of noise at this hotel though — whether it be from the road or other guests. You can pretty much hear the entire conversation of someone in the room next to yours and you only hope that no one around you wants to watch TV. Parking lot is small and doesn't circle around so if you go to the side by the entrance you may find yourself backing up to try and find a spot on the other side.

This is by far the best of all the hotels in the area! It's cleaner, they keep up on it, remodeling it and all that. The staff is attentive and professional. I would recommend to anyone who's needing to stay in the area, this is where you should try to book your room! Best value all around!

We are staying here for a week while we have building work done on our home. I looked at the Reviews, Rates and Size of room's for comfortable hotels in my area of Lakewood and this hotel came out on top. We booked a Queen Suite after coming in person to check out all the Suites here a few days before booking one. We liked the space in the suites, we have a spacious Bedroom with 2 Queen bed's which are firm rather than soft, Chest of Drawers, Nightstand, large LG TV, Desk with chair. Living Room with very large LG TV, Sofa Bed, Coffee Table, and Armchair and Leather Ottoman. Living room and Bedroom can be closed off from each other by sliding wooden doors. We closed ours at night to cut down on any noise outside of suite, but we really didn't have to as its been very quiet here. Kitchenette with Fridge, Microwave, Sink, and Cupboards. Bathroom with shower and toilet, Vanity sink is outside of bathroom. Lots of towels and face-cloths. Staff have been very helpful and pleasant. The hotel has been quiet except the Pool area where kids will be kids. But that closes at 10pm. There is a Lift here and the hotel is Wheelchair accessible. ♿ After reading many Reviews about this place and based on my own experience I would recommend this Hotel to others. If you can book ahead you will find a better deal than just walking in the door. We booked through Expedia and paid $90 per night, walking in its $114. Safe Travels. So glad we're here tonight!

Staff was friendly, Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel was under renovation at the time of my visit. Could have put a sign up to excuse the mess. Kids… kids running around everywhere from the pool to the elevator to the rooms. No one was going behind them to clean up the water mess we walked though. The pool was not clean, floating particles everywhere, hot tub was dirty as well. Served its purpose for the evening, it isn't a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was ok, lacked bacon.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds and good location. Stayed here for 3 days with our dogs and it was a very enjoyable stay. I looked forward to coming back to the hotel after a long day exploring. Will stay again when I am back in town.

Free buffet breakfast every morning for a good amount of time. Everyday it was something different which was fun. Room service was extremely friendly and helpful. Front desk customer reps were very pretty, friendly, courteous, and sweet. Beds we're beyond comfortable and warm. The heat/ac worked very well. They have a really warm pool that was perfect just to relax in and have fun. The hot tub was a very comfortable and relaxing temperature with plenty of room for everyone. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. Really was sad to leave with how much I enjoyed my stay!

Traveled to Lakewood from Ozark, MO on December 31. This hotel seems to have lost ground since our last visit 2 years ago. Breakfast was OK but not on par with other Comfort Suites (and I stay at alot of them in my work travels). Wife and I were the second floor (mistake) and the noise level was constant from above. Inadequate soundproofing? All in all ; not a bad stay, just disappointed. This hotel seems more on par with the Quality Inn level, but, there's one next door! Can't rate this 5 stars because I know what the standard for a Comfort Suites should be. This ain't it.

Recently stayed here and this hotel had the best housekeeping staff. Every day the room was immaculate. The kitchen area sparkled and was always fully stocked. Front desk staff was friendly too. Excellent hotel experience!

Great price for a clean nice room. Delicious free continental breakfast. Warm indoor pool with fun lights. My kids liked that.

Front desk staff was great! helpful on getting us our AAA rate, making sure my cat was accounted for :) Room was huge, very clean, spacious and easy to access. Breakfast was great as well! Plan on staying again in the future! (great value for the price! )

I've stayed at this property 5 times in the last year. It's always clean & comfortable. Spacious rooms. Breakfast is always good. Pool, hot tub & fitness room are great. Beautiful landscaping on the grounds. Close to dining options. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only positive about this hotel is that the rooms are spacious, and the lovely lady that ran the breakfast room was very patient and kind to our group. Our families were treated awful! Upon arrival the front desk told a family of 4 that they could only have 2 keys! They spoke inappropriately to our children. The pool was disgusting. They had grab and go breakfast that they took off the counter when our boys had an early game. Never again, you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

My room was nice and clean, the water was hot and the people were great! Loved the breakfast and the view of the mountains is pretty. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Denver.

The Comfort Suites in Lakewood was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. It was also conveniently located right off of Hampden and there are shopping centers in either direction. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They were also knowledgeable about Denver and that south western metro area. Their rates are affordable and I would stay there again.

Location is great! BUT I just want everyone to know the management sucks and if you approach them about a blood stain on the comforter they will blame you for it. That is all!

The good — large rooms, above average “free” breakfast, 10/15 min drive from red rocks The bad — gross dirty stained sheets. Brought it to the managers attention in the morning. Hoping for the response of, that is not normal, I’m sorry you had to experience that. Nope, I got the whole, “why didn’t you tell us? ” “We could have moved you to a different room” “let me bring my head of hospitality to check” “see their list says they checked the sheets” “this must have happened after you checked in. ” The last thing you want to do at 1am when you are in sweatpants ready for bed is to go deal with the front desk and time to be moved to a different room, so we slept on top of the sheets in long pants and shirts. They tried blaming dry blood stains and “brown smudges” on my well behaved dog that was in the room. I responded with, my do has white and brown hair, not black and no my dog isn’t bleeding. It was dry blood, she says “well the a/c is on and dried the blood. ” At this point, I understood that management was just being combative and not understanding. At that point I told them, I wasn’t expecting compensation, I was expecting them to be alarmed and listen. I won’t be staying here again and would recommend you don’t stay here either.

Room was good sized. Had a nice little living area with a couch and table. Located close enough to Red Rocks Amphitheater. Would stay here again.

Great hotel for the price. The bathrooms need some work but it seems they are doing that within the next few weeks. Very spacious and very clean.

Clean, comfortable, and super friendly. The rooms were large. The breakfast was top notch and their pool was great. What more can you ask for? Highly recommended.

Located perfectly outside of Denver, near the mountains, this hotel will satisfy all of your needs. Indoor swimming pool & spa. Dining area with complimentary hot breakfast. Fitness room and business center. Rooms equipped with coffeemaker and ironing board. Some rooms have private 2 person hot tubs. And some have room dividers! All at a price you can afford. They will also work with you on price if you stay multiple days. My Go-to hotel in Colorado!

The staff was very friendly but the cleanliness of the first room was poor and the second room we were transferred to was dirty as well. When you pay a decent price for a room you shouldn't have to clean it yourself.

Very surprised with our visit, rooms were very nice and larger than most. Parking was great, and easy to get to. All the staff were very nice as well.

Excellent room for the price. A suite for $90. Nice Jacuzzi and pool. Pretty decent breakfast, waffle makers and hot eggs plus sausage with cereal and stuff. Two beds plus a pullout couch. Two led flatscreen TVs per room. Fridge and microwave. Would stay again.

Problems at first with our reservation… It was lost and we were told we would not be getting a room even after we received a conformation number and everything. We were half way there, (driving) almost 600 miles. But we figured it out and once we got here we were given a bigger and more private room the staff has been excellent and the room is perfect. Very clean and extremely nice with a gorgeous view! 3 nights for $300 bucks was well worth it!

This place is great for the price! I recently stayed there during Valentines day. The staff is so friendly especially the lady that works in the breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean and really big with two TVs. The only down side was the the elevator was out of service. But I would highly recommend The Comfort Suites Inn to anyone.

Are you serious? This place is amazing for the price. I am more than surprised and very pleased. Extremely happy I choose to stay here. The staff is beyond friendly. I highly recommend.

Loud elevator, pool door broken, noisy staff members. Asked for help with TV from front desk, Lexi, seeing as the TV reception was horrible. Didnt recieve any help from maintenance after she said she would send them up. Would never stay again. Reccomend the Quality inn over that place.

No hot water in showers. When trying to call management, found out the phone in the room doesn't work. After finally calling down on our cell phone, the front desk person said there was nothing they could do. Our room was next to the elevator and could here every noise when it went up and down. Still have to stay here for two more nights but are trying to get out of it. Management is horrible here!

Clean and nice hotel. Pool area has been greatly improved since we stayed there last year. Sometimes you can hear the footsteps of the people above you, so ask for the top floor if you're a light sleeper. Staff was helpful and gladly assisted us in switching rooms.

OK so last week I stayed with a friend at this hotel. I have to say that I've never been to a hotel with such Lazy ass staff. I had to wait until 11-12pm to get the service I was satisfied with. Housekeeping was crap… The morning staff was horrible and rude and the breakfast who are they trying to kid are they a Mexican restaurant Or a business hotel?

Good location for what I needed. Breakfast was good each day. Staff was nice, not always helpful, but nice. Elevator was broken our entire four day stay. Rooms were very dark. Not enough light from florescent bulbs. Bathroom very dark. I asked front desk for a couple of extra hangers and was politely told they had no extra hangers. Also asked for maintenance to check lighting and was also told nothing we can do although I'm sure the bathroom fixture held two bulbs and only had one in place. The carpet in the room was filthy. Left socks dirty and made mud puddles in the shower from your feet. Plenty of other choices in the area. Explore.

We own two businesses and a home in the Lakewood area, had a sewer back up and needed to rent a room for a night. A lady claiming to be Sara and claiming to be the General Manager stated it was company policy to not rent to locals because a local supposedly trashed a room once. Horrible way to run a business. Sara also refused to give franchise owner info, corporate info but did however say she would rent us a room after I told her I would be contacting corporate with a recording of the phone conversation. Wouldn't stay there if they paid us.

I'm an elite gold choice hotels privilege points member. I told them that my room hadn't been cleaned, towels replaced and beef made cleaned. I got back at midnight to find that hadn't changed. I still like choice hotels and Comfort Suites, but this tainted my experiencewith this location.

Been here 15 min and already irritating and unpleasant. The broom pushing janitor peasant watch me park my box truck outside. As soon as I checked in, he walks up and says I need to move my truck. I am a diamon member and I see a lot of choice hotels weekly traveling across america. I guess his intelligence level is good enough to change trash bags but not quit heigh enough to make a sign if it is so important. I guess his carrer choices was either being a low level custodian job or being a walmart greeter asking people if they need a buggy.

Great hotel. Nice, well appointed, quiet rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. They don't offer a wide range of amenities and services but what they do, they do very well, including free Wi-Fi which is rare in a nice hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and will make The Comfort Suites Denver Southwest our go-to hotel in the Gold Coast area of Lakewood.

Nice clean room. Very spacious. And Austin at the desk was extremely helpful and courteous. Great place and great staff.
