Friday night at one the host and her trainer were awesome. They went above and beyond and seemed to enjoy our transaction. Very clean.

Got a really good deal on this place through Expedia, so didn't know what to expect. It was nice & clean. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us more comfortable. Gentleman at the front desk upgraded our room at no extra charge when asked and was doing his best to spoil other customers as well. The free breakfast in the morning was nice and filling. Had a waffle machine.

La Quinta was a a brief stop on our trip to Colorado, but for the time there it was very nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, but my only beef was how there is no breakfast area, instead there's a restaurant. Over all everything was nice.

Let us do late check in which was great. Room was fine. Only drawbacks were the lack of good breakfast items and the rickety elevator. Otherwise the place was fine.

The front desk staff was courteous and helpful at check in. There is plenty of parking at each of the entrances. Even though the hotel doesn't seem new, it is clean and we'll decorated. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The bed is very comfortable, and unlike a lot of hotels they give plenty of pillows. The continental breakfast is quite hearty. Overall we really enjoyed our experience.

Going down fast. Breakfast not good, boiled eggs — some were white, others were gray! Problems with lamps in room, electrical outlets did not work.

The front desk guy was nice and helpful. But we didn't get the room we reserved online and it was very noisy. The traffic was so loud.

Our First time staying at a La Quinta, and it was a great experience. The room was better than I expected and the staff were friendly. Only two small complaints, the noise from other rooms was faint, but bothersome in the morning for a little bit, and whoever waxed the bathroom floor was trying to kill anyone wearing socks, it was so slippery.

Nice clean place! Staff very friendly. The only downside is the hot tub not running Which would have been so great on these cold days. We we're looking so forward to a hot tub : (

This is a decent hotel. There is lots of parking and the service of good. They have a decent breakfast, no scrambled eggs or sausage though. The rooms are nice and the beds were comfortable. What I didn't like was how noisy it was at night. We could hear cars roaring down the freeway which is next to the hotel and there was no shortage of loud cars at night. The elevator is very slow and our floor had weird odors, like propane gas. This wasn't s huge deal however. Also our door had issues opening. It usually took a few attempts to open it. Overall it was a decent experience.

I have been staying here for years it is dirty lately and customer service has taken a nose dive. They don't take care of even their elite customers anymore. Holiday inn or comfort suits much better for the price.

I was traveling through Colorado and I am fully aware that marijuana has been legalized but the staff seemed as though it would be appropriate to be completely "toasted" while working. I had to repeat my name 4 times and spell it out before she was able to get it correct. I am not even going to get into everything else I had to explain SLOW AND REPEATEDLY for her to comprehend anything.

Extremely friendly and efficient staff. Had coffee and cookies in the lobby when we arrived that evening. Very clean and comfortable room. It was a great value and I can recommend this location very highly!

Stayed here this past weekend I had arrived early and called head to see if I could an earlier check in and was allowed to check in early. Room was very clean and was way more then what I expected for the price I paid. Great fast friendly customer service. I will be staying here again in the future. Thank you all for a great experience.

Nice size rooms with small fridge and microwave. Beds are small (if you share same bed). Good breakfast. Great staff. TV was not working. Good location. Nice and clean hotel.

A restful stay. Adequate gym. Good breakfast. Quiet. Clean.

The staff was very helpful with every question I had. Room rates were good for the Denver area. Breakfast had a variety of cold items. You could also make your own waffles. Bed is comfortable and you received free Showtime.

Enjoyed our short stay. Accommodating staff helped us check in and switch rooms to better fit our need. Breakfast was a bit bare, but it did it's job.

The staff were very friendly. There were a couple problems though. The handle in the room door was somewhat broken, I had to jiggle it several times before the door would open and the a/c didn't work. It really wasn't that big of a deal because we were on the 5th floor and I opened the window at night. Although the room faxed the freeway, the almost white noise was like a fan running and helped me fall a sleep. I didn't complain about it but I'm sure if I did they would of changed my room.

My stay there was okay. They would not allow the window to open all the way, the volume only went to a certain point, the shower had a nasty stain in it, and the room was always hot even though we kept the air conditioner on. The breakfast was good.

Loved it. Quiet. I felt safe here after seeing a security officer doing his rounds a few times. Housekeeper we had was very efficient. We stayed 2 nights and our room was as clean the second night as it was when we checked in. Breakfast was great too. Staff here rocks!

Woke up to the fire alarm system going off took a quick shower and left. We were supprised that they didn't call and let us know it was a false alarm. When your on the top floor and think you have no way out. Quite frankly I was disappointed that they didn't care about all of us that were staying there.

The Gazebo and the yard and conference room is absolutely beautiful for a small to medium size wedding. The staff is beyond friendly and the area is calm. The Lakewood Police are even really nice. Hotel sure could use some cleaning but it really isn't too bad considering. Way to go La Quinta in Lakewood for making our experience one of a kind and for your staff being beyond amazing!

I would like to give a higher rating but I just can not. For the price of the rooms I would expect them to be cleaner and larger. The bathroom floor corners were full of dirt and who knows what. A little scrubbing would probably take the grime off the doors and door handles too. The rooms were small and the full beds seemed smaller than normal. We were expecting queen size. The breakfast area was small and OK if you are on a high carb diet. They did have some fruit and cottage cheese but it consisted of mainly high carb items like waffles, muffins/rolls, and cereal. It would have been nice to have more options. For the price we paid I will avoid the La Quinta chain in the future.

In town for aunt's 90th birthday. Nice room allowed us to visit in meeting room which was very nice. Only problem was breakfast area was too small. We had to round up chairs and set outside. Would be nice if pool had longer hours.

This was a great hotel to stay at. We were a family of five in a room that felt really spacious. It was clean. The bathroom was pretty big. There was a pretty nice swimming pool. The only complaint I would have was that the smoking pavilion is only like 10 feet from the pool. So it blows into the pool area. No other complaints however, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent staff and hotel. The first room we received smelled a bit smokey, but the front desk staff were eager to make things right and gave us a fantastic replacement room.

This was a nice location just south west of Denver. The staff was very friendly and was able to answer any questions about the area. The rooms were clean and pool was a plus.

The experience was very nice overall. Some parts of the hotel did feel like smoke, which was odd for a supposedly smoke free hotel. Parking at night was difficult. Our overall experience was great. Breakfast was good and the room was clean.

Check in and out was quick. Room was clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Didn't stay for breakfast.

Was kicked out in the middle of the night while I was sleeping and charged a 350$ damage fee all because the female security gaurd said I was smoking in my room. (I don't smoke anything ever) was also harassed by the same security gaurd when I was outside waiting for my uber the night before. The whole hotel smells like marijuana but they kick the people that don't smoke out. Horrible staff and horrible policies. Never goinf back. Holiday in next door is much nicer anyways.

This La Quinta is great if you're into no window screens, hard beds, thin walls, super loud toilets, subpar breakfast, fire alarms in your room being tested for 10 minutes at a time with no warning and bloodstains on your comforter. I was also spoken to blatantly rudely by one of the morning shift… better not sound upset if you have a problem, you might get snapped at. We were going to stay another week until our apartment was ready, but are leaving early. It gets 2 stars instead of one because pets stay free… as long as they don't fall out the screenless window.

Decent hotel with free breakfast. Don't expect anything special, but it's fine for a night or two if passing through.

I have stayed here twice, both times were enjoyable. Clean, neat, and the beds are actually very comfortable for being non-memory foam mattresses.

This very clean and comfortable, I give it 4 stars because only the food is not very dynamic.

Fair Warning, if you book a certain sized bed with this hotel, they will not reserve the bed size for you, only a room if you arrive late and other guests who preceded your arrival are requesting the same size bed as you reserved, even if they are just walk-up clients who have no RSVP. This was the case with me and I felt the need to warn you as well, should you fall into the same circumstances. The breakfast area in this hotel is rather small considering the size of the hotel and the number of rooms it boasts. La Quinta is supposed to be a 3 star hotel, but I've quickly learned its a 2 star with a faux facade, … lipstick on a hog. You're honestly better off staying at a 2 star hotel.

I booked the suite with the kind bed and the pullout couch, it was supposed to have a whirlpool. The looby and the outside are nice the halls look pretty clean, but our room wasn't the best as far as it being clean, once we settled in and got comfortable my 9month old was crawling and found a used hamburger container under a chair (the chair is very low like a recliner) ok whatever it happens right?! Than we turn on the TV and we only get 1 channel on and off, I called the front they were having technical issues. And finally I get in the shower and when I get out one of the towels has about 2 or 3 black long hairs on them, who could miss that?! I know what can I expect from a 2 star hotel right?! Motel 6 has better rates better channels and im sure cleaner towels, this is the first and last time I visit a La Quinta inn and Suites. By the way I didn't get the whirlpool I got a cheap little bath tub.

Great service, clean rooms, They do need to upgrade to queen size bed.

Stayed there last weekend for Valentines day with my girl. Service was not good. Rude people and long waiting times to check in. I payed for my room online and then they charged my card again for incidentals $75 dollars. They still have not put the money on my card almost five days later. Tried to call and talk to a manager but was put on hold for over 25 minutes.

Hair spray set off the fire alarm. Alarms don't go off in your rooms, super sketchy. Will NEVER stay here again.

Booked a hotel room for the first time and made a great choice with going with La Quinta, great staff and clean room. Its quaint and simple. Only used the room to sleep and relax in, the temperature on AC wouldn't heat the room up. Luckily the thick and comfortable blankets and bed were more than enough to keep us warm. I liked that the building is secured by using a key card, not like other locations. Will definitely be returning to this location for reservations next time.

Stayed here to visit my family. I reserved a one bedroom with a King (Microwave and Fridge). Room was nice and mostly clean (one of my phone's had grime on the buttons), bed was large and comfy, bathroom had french doors (love! ) and a bright orange shower curtain. Even had a card that said the room was prepared by a specific person. (A nice touch) Walls seemed pretty thick. I'm a light sleeper, but didn't hear anything from the neighbors and the noise from the traffic was only a light hum thanks to some great working windows. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast included fruit, cereal, waffles, juice, and hard boiled eggs. Not bad for the price at all. I even found a coupon code online that worked while making a reservation online, too. Would stay here again.

This is one of the nicer La Quinta's I've been to. The view isn't fantastic: it looks out over the highway on one side and at another hotel on the other. If you lean to the side, you can just catch a glimpse of the line of mountains off to the West. Otherwise, it's a really great hotel. Larger rooms than I'm used to, a comfortable bed, pretty decent and free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV's (which shouldn't be an issue these days, but somehow still is). You could say the bathroom was almost luxurious. The pricing is reasonable, hovering around $80/night. It's also in the hotel district closest to Red Rocks Amphitheater, a fantastic park and musical venue. I suggest taking Wadsworth up to 8. It's a really nice drive and nearly empty. Getting here, don't go through Denver, take the loop. 285 East of the hotel is a terrible road to be stuck on.

The beds are really soft and comfortable. It was not very expensive.
