Staying for a week, and needed a place centrally located that was a good value.

Very very uncomfortable bed and was very hard to get room cleaned. Had spiders crawling on the ceiling every where.

The staff was very friendly and made my stay very welcoming.

I booked a room here on business and called ahead to confirm a late check out for the morning of my appointments. I was told by “Brandon” this could be done and to simply put this in my check in request on my online reservation note. When I arrived, the hotels overall appearance was very dingy and had hardly any outdoor light shining in. I was greeted and checked into my room. Due to the fact I worked for a hotel ten years ago, I always go straight to my room and inspect the room, the towels and check the linens. I had booked a suite which had a king bed and a pull out sofa couch. I pulled the comforter back on the bed and saw several black medium length hair as well as lint and other little pieces which indicates the sheets were NOT changed! I then went and checked the pull out bed which also had hairs and toenail/fingernail pieces and crumbs in the sheets! I called the hotel next door which told me they were booked as I was going to walk out. I was desperate to have a room so I went downstairs and informed the desk attendant and she said she would be writing up a housekeeper. She then asked if I wanted another room but didn’t have another suite available. I was so exhausted that I just asked her to please have the bedding changed and I would return in fifteen min. I should have just walked out and asked for my card to not be charged and made a scene to inform the other guests checking in! I was offered a $. 75 cent snack upon my return back to my room!

Fine for the price. Rooms seemed dated and worn out. Walls are pretty thin so you'll hear everything around you. Location is convenient as it's right off the highway.

L didnt sleep there. I only visited family there. Front desk ppl were nice and friendly. The rooms were clean but the entire place just seems dated. I good place if you need a place to crash for a night. Not a vacation hotel though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our visit. They had a nice continental breakfast. The only odd thing was the bathroom toilet was very low.

Stayed a week, all was great until the last day. No hot water. Front desk said that was normal when they have a lot of guests! Asked to speak with manager and the person turned around and walked away from me mid sentence! Called the customer service line, was told I would get a call back from the manager in 3 days. No call came. Called customer service back, they refused to issue a partial refund for the last night. They will get no more business from me.

Dirty, torn curtains, no hot breakfast, light going out in room restroom, broken toilet in the lobby. All the toilet needed was a new $6 lever. The front desk said they lost the nut… Huh? Can't go to the nearest hardware store and get one?

Clean and comfortable. The amenities and furniture made the space great. Also, efficient and quiet AC in the room.

The lady at the front desk was hands down the nicest person I have met. It was 100° outside and they had the room set to 60° which was nice. Nice rooms and good Wi-Fi.

The hotel is older, so everything is a little out dated (sink not in the bathroom, look and feel is older). Breakfast was ok (pretty sure they just microwaved bacon) and staff were very friendly. The safety lock on the door was broken, and they just slip your receipt under your door in the morning. Not what I would expect for 110 a night (2 bed woth a pull out bed), but I did appreciate the pull out bed for my son. Ice machine only on one floor and the elevator was a bit terrifying so I took the stairs to the 3rd floor.

I had reserved a king size bed room but was given a 2 queen room. Not a big deal for this trip, but it would have been nice.

The entrance to this property is in disrepair. Broken tiles at entry door. Elevator sounded "scary". Light in hall flickered when you walked in the hall. Lampshades in room wobbly. Sink dripping water. Fitness room equipment not operating properly. Breakfast was ok. I'd much rather stay next door at the Comfort Inn, it's only a few bucks more and a much nicer property.

Very nice staff! Breakfast in mornings! Spacious rooms! Beautiful decor! Very peaceful and relaxing! Fitness center and guest laundry up-to-date! Delightful stay! I would definitely recommend staying here! Close to restaurants and shopping as well if your looking for something near by.

Its pretty nice but it would be nice if they had more than one washer and dryer. And honestly it's priced a bit high. Really 84.09 a night, maybe for summer rates. But really the hotel is practically empty. Prices?

I thought our stay would have been better. The elevator smelled like dog and death. The halls walking to our room were at least clean. Our room smelled like old smoke and dog, there were patched holes ALL over the walls I mean everywhere, the shower head was broke off, microwave was gone looks as if someone ripped it off the wall. We are not happy about our stay at this location. We usually stay Quality inn this by far was the most disappointing location. When we checked out I let the lady know our concernes — didnt seem to care. Waste of money. Not comfy and ran down.

The senior staffer that checked us in, Caitlin, was AWESOME! We moved to the Quality Inn after a horrible experience at a competitor. Caitlin allowed us to check in early, was super efficient and NICE! She really knows her stuff, and her people skills are Top Notch. She definitely made up for the rude young man we encountered the next morning and reminded me why I'm a Choice Privileges member. Best hotel experience I've had all year.

Decent hotel, a bit over priced, but over all I'd stay here again and again. Staff is nice and the breakfast is decent in comparison yo similar hotels. I drive out of my way to stay hete about once a week. They also have a place to park a truck and trailer.

Needed a clean, safe, cost effective place to stay. It was all of these and centrally located. Also had a nice free breakfast.

It was a bit disconcerting when a couple as I entered complaining about bed bugs in their rooms. The manager wanted to give them the same room and they didn't of course. We didn't have bed bugs fortunately but the sheets were never changed in the four days and they didn't look very clean even before. Shear curtains were torn. Had an ok breakfast. Old hotel not being properly maintained.

Very good service even though I had a small problem with an extra charge q I did not knew tell me that was it but outside of that everything esrivo very well.

Very nice and quiet place. Pretty much on and off access. Parking is okay, but never did see the complete area. I had a double king size bed and it was comfy, as I slept well. The microwave is built in above the poor little one cup coffee maker. Next time, I will bring my 4 cup one. Breakfast area is average for this chain. About 6 tables and the usual waffle maker, along with cereal, muffins, omelet style eggs, 2%milk, but don't recall seeing any fresh fruit. My charge was 114.41 for one night. I don't know if a pool was present, but there is an exercise room. The hotels computer is in the eating area. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Matt the general manager was very accommodating with everything! My brother is disabled and while they didn't have any ADA rooms available for the night they did give us a room that was right next to the elevator so it was easier to get to. They also have a great breakfast buffet that was really stocked with everything both healthy options and not so.

They were very nice to me! Gave me a good rate for 3 days. I was next to the elevator and it got loud at times, but I got a discount, and a special consideration my last night. The breakfast was good and the staff was great!

Spent the night prior to the Revel Rockies Race in Morrison, CO. Check-in was very busy and the associate was courteous and helpful, even while other guests were quite rude. The room was nice, but breakfast was wonderful! The young lady who prepared and set up the breakfast area was lovely; very friendly and attentive. Made the brief stay even more enjoyable!

This place is the average ripoff that so many motels are today. WAY inflated prices with substandard service. Exercise room is junk, ran out of breakfast supplies daily, small parking lot, smell of marijuana constantly in various places. A real dive.

My sister was the one who stayed there while visiting me, but the short time I was there was nice. Clean rooms, air conditioner worked, polite staff, and awsome cucumber/lemon water at the front desk.

Got to hotel at 8 am was told room service just arrived call back or check back around 10. Have been watching people leave since 8am and front desk says no rooms are clean after 4 hours now because its 12 noon. The staff must really work at a 95 year old handicapped person rate (no offense to anyone that's handicapped). But really I drove front Houston texas 19 hours for this. I feel like im being lied to by front guest guy with beard. Can someone please explain customer service to these people? Very dissatisfied with staff.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Upon arrival we were very frustrated. We had planned to stay at a Motel 6, however our booking was wrong and the room was very dirty. We left immediately. Luckily, the friendly lady at the front desk at Quality Inn made us feel at ease and welcome. Our comfortable room exceeded expectations and was very clean. Would definitely stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for an awesome hotel at a fair price.

The service was wonderful, we got put in a room next to a room that the fire alarm malfunctioned (completely out of their control and they had to call in and have a company to fix it) they switched us to a much better room as soon as they figured out the problem. The front desk ladies where also really nice to talk to and it was very welcoming. The parking lot is a bit hard to get in and out of due to the median in the street, but they can't do much about that.

The best worker was friendly and kind. The room was very clean. Will definitely go back and stay again.

The Quality Inn in Denver was a last minute arrival and they had room on the first floor. The room was nicely decorated and the beds were more comfortable than my personal one. In the morning breakfast in the lobby included waffles, eggs, meat and all the assorted juices along with fresh coffee. The price was right at 90.00 dollars. I would highly recommend it.

Everything was awful. Literally everything. The room smelled awful, really musty and gross. My wife thought certain parts of the room smelled of urine. Our room was on the second floor, and we could hardly sleep because of all the noise above us! We couldn't figure out what could have been possibly causing so much noise throughout the middle of the night. It sounded like construction or people moving furniture… very bizarre. We woke up to a cold room with no electricity, which is an essential aspect of the room's heating unit. When we went to the front desk to figure out what was going on, we found out the whole hotel was out of power. The woman we spoke to was awful. The way she spoke to us and the woman ahead of us was unbelievable. This employee didn't care about the issues with the power whatsoever. She kept repeating, "It's not our problem". Yes, it IS your problem! We were offered NO compensation for having no power, dead electronics, a cold room, the inability to take a shower in a dark bathroom, etc. When I asked to speak to the manager, she lady at the front desk informed in a very rude manner that the manager had quit the day before and then continued to imply that no one was in charge and that no one really cared about the guest experience. All in all, this was by far the worst hotel experience that my wife and I have ever had.

The hotel was descent, fairly clean. Stay could have been more vibrant in personality and friendliness. Overall a descent stay.

With the amount that I paid $450 for 4 nights, I expected them to at least clean my room daily and put in new fresh towels, but no, they didn't do that at all. They only cleaned my room 2 times when I stayed there. They didn't even do a good job at cleaning up either. The room was still very dirty, especially the carpet and the bathtub. I think all the maids there are extremely lazy and don't do their job right at cleaning up at all. Maybe they get paid very little so they don't really care about cleaning up all the units. Of all the hotels that I've been staying at, this is the only one so far that I truly think is the MOST DIRTIEST! My experience there was NOT PLEASANT at all, and I will NOT use any of their chain hotels from now on!

I had a pleasant experience! and for around 75$, or also had a fridge mic and Clean tub! the hotel is just perfect thank you so much everything was clean and the breakfast was delicious! I will definitely come again and tell all my friends I love this chain… Thank you again and God bless you all.
