Great staff. Clean rooms.

It's in a great location. I checked in and out fast with no issues. The free breakfast is good and the rooms are quiet.

I felt very welcomed by staff especially Brenda, Barb, and Kai. They all were seen giving excellent customer service! I will definitely return. The breakfast offered was amazing and fresh, the free shuttle service was a blessing in getting me to my Residency program. I stayed for a week and was given a "safe travels home" upon my departure! I give 5 out of 5 rating. Thank you all for making this Ohioan feel welcomed on her first visit to Colorado!

Fantastic choice for our two nights in Denver for Red Rocks concert. We were a bit concerned when we pulled up as the exterior is unlike other Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at in the past. It looks like an office building. Our room was clean, comfortable bedding and linens. Cranking cold AC with a continuous running fan for this light sleeper was appreciated. The only negative, no exhaust fan in bathroom for defogging bathroom mirror after shower. That’s a rare thing to find in hotels. Good location for nearby walkable dining options. Friendly staff. Would recommend and stay here again.

Great hotel. I generally stay at a Hampton Inn anyways, so this one is in line with the rest. The breakfast area is in a great place. The parking is a little far but plenty of it. Good walking distance to fast food places too.

Location is great. Places to eat in walking distance. Only a min or two away from the freeway so easy access with out the noise. Microwave and refrigerator in room.

Thank you SO much for letting us check in early after our red eye flight and no sleep. It was SO helpful to our trip, we were exhausted! Great hotel with everything we needed.

There was dog fur on the couch in the room and thankfully I am not allergic to dogs. There was hair on the bed (by the pillows and under the pillows), and the floor was dirty. The bed spread is rough. Room smelled real strong of bug spray like ant spray and had to leave an hour to breathe and was going to ask for some febreeze but didn't want weird looks. Ceiling looks like it had water damage with not pretty patch job. There was construction down the hall. Carpet is fraying in some places even with the not cleaned areas. The staff was super friendly but the pool has tons of kids… not big enough to share with single adults. I regret staying here.

If you have any doubts about booking at Hampton Inn in Federal, let me change your mind. Rickie at the front office provided fantastic information on local amenities, and went out of his way to cater to all the needs of everyone I traveled with. Not often do you come across a staff this talented.

Great hotel experience. The room was comfortable and the bed even more so. We had no complaints. The bathroom was clean and so was the rest of the room. The breakfast was solid and there was always something satisfying to eat. The air conditioning in our room was also top notch and I loved that it had an option to keep the fan running continuously even when there wasn't cooled air coming out.

Staff is effecient and very nice. Rooms are always clean. It's sort of my second home when I come to Denver for work.

The main reason I choose to stay at this hotel is the selection of fast food in their parking lot. Pizza Hut, Del Taco. Happy accident the first time I stayed.

The location is great, a half mile from the light rail station, a half hour from downtown. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Clean rooms, good staff.

Great breakfast. No hot tub. Not a quality Hampton inn more like a Quality inn.

Great place, good service but there is only 2 elevators. Or I would've given 5 stars because everything else was great! Also we loved the Big Breakfast.

Close to Denver Federal Center. The rooms are pretty nice. The internet connection was pretty bad which made it impossible to use. Lots of counter space in the bathroom. Mini fridge and microwave in the room. Plenty of power outlets at the desk and by the bed. Several restaurants close by.

Nice friendly staff. Lobby area and rooms were very clean. I would recommend this place.

Breakfast was good. T. V. Was kind of glitchy but still watchable. Rooms were clean when we got there. Nice place.

It was a very nice hotel. The bosses were very flexible and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Great location next to Federal Center. Rooms are good, plus they are currently renovating them. Breakfast is good too. I stay here once every year or two for work.

Very good place good care and service.

The Hampton Inn Denver West was very accommodating to us and our four children. Hot breakfast every morning until 10 with quite a few choices. Always hot coffee in the lobby as well. Would stay again.

The hotel is very close to the hospital St. Anthony's, which is very convenient. The rooms as large and clean, and there is a nice breakfast.

The people are friendly. The rooms are very nice! The only problem is that their breakfast warmer send to not warm food. We spent 2 days there. It was a great time. The coffee was fantastic! The staff was wonderful! But, the food from the stainless steel food warmer was always cold. Hotcakes were so cold that my butter didn't melt. Then the next day, I had to microwave the sausage links to have them warm. It was a very busy breakfast as there were several people temporarily assigned to the Federal building who were staying in the motel. The ladies running the breakfast bar we very busy. The hard-boiled eggs were fantastic. Considering the slight inconvenience with the breakfast food, it was a fantastic stay! A special Thank You to everyone involved with our stay!

We booked a block of rooms at this hotel for our wedding guests. Overall, the experience was fine. The hotel was clean and reliable, as Hampton Inn always is. We experienced some issues with reservations though. We booked a room for our photographer with our credit card, expecting it to be charged. When he arrived, they asked for a card to put on file to cover damages, etc. And then when he checked out, he was charged for the rooms (instead of us). Definitely a pain to come home from a honeymoon and have to worry about reimbursement for hotel rooms. Additionally, I had made a reservation for the day of the wedding so the groomsmen had a place to get ready… I was told this would be no problem. When I arrived on the day of the wedding, there was no record of this. Luckily, there was a room available. To their credit, the manager on duty (Saturday 10/14/17), was very accommodating and gave us a "corner king" so we could have more room to get ready. I'll keep staying at Hampton Inns everywhere, just because they are so reliable. Bummer we had these types of issues here though.

One of two elevators seems to be down at any given time. One of the front desk ladies seems more concerned with telling anecdotes than helping the 3 other people in line. Hotel faces two other buildings so no beautiful views, and the interior seems dated. If you're looking for a no frills, decent hotel then this will do.

Perfect hotel in Lakewood. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Close enough to the city for the places you need to go to, but far enough away to not have to deal with the nuances. Modernized hotel. Great, friendly staff. Would stay here again.

I loved the outdoor pool. Although cold, a great way to start your morning. Some good food and coffee right next door.

Great business stay. The staff and accommodations are above average. Some road noise from traffic. Elevators are quick, breakfast is good. A comfortable, reliably solid business stay is to be expected.

This place is full of a bunch of shady liars. I set up a hotel block for my wedding. On MULTIPLE occasions and emails I confirmed the cutoff date to be September 1st. I received confirmation this was okay. They told my future mother in law at the beginning of August all the rooms in the block were booked. This turned out to be a lie, in looking into this I found out they set my cut off date August 24th. I forwarded the emails over of them confirming September 1st. They called me and assures me to move the date to the 1st. Just found out that once again they had the date on the 24th and my rooms were releases. I know of more guests needing a room. They are liars I warn you!

We had a great stay. We were in town for my brother's wedding and this was one of the only hotels with a decent price. Hotel was nice. Breakfast was amazing both mornings. The beds were very plush and comfortable. Only thing we can't figure out yet is that our credit card was charged a different amount compared to what was on our receipt. So we are going to keep an eye on it to see if it adjusts anytime soon.

The hotel itself was ok and the breakfast was good but the staff has not been good. When we went to check in our room was given to my brother in law (same last name) who was also checking in that day. They never asked for his ID or ours and because we were traveling as a family of 4 we booked a suite while he had a single room. We had to wait until he came back in order to switch rooms with him. Then to add to it when we checked out and left then came home to find that our credit card was charged some astronomical rate that we're still not sure where it came from. They corrected that, and then charged us for 4 nights, even though we were only staying for 3 nights and our invoice states 3 nights. (My brother in law was staying for 4 nights) My husband called the hotel and was given a managers voicemail days ago and still hasn't gotten a call back and the new charge for 4 nights has gone through on our credit card for 4 nights. We will be making sure we are refunded for the night we never booked and were not there for, and when we return to Denver we will not be staying here again. Not recommended.

We were DELIGHTED with the cleanliness of this hotel. There were many conveniences that we hadn't experienced in other hotels this summer. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and dedicated. Food was great. Totally pleasant stay. Clean. We are already planning our next trip :)

This hotel had a comfortable quiet room, a spacious lounge with tables, good service, and standard free breakfast. It has a nice outdoor pool, but opened too late (9 AM) for a lap swim before departing for the day (evening time was kid play). We have stayed there several times.

The hotel and staff are wonderful. The staff was polite, kind, and very helpful. The hotel was well kept and presentable. The hotel room is spaceous, clean, and welcoming. Beds are comfy, however the pillows are a bit soft for my taste. The only room for improvement come from a desire for better TV channels in the room (most were sports channels), and the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast is a majority bread (bagels/toast/muffins/coffee cake) and starch (potatoes/hash browns/etc). There were a few other options, but nothing to write home about. Again, small issues, but if we're being honest, there is room for improvement. Over all a good experience. Nice hotel.

It had all the stuff you want in a hotel room. Clean comfortable beds, nice room. The breakfast in the morning is good for a hangover after leaving Red Rocks too.

Hampton Inn was pretty alright for the price. Certainly a major step up from a Motel6 or what have you. The daily full breakfast was nice. Amenities were pretty standard for a 3 star. The bed was very comfortable. The internet, wired and wireless alike, were functional, but not good. I kind of got the impression that this hotel should be due for a remodel in the next few years. The elevator was kind of glitchy, the lighting is kind of old fashioned, etc. Overall though, I had a pretty good stay.

Check in process was smooth and drink desk clerk was very friendly. Decor in lobby and room is pleasant and not dated. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable.

The Hampton Inn at the West Federal Center was very clean, and the staff was very courteous, and helpful. The Amenities were modern and clean. The room was very clean with all the modern conveniences.

I have done multiple events here and I think it's a good place. I've stayed here as well and the rooms are also fine. I'd recommend this place for seminars, events, etc.

I recently stayed here because my youth group and I were in town for the Dare 2 Share Conference. Even though there were so many of us, the staff was very polite and helped us find places to eat around Lakewood, and help in the concessions. Thanks guys!

I originally contacted the Hampton Inn 18 days ago on Friday, February 12th to inquire about wedding blocks for my guests in October. 75% of our guests are traveling from out-of-state and this hotel came highly recommended, so we felt it was important to try the Hampton first for our business. I was transferred to the representative that works with weddings and events and was unable to reach her, so I left a voicemail. The following Tuesday, the 16th, I still had not heard back, so my fiance attempted to call. Again, he was transferred to the same representative, no one picked up, and he left a voicemail. By lunchtime the next Friday (the 19th), a week after my first call, and 3 days after my fiance's, we still had not been contacted back. So what did I do? I called again. The woman at the front desk sent me through to the same representative, and surprise, no one answered. Again. So I immediately called back and asked if the representative was out on vacation or perhaps out because of sickness? When I was told no, that she must simply be on her line and unable to pick up — I became a bit short. She has been in the office and simply has not returned mine or my fiance's call a week later? The woman at the front desk could tell I was upset and asked me to wait while she checked in the office for the representative. Minutes later she came back and said she was able to speak with me now, and transferred me over again.

The hotel was quiet but the mattress was terrible and the bathroom had some mold in the grout that was a bit disgusting but would stay again.

Nice hotel for the price. Clean, but not terribly modern. Very accommodating staff.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and the stay was excellent. When we booked the room we were under the assumption this was a smoking room, but when we got to our room we found out it the entire hotel is smoke free. We went to the front desk and told them we book this room on line and thought we were booking a smoking room, the staff at the front desk explained to us that they have been smoke free for a few years. The staff apologized to us and ended up giving a us a free night stay. So when booking on line don't believe everything the web site is stating. The breakfast that they serve is different everyday it is not the same old waffles and watery scramble eggs. Very good and glad to see it wasn't the same as everyone else's free breakfast. The room where very clean and plenty on room to move around, did not feel like you were on top of each other. Would highly recommend staying here. I know my wife and I would come back.

It was a very nice room for a fair price. The only complaint would be the room was too warm. Breakfast was good also.

Overpriced, outdated, average amenities, sink does not drain properly, old and coarse towels, caulking covers up dirty or missing grout. You can tell money has not been put back into the hotel like it should!

Overall excellent hotel which I feel is only let down by the poor breakfast, but I wouldn't let that put you off. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds, free Wi-Fi, good size rooms, microwave and fridge, quiet environment and free parking The staff are very friendly and accommodating plus there is a guest laundry room which is very handy if you have a longer stay. There are two excellent restaurants within strolling distance, 240 union fine dining and Kobe-an Japanese.
