This was my first time stay here and it was just wonderful. I will definitely be back to enjoy my stay here. By the way, a good friend of mine highly recommended this hotel.

Great views of the city, next door to Union Square (some of the best shopping in the city), and superbly-skilled concierge and FOH staff!

I have stayed here since 2004. Great view of the city. Price is reasonable. Near the Bart subway, near my favorite restaurants, staff is tremendous. My favorite hotel in SF. Won’t stay anywhere else.

Horrible pull out sofa — tiny. Not advertised as such on the Hilton app. Checked in and saw it — who could possibly sleep on that? Had to leave and get accommodations at another hotel — for a much higher price. Very disappointed — and I’m a Diamond-level member of Hilton’s awards program. Can not recommend them.

The city view is amazing from our window… Our son enjoyed the walk to the swimming pool. Family friendly is a plus here.
Had to add another night here. Service was great!

We had a room on a lower level, 6th floor, so it was a bit noisy but the room was spacious. From what I saw the lobby and restaurant/ bar area was clean and had a newer feel, but our floor and room seemed a bit dated. The location is excellent, close to everything, easy walk to the convention center, shopping, we even walked to Chinatown and fisherman's wharf. Nice Hotel, stay on a higher floor if you can (unless you like to hear the city)

I really wanted to give Parc 55 a higher rating, in fact if it was in any other area other then Union Square I would have given a 3.5. But being in the heart of Union Square, the expectation are higher. I had stayed at the Parc55 for New year's 2009 and at that time this was an amazing hotel. But since then, not much has changed in the guest rooms. The fixture and wallpaper look the same. I think the only upgrades the rooms have experience are the new TV's and a tablet which allows you to nothing since it times out every 10seconds. This hotel is in need of a remodel. As a Hilton's Honors Member, I almost feel cheated that I used 100k point to make this reservation. I haven't even started to talk about the restroom and shower… The tile in the shower had mildew and the toilet are made for tall people, seriously, do my legs need to dangle when I'm sitting on the thrown?

Nice hotel in very convenient location in San Francisco, 1 minute walk from time square. The rooms are spacious, from the window you can enjoy a beautiful view of some skyscrapers of the city! Breakfast is good, buffet, plus there was availability with us that we had to leave very early and we would skip the second breakfast, I asked how I could do and I was given several containers for take away to allow me to fill with what I could Wanted. Including milkshake/yogurt that I kept in the fridge of the room. Each room has a safe but the bathrooms have a bathtub. In the rooms there is carpeting (in my opinion unbearable and unhygienic).

The location of the Parc 55 can't be beat. It's steps away from Union Square and the Powell Street BART station, making it very accessible and convenient. We had a terrific room with a City/Bay view. My favorite feature of the hotel, however, was the texting functionality. I was able to text the hotel with any questions, requests, and even to checkout. The staff is also lovely, everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional.

Excellent hotel. Comfortable rooms. Clean. Thorough housekeepers. Lovely staff. Very good experience all around. Convenient location in walking distance to endless shopping & plenty of restaurant options. Negatives — Sits on the border of a bad part of town so be careful when you wander out that you know where & where not to walk, also no self park option & valet parking priced ridiculously, especially if you’re staying for awhile.

Horrible front desk service. We booked a king bed jr. Suite to accommodate our family. They put us in a double bed room with my 6’4 husband and teenaged son. Then they moved us to a king room, no sofa bed. Is my son supposed to sleep on the floor? Avoid this hotel! Then they argued with us about what we booked when we can see exactly how much we paid. Nice bellhop and doorman, though. That’s the only nice thing I can say right now.

Nice Hotel… For San Fransisco I guess. Let me start by saying I compare all hotel rooms compared to a basic room in Las Vegas. That being said, the hotel itself is marvelous. The look and feel outside and in the lobby area to check in feel top notch. The room which was a basic 2 bed affair, was a little on the small size but enough room, the bathroom was well sized and there was a shower and a tub. Just like a good Last Vegas room. Now the bad side on this place is the parking… No self parking, only valet. And you get your choice of park and never see your car until you check out ($50 a day) or in-n-out parking which costs a little extra ($70) at the time of this review… WOW. So I like this place, the location is awesome in relation to sights and shops around it. I would recommend this place to stay at.

Never been dissappointed or staying here. Great amicable and friendly staff which is important part of hospitality, feeling treated as a fellow human being.
They have improve lots: Going digital/Gym updated/Meals are just sumptuos/rooms refreshed etc.
Easy access to amnenities and shopping. Arrive late, Restaurants and fastfood abound around the hotel.
Always enjoy the comfort it provides.

Absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend staying if at all possible. Location is ideal to city, you are a ways from the pier and fisherman’s warf but the trolly and bus picks you up by hotel. Valet service way under staffed and very expensive.

Great hotel right in the heart of the city.
Unfortunately I'm here during the World Cup and not one channel in my room is showing it!
Don't really want to go to the bar at 7am to watch it.
Considering the World Cup is coming here In 8 years it's a poor show. But I can watch reruns of college basketball, two channels of people talking about American sports (which the rest of the world isn't interested in) or Wimbledon (featuring players from the US only)

Returning in the evening, having used the app to select my room yesterday, I was already checked in. The front desk had my bags delivered and they arrived promptly in less than five minutes! Then, an electronic key was delivered to my phone via the app, thereby precluding the need for one to be keyed for me. It worked nicely the first try. Perhaps because the desk was not so busy… or, perhaps because this hotel is trying hard to provide stellar service… I do not regret having ignored the negative comments I read about this establishment. The room is clean; the air conditioning works perfectly; and, the staff have been very helpful.

The hotel staff is very kind. Upon check in the gentleman at the front desk told me the room I selected didn't have a great view and switched me to a corner room with a great view! The staff also seems to compliment you every chance they get which is a nice touch to the overall experience. I definitely recommend a corner room if possible. You'll get a great view of the city due to the wall of windows on each side of the room. We did however have a situation with the shower. On the second night after having already used the shower once, the water was brown for the first few seconds which caught us off guard (eewww). I don't recommend eating or drinking at the hotel as it's over priced. Drinks didn't live up to the cost. All in all it's a nice hotel, with a nice staff, in a nice location.

We arrived early and I was looking to leave my bag here and come back at 3 for check-in. We were pleasantly surprised when they told us our room was ready at 9:30am. Single king room was spacious for San Francisco. Staff we interacted with were friendly. Elevators were quite efficient as well which is good because we stayed on the 26th floor. Will definitely return next time we are in town.

Had issues with digital key before I arrived which negated the point of online check in. Since the room door doesn't stay unlocked very long, it took me several attempts each time I used the digital key (mobile app). Great idea, poor execution. Better off with the key card. The room was nice, as expected. If not for the digital key issues I would rate the hotel and my stay 4 stars. I'd give an instant 5 star rating had the hotel contacted me about the chargers and personal item I left behind.

Nice hotel, clean and central. No personality and denotes seniority in their rooms.

The check in was quick and Nice. The rooms are in very good condition. It is well located in the city center very close to many options to eat. The "cable-car" at its terminus very close, which was good for me.

The location is excellent. These 2 blocks from Union Square and half of Powell where the cable car comes out. We went with car but as the hotel parking was very expensive I left it in Ellis St parking that also has exit X O'Farrell Street and the price is much more convenient and I save quite already Q were 5 nights.

I had several issues at this hotel. Let me start with I am a Hilton Diamond member and have been since 2011. Staying in hotels is something I do. When I walked up to the hotel the bellman told me that I could bring in my own bags. After standing in shock and awe for several minutes another bellman helped us. Then at check in I was told that the room I specifically called for three hours prior was not ready when I was told on the phone it was. The hotel is in a prime location but old and dated. The staff did not leave me with a feeling that this is truly a high end hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to someone who is looking for quality. If you're looking for a cheap rate in San Francisco this is your hotel.

Nice hotel lobby and staff. The rooms were standard hotel rooms. Nothing to write home about. I may actually only be writing this review for the Google points no big deal. Otherwise the area around this hotel is great during the day, the area at night however is a completely different story. Would not advise walking alone at night :)

Relatively expensive and an extra 40 dollars to have Wi-Fi! On the other hand, exceptional location in the lively center of San Francisco.

Got a pretty good deal on this place, so decided to try it out for the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the hotel. It is on the edge of a not-so-nice area (exercise caution when walking to the West at night), but everything else is alright. Also, it is within (safe) walking distance to excellent shopping, Union Square, several museums, and even China Town if you're up for some exercise. Any if you're lazy and don't want to go out, yet still want to find something good, they have a Michelin-starred restaurant inside the hotel!

The staff is fantastic. Very kind, very helpful, greeted us with a smile. Our room housekeeping staff was cheerful and accommodating. Bell staff was helpful and attentive. We paid for in and out parking privilege and sometimes the valet didn't answer the phone for quite sometime; they are always busy. They do have a text app, though. When they are able to answer, the car is ready when you go down. And truly are helpful and accommodation, as well. Lobby neat and clean, Par…c 55 buffet had plenty of variety for breakfast and lunch and was also clean and well spaced. All in all it was a great stay and we definitely will go back.

Great place to stay! Hotel room is huge! Easily one of the best hotels to stay in SF. I found the beds and pillows are really comfortable to sleep in! Hotel staff are pretty friendly. As we know there’s heaps of homeless wanders on the streets, security can be an issue when night falls. However I did witness the security personnel doing their job at the lobby, escorting one homeless lady out of the lobby while she went out screaming at random hotel guests. Security checked!

I had an event and the space is very modern and professional, and the service was very pleasurable.

Spacious suite with great views. I recently stayed here for 5 nights in the Sunset Suite. The Suite was HUGE, 1311 sq. Ft. To be exact. The price for San Francisco was very reasonable given the size of the suite. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. It's in a great location close to Union Square with easy access to public transport. Views were great from the 32nd floor and were very quiet despite being in the heart of the city. Decor was typical Hilton. The suite was very well appointed.

I found this hotel to be a great place to stay. I was there for three nights and enjoyed my stay. It is located within walking distance to the Powell Street BART station and the Powell Street Cable Car turn around. It is just a short walk from the Hotel to Union Square and Macy's department store. I would give the hotel five stars except for the homeless people panhandling on the streets around the hotel. Altogether a very pleasing experience.

Large and well taken care of-great location for the city tour.

A year-old, slightly abgefacktes Hilton, with no charm and a bar that has been around at midnight.

The hotel is nice but expensive. Breakfasts are not included. There are a lot of homeless people, beggars and urban lunatics on the surrounding streets.

Nothing to say, hotel in great location from everything, clean, cozy. For me it's OK.

Not far from Union Square, on one side of the hotel — the center and cleanliness, on the other, literally 10 steps, homeless and dirt.
Rooms are clean, a little old, it is better to book rooms in a package with breakfast — at a separate payment is much more expensive.

Nice hotel. Great customer service. I had originally booked two rooms both double beds with a request for joining. When I checked in they said that combination didn't exist, but changed us to a one king and two double bed combination with adjoining door. This work great since we have three kids who took one room and we took the other. There's no breakfast included like many other of the Hilton Resort, but the neighborhood has a lot to offer and many cafes and restaurants. It's right down the street from the new food truck Village. The rooms are clean and housekeeping was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very good, the service is very good and the food is very nice. The only disadvantage is that the room is relatively high, prefer a lower floor.

The rooms seemed dated and need refreshing. Carpet was old and dirty. Location was very convenient to Union square and shopping. We chose the park and stay room option where the valet cost of included with the room. Valet is close to $80 after taxes. The hotel kept trying to double charge for valet even after we had checked out of the room and had finalized the bill. Took two times to have it corrected. Not overly impressed with overall stay and had hoped for more when it came to our room based on cost.

Fantastic hotel. Service was nothing short of amazing. Staff was super friendly and always accommodating. The rooms are clean and some room have balconies as an added bonus. Location is very central to a ton of shopping and food. Walking distance to the mall and other shops too. Overall a great place to stay and the prices aren't that bad either!

The location is great. The service was top notch. The room was okay. The dresser was too small to store much in so everything has to hang in the closet. I didn't realize there was no room service which was slightly annoying. The restaurants in the hotel was very good, and of course plenty of other options available due to the great location.

The location was nice. The people were friendly but the service was very slow.

Pretty good. I went using one of those discount hotel websites that fills rooms for hotels, so I can't speak to value for the standard price. However, I can say that the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was pretty much as you'd expect from a nice hotel. Staff was accommodating. Location is great if you want to be downtown. Especially if you are, as I was, a tourist and going to do touristy things. The not so nice things: they do tell you they have a pool, they don't. You have ACCESS to one with your stay, but it's in a different hotel (which apparently is real close, I didn't bother as soon as I found out I'd have to leave the hotel to go). The only other comment I'd have is the pillows are ULTRA soft, but this means if you want any head support you're using multiple pillows.

Perfect in all, great location, just arriving from the airport, you find it 20 meters from the exit of the Bart, central structure, spotless, welcoming staff, you can not ask for more, price more than adequate!

Great location in the city but a few stars for the staff, aloof too, and for the ubiquitous carpeting in the rooms. Avoided the expensive breakfast which we did at a very cozy Chinese nearby bar.

Had an overnight stay recently for a nearby conference. Higher end Hilton brand hotel in the middle of San Francisco. Received an upgraded room on west side of hotel. Nice view of part of city. Room was good but starting to get a little long in the tooth. One of the lamp shades was cracked and yellowing and at least one of the curtain pulls was fraying pretty badly. Both a little underwhelming for a 4 star hotel. Parking is crazy expensive at $67 a night. Neighborhood is definitely"urban" with a large amount of homeless. Overall the stay was fine as it was for business. Would I stay there on my own dime? Probably not. I know the area well and there are nicer places to stay if I was coming to the area to relax.

Good hotel, very comfortable and the service is good. The Restaurant is quite expensive for what they offer. Very good gym.

Hotel rooms are comfortable, quiet and have very nice amenities with the exception of a really cheap blow dryer. Other than that, the bed sheets are soft and inviting and the views of the city are incredible. Also, the hotel is very close to shopping and there is an amazing Thai restaurant located right at the hotel, Kin Khao. This is a definite must!

Great location and the rooms all have bay windows. The staff are very nice and take care of you. Access to public transportation is easy and you are close by to Union Square area.

I stayed here for a work trip. The hotel is centrally located and near a Bart station, which was convenient. The hotel and rooms were clean, but the odd thing was the bed was made with only flat sheets, no fitted sheet on the bottom so it came loose every night. There is no complimentary breakfast. The breakfast buffet is $29 or $39 depending on if you get the cold or hot option and there is a grab and go bar with fruit and pastries at $2.50 a piece. For the price of the rooms, you think you would get free coffee and a simple breakfast. The hotel also texts you multiple times during your stay for reviews and feedback, which I find annoying.

The elevators here are quite different than any other I've seen. From the elevator lobby, you will enter the floor number on a keypad. It will then tell you which elevator to take. Inside the elevator, there are no floor buttons. Only open and close door buttons. Also, be sure to use the black out curtains if the sun shines on your side of the building. The room got warm rather quickly when I was there in September 2017.

No dramas, the staff were very lovely and helpful. It's all very strange in the rooms and hard to be comfortable. The bathroom isn't very well designed (in the room I was in anyway) it also led to water being all over the floor after each shower. The Wi-Fi signs you out all the time and you have to keep logging back in. We paid additional to have it for the duration of our stay. Everything is very expensive within the hotel. The lobby/reception is all very clean and modern but the rooms are in need of a refurbishment. We stayed 6 nights.

Good hotel in downtown near Union Square.

Great location A little impersonal because very large and decoration without charm. This is the view from the 8th floor.

One of the best hotels in SF? A mile and a half from the Embarcadero and next door to Union Square, it's the perfect place to stay. The suite I had was top-notch, the service was impeccable and Maria at the front desk was a delight. When my room wasn't ready, she gave me a voucher for two free drinks and an appetizer while I waited! She reminds me of how customer service should always be. The Parc 55 is now SF home now. Love it here and will be back soon.

Parc 55 is our go to hotel when we visit San Francisco. We've been staying there for years and I wouldn't dream of looking anywhere else! There's a really good coffee shop right next door as well as delicious dinner places nearby. The rooms are always clean and the service is amazing. It's very close to the entrance to Bart as well as the cable car entrance so it's perfect if we're going somewhere we can't walk to. There's also ample stores around so there's always something to do!

The staff is very friendly, they do not have room service.

The hotel itself is fine. The location is close to a lot in the city and has convenient access to the BART. However be a bit careful as directly West is the tenderloin. My big complaint is the noise. Even with ear plugs we could not fall asleep due to ambient noise on market and drinks on the street. Do not book if you want a good night's sleep or ask for a room on a high floor.

Overly priced for what you get. The rooms were clean for the most part, although the shower curtain had little stains on it. The hairdryer caught fire as my wife was drying her hair. I'm amazed the fire alarm didn't sound. Fortunately it was in our last day so we didn't have to stay a night with the stench of burnt electronics. The beds were clean, made well and very comfortable. The location is excellent, right across the street from the Westfield mall and walking distance to China Town and other local destinations. BART and the cable cars are across the street as well.

It's right on the Square. Prime location. The Parcs employees so willingly provide it's guests with excellent customer service well above their star rating. Of course parking's pricey in the area, but welcome to Da City.

Good place, pet friendly, usual hotel. Concierge, Rob was awesome, very helpful! An express elevator to the bottom floor would earn the 5th star. We stayed on the 27th floor and on the way down, we literally stopped on every floor, the elevator was at capacity as soon as we got on along with other people on the 27th floor. We would've taken the stairs, but it was the 27th floor. There are 6 or 7 elevators here, I think one could be spared for an express trip. Other than that everything was excellent. Also, can't leave pets unattended, so pan accordingly.

Rooms are the usual Hilton rooms, above the 20th floor you get a view of the city. Parking is around the "back" of the hotel and is valet parking. At the time of this review it was $58 plus tax. There is three places inside for food, a cafe that does coffee and juice, cable 55 which is like a lounge serving bar type food and salads, and an Asian restaurant at the other end. Noise level was average, its right near downtown SF so expect horns and traffic. Use the included earplugs for a better night sleep.

Service is great, hotel staff helped me out from the second I arrived there. They parked out car and brought the bags from the car up to our room. The rooms are very clean, and loaded with new looking furniture. The location is great as well, as many stores and restaurants surround it. Several bus stops surround it too, that way you can get to other places with ease.

I was there with the UCLA band for the Foster Farms bowl. We arrived late, & I was able to get to my room quickly. The room seems like a nice hotel room. They had a great view of the city, and the room was appointed well, but it was like other Hilton hotel rooms that I've stayed in in the past. The hotel is in a great position to walk around downtown San Francisco, and if you want to go further than that, Uber is a great option. BART is also just steps away, which makes accessing the airports really easy. The hotel has a restaurant, however I do not believe there is room service available. That is the only reason I would not give it 5 stars. I would absolutely stay here again if I were visiting San Francisco.

We are staying here right now it is in an amazing location and it is nice and big and good looking most of the hotel staff were very nice and cool our maid is amazing and very helpful and sweet kind hearted. We booked for 11 days at first then when we arrived they charged me 2k on card as deposit witch is fine makes sense but then tried to charge it another 3 times to get more then a 2k deposit and cause I'm Canadian and the us dolled is so much more that 2k they held is actually like 2800$ on my card cause it's Canadian so then it was getting to much for my card so we had to lower our room stays down below the 2k deposit witch sucks cause we woulda stayed longer but I guess they want to hold full amount of your stay wit h seems a bit to much cause we woulda payed cash but that's okay the room we have is nice water pressure is a little low for shower. But it's nice and great views the buffet is to expensive Should be free if u staying over 5 nights but other then that it is a great hotel and nice and good looking and maid service is perfect love going out for the day and coming back to our room and the room is perfect again.

Very chic hotel! They have a convenient driveway for valet. The hotel itself and rooms are spacious. Great location, close to all the shopping and central to a lot of other areas in SF. The only thing that lacked was the bar service. When the bar seating is full, don't expect to get helped if you sit anywhere else. We sat against the white squiggly wall and never got served. The guys next to us had to get up and get a waiter but when the waiter came to them, he didn't come to us. The table in the other side of us hasn't had the table cleaned off so the plates and silverware sat there for 45 minutes.

Hotel room was clean, bed was comfortable. TUnfortuanately their restaurant is not, horrible service for breakfast, and for $24 a person, there should be much better service. Not having a good restaurant means a lot to me, especially for the price.

The breakfast and stay, centrally located hotel in the city.

Great location close to a number of transportation options and shopping. Amazing views of the city. Clean rooms and hallways and nice furnishings, and the bed was very comfortable. The one thing that suprised me was the level of street noise that I could hear from 22 stories up — they provide earplugs in the restroom in the case that you need them.

If the price of a room to reason, is discouraged by this hotel. The housekeeping is sloppy just average equipped rooms. After all, the House is centrally located to Union Square.

It was a wonderful base to use during my trip to SF. It was conveniently located near the BART station and other public transportation options, Moscone Center, and shopping. The room was very comfortable and there was practically no noise from the street. All of the staff were friendly and efficient.

This hotel is excellent for it's prime Union Square, Market Street-adjacent location. However, our room was extremely small and lacked a dresser or a refrigerator (which made savoring the wonderful San Francisco food difficult! ) Unfortunately, they charge not only for wireless internet, they also charge $2 for a cup of coffee in the lobby (with one employee rudely approaching my mother to remind her of the fee in the morning), on top of this they also make it exceptionally difficult to find their free television stations. This hotel is definitely luxurious, but sadly they are well aware of it and do their best to wring every last penny out of customers.

This hotel was very clean and had a great view of the city. The location is perfect since it's close to the Bart and cable cars. The concierge service was exceptional and helpful. This was a great place to stay.

We stayed on the 28th floor while the gay pride parade was going on, what a great hotel! Bronwyn at the front desk got us free breakfast passes and made our stay very enjoyable (she deserves a raise), the room was incredible. There IS free Wi-Fi, great food and spacious rooms (we were upgraded to a junior suite for free). A wonderful boutique hotel for professionals and families alike. No pool (of course), great staff, though $50 to park is ludicrous. I'd recommend this hotel to any and all who want a reprieve from a sub-par or even standard stay in a pretty great city.

Stayed here for a week in Jan 2015 during my company's annual sales kick-off. On the down side, homeless people wander the lobby begging for handouts. Don't walk alone at night, there are questionable areas of the city nearby. On to food — — $30 breakfast buffet with the usual selection you'd expect to be complimentary at other hotels. Though many of the dinner prices are probably double what they could be (as was the price of the rooms) the fare was palatable. The bar appetizers they made us were downright awesome. Tip: Sometimes you may have to ask the bartender for what you want, since the wait staff can be a bit removed. On to rooms — — adequate size, bath and shower were fine. Views of the city with large windows made for a nice panorama. Alas, for whatever reason it all seemed to be a bit worse for wear. Funny they give you ear plugs with the usual bath amenities, if you aren't used to city noise, you may use them. All in all ok, what lowers the rating is the religious preference this hotel displays. I quietly removed propaganda the first 3 nights, and they would return it to my bedside during the day. Finally, after confronting the concierge, they kept the recruiting material out. I do use the nightstands and like to put my own stuff in there. Makes me wonder how much $ Hilton gets promoting biblical text to their guests. Perhaps they need to do that to supplement their revenue, but as someone of other beliefs, it just makes me uncomfortable.

I stayed here for about 7 days and as my three star rating says. "It was just okay. " I have never been to a hotel where I was restricted from sitting at restaurant table if I did not order the buffet. That was my biggest issue. I find it obsurd. Instead one has to simply go to a very darkened area where you can select from a food cart and stay in that area. I refused to eat my breakfast in a dark, window less, area. Windows in the room are very thin. I can hear all the noise and chatter outside the street, which kept me up at night. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit outdated. The hotel has much to be desired for.

1. This hotel is in the best location. It is right above the BART and MUNI station so no walking uphill unless you want to. 2. We arrived at 9AM and they had no problem holding our luggage while we went off to explore the city. 3. We arrived back at the hotel around 12:30 as neither of us were feeling well and Elyssa worked some major magic and helped us get into our room sooner so we could rest before heading off to AT&T park to see the Giants. She is AMAZING! 4. The room was very clean and nice, the bed was comfortable and the view was gorgeous! We will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is located one block from Union Square in downtown San Francisco. Spacious room, with two beds. Spacious bathroom. Well maintained, with modern decor and valet parking.
The main attraction of the hotel is the location, a step away from department stores, metro stations… Staff very polite, helpful and attentive. Note that they put to service customers and so free, lemonade and water in the lobby.
The only downside is that the free Wi-fi is only in the lobby. If you want to enjoy in-room Wi-fi, is payment, something important if you are traveling from abroad.

Stayed here as part of corporate travel. When I make my own arrangements I usually opt for Holiday Inn Express for the consistency and amenities at a reasonable rate. My impression of the Parc 55 is that I am currently trying to resolve preauthorization hold for incidentals; since none were incurred and it's been over 7 days since my departure I find the continuation of the hold irritating. This does not help sway me from the thought that for $325/night it was an ordinary room with a poor climate control system, and that no gratuity amenities (such as complimentary bottled water or breakfast) were available (actually just the contrary — — 2 bottles marked $5 each were obnoxiously on the desk, and should you want a breakfast buffet it's $30). The neighborhood is rather mixed with some seedy elements, so personally I'd look elsewhere unless the horrible traffic and the pricey BART tickets force you to keep close to downtown.

I stayed at Parc 55 about a week ago while in SF for the weekend. While I can't say anything bad about the hotel itself, I will warn you of the hotel surroundings. While walking back from a night out, I decided to stop at the 24hr food spot right next to Parc. After I got my food I was crossing the street to the hotel and was jumped by a group of people because I refused to give them my wallet. This all happened right in front of the hotel. After they took off I walked up to the hotel security with blood all over my face, and explained to them how frustrating it is that I can't cross the street of the hotel to get food with out being jumped and robbed. All they could really say was they are frustrated as well, and its an ongoing problem with the people that hang around the hotel. It seemed like some of these people just hung out there knowing there was tourists like my self that they could try and intimidate into handing over money.

Currently a guest at this amazing hotel and a very happy one. Staff are clearly trained to please their guests and treat them like royalty. Roy at the front desk is a friend to us now. Room, bed and view is amazing.

Had a nice stay at this hotel. Got a great deal using an Expedia voucher and since it was a VIP+ hotel on Expedia, we received a room on one of the top floors. Room was a typical 4 star space with TV and comfortable bed. The view overlooking downtown was amazing. Had great service and was checked in a few hours early. Valet parking was quite expensive (~$60 with tax and tip) which is about double what you would pay at a near by garage, but it does give you in and out privileges and great door to door service.

Hotel in the years come. Park fees very high but good, central location downtown.

The hotel is beautiful and the service — superb. From Maria at the front desk (love her! ) to the cleaning staff, everyone made you feel more than welcome. I travel quite a bit and this experience is one of my tops! Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay here. It is really close to union square and the BARt system. The rooms were very nice and the bed was super comfortable! All the hotel staff seemed really friendly and helpful, but I do have to say that checking in was a nightmare. The line was extremely long with people waiting to check in, and for some reason it took extremely long to get your room.

When we arrived our room was not ready, say we were 2 hours to sit around and wait. Water for $4, 50 room, Parlen costs $48 without tax per night and Wi-Fi is available 24-hour For $15.
The hammer is me is still just €450 for a reason abgegbucht were. Thing is still in clarification.
Goods previously in L. A. In 2 motels. It was free of the above mentioned things and the room cost a 1/10 per night. (Can you compare just only by the luxury here)
Otherwise, is the hotel but clean and has a near-perfect location to all highlights in San Francisco.

Very noisy rooms, horrendous costs for parking, even Wi-Fi costs extra, also inflexible tariffs: settlement adversely per night, instead of actual usage in the hourly rate, good location and clean.
