Close this emergency facility! first time was san francisco e if I had known that this trick was ds this State ever I n there will come. Dirty room with centimeters of dust visible behind the furniture. Struggling electric without cache, dirty bedding with tasks and gaps. No hygienic dansles toilet paper, and when j have request it m in given at the reception so I put him ds room. Person is not clean n the room. If qqun showering the floor above, the water flows into the shower room. Cold rooms and nothing n isolates bouncing and cold. If I was a maintenance officer I will close this Dum. It is not normal that he could collect money for ca. Autantle leave it open for the homeless, rather than sleeping on the street.

Horrible experience the manager was rude plus the room had roaches.

Online said it would be $65. When I signed the receipt, the total was $103. Paying extra for a bathroom attached did not affect that the shower was non functional and there were TWO towels for two people to spend the night. No washcloths. No water glasses. Unending noise all night from what sounded like homeless people wandering the halls and seeing who could bang their door the loudest. $15/night would have been over-paying.

It was my first time in San Francisco and this place did not help make this trip enjoyable at all. Royal Inn Hotel is the WORST place to stay in and their customer service is terrible. There are signs all over the place. 1.2 inch thick window where the attendant sits behind while he assists you. 2. The place smells horrible when you walk in. 3. Cardboard all over the floor instead of rugs. 4. The bathroom's shower head was leaking. 5. The beds were NOT CLEAN. I had a rash after waking up. 6. No climate controlled rooms. 7. The area around the hotel was VERY QUESTIONABLE. In short, do not waste your time staying at this location. The management ignored our calls and refused to assist us.

The rooms are being renovated, I think, so everything was somewhat clean only covered in dust. The sink in the room is for washing but the water pressure is barely a trickle. The shared bathroom and shower are clean, but you have to wash your hands in your room. There is only one toilet and shower for the whole hotel. The bed is stiff and so are the pillows. I would not recommend this for more then one or two nights. The area is not too bad, just make sure to only travel South, North is sketchy. They charge you for every night when you first get there, so keep that in mind. The walls are thin and my window had a broken lock. 2/10 would not recommend.

Good for one night only, but get out as fast as u can otherwise bed bugs and cockroaches will eat u :) noisy neighbors ugh… Has a very good site in the heart of the city and no more…

Wonderful accommodations, great prices, and always a friendly smile. This Edwardian Hotel has a youthful attitude mixed with the charm of the 1920's. Love it.
