Very Elegant place with that classic San Francisco flare. Built 90+ years ago in the ❤️ of the! Convenient area near plenty nightlife, eateries, convenient stores all in walking ‍♀️distances. The decor is genuine. Great Room Service, Super Clean and I ❤️It and I know you’ll especially ❤️ it to!

Wonderful place, but was slightly underwhelmed by the quality… other than the service by the bartender in the lobby. He was fantastic! I believe his name was Lee.
Just thought wine hour wasn’t what I was used to. Serving Twisted wine with cheese bread? Stayed at RiverPlace in Portland shortly after and they had a few wine options and some interesting appetizers… guess I had expected better from the birthplace of Kimpton ;-)

I was disappointed that when we pulled up there was no valet or a doorman at the front door. We waited 10 minutes no one came. After the phone call a bellman came out very quickly. They bellman got our bag out very fast. He waited as we checked in he stayed so he would take us to the room with our luggage. Would bring our luggage and take us to our room. He brought in the luggage and set the on luggage racks, Got us ice gave recommendation for restaurants. Also took us on tour of the hotel showing the bulletin holes in the lobby that was a restaurant years ago. Lot of paranormal activity in Sir Francis Drake. Cable car picks you up in front of hotel. It is full most of the time sine hotel is 3 blocks from where the cable start, Easier to walk south on Powell and get on there to get the set you want. Breakfast in the restaurant was good, came with my package. $ 62.00 to park at night then takes are added. That adds up for aa week ty. Then resort fee, for what. I get free Wi-Fi with membership. Room and bathroom are small that is to be expected in The CIty.

I love it very much! Everything within walks distance. Shopping, Walgreen Pharmacy across the street. Food, pobs, food, dancing clubs,!

Refused to honour a king bed request because it was made through Hotwire. Everything in the room is an additional cost, even small bottles of water.

Unhelpful staff from the get go, room has an interesting odour, bed is hard as a rock, and so sad that the hotel has been let go. Had some concerns early on and was met with quite rude staff. Very disappointed on the money we paid for this room and what we have received.

Very disappointing. The beauty stops in the lobby. Not service oriented in the least. No in room information to direct guests to services. Housekeeping failed to replenish towels one day. People working in the Bistro need a serious attitude adjustment. No newspaper at your door or on the floor. No in room coffee—all for over $350 a night.
Will not return.

A San Francisco icon left to dwindle away. This place has potential and history but lacks modern rooms and cursed with lackluster service. The water pressure is like a humid summer day in the Midwest. The rooms probably looked cute in the late 2000s, and the minibar features a dresser drawer with snacks thrown in it. Please somebody save this place.

Had high expectations… rooms were small, bathrooms desperately needs an upgrade, they overcharge for parking, hallways have a nursing home smell, and elevators take forever, and they have creepy pictures in the rooms. After all that they have the nerve to charge top dollar! Definitely one place I will never stay again.

Charming boutique hotel, with the best staff in the city. Cannot say enough nice things about quality of service. Pet friendly too! Great location for all types of San Francisco attractions, shopping and services. Most within easy walking distance. Challenging to get to hotel initially, and parking pricey, but once there, really don't need vehicle. Rooms small, as one would expect on this real estate, but comfy. Suites large with bar, fridge, two baths, nice for entertaining.

A nice hotel in downtown San Francisco. Who needs to settle closer to the Ukrainian consulate, I recommend.
There is no parking, you have to give the car to the representative and if necessary to order it. But this is the problem of almost all hotels in the center. The rooms are small but cozy. Be ready for additional expenses in the form of taxes and paid parking for cars. But again this applies to all hotels in the city.

This hotel deserves two stars ONLY FOR THE POSITION and the view (which, however, is depending on the room assigned to you). The rooms are decidedly cramped, without a refrigerator, there is no space to place the objects, on our double bed there was only one bedside table and there was even a hook in the bathroom on which to hang the shower towel. The staff was kind in the norm, of the two common bathrooms in lobby one was out of service and the second clogged. The windows were very dirty and the cleanliness generally left a bit to be desired throughout the hotel. As the icing on the cake, in addition to hearing the noises of the street, we had a room on the 20th floor and on the 21st floor there is a room where in the evening is made music at full volume that actually ends quite early (around 11pm).

The hotel is old fashioned and has really small rooms. I had a queen sized bed room overlooking the street. The place across the way has those wacky wavy men on top of the roof and you can hear the fans through the windows. Thankfully the place across the street does turn them off at night. The bathrooms are small and have an adequate shower. The bed was comfortable and clean. The service in the hotel seems a little slow and when asking for tooth paste they took over an hour to deliver it after a second phone call and walking down to the front desk. The hotel is located in a reasonable location in the city with easy walking distance to the Bart and other areas of the city. The restaurant for breakfast in the hotel was poor quality food and you should definitely eat someone else. When I come back to San Francisco I will not stay at this hotel again.

Not great if I'm honest. The room is barely wider than the queen bed. The soap dispensers were empty in the shower (and not refilled after maid service). I called housekeeping with no answers. They're down to two elevators at the moment. So waits can be long, and elevators crowded. 6 ounce water bottles are $4 but one liter bottles (harder to find in the mini bar) are $6… Which is just odd pricing. The toilet paper on the roll and lime 6 squares left on it. My particular room was elevator adjacent, so I heard every person getting off at 1:30am drunk, and chatting early in the morning. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

It is a beautiful hotel. The design is fantastic. However, they are not completely transparent about the room size. The room also has an old smell. It is understandable that the hotel is older, but there could be air fresheners and such to remove the smell. I do recommend the hotel. It has a nice bar and friendly staff. It is also within walking distance to a large number of attractions.

Stayed here for a night for the first time, definitely won’t be back. Front desk service was great. Rooms were small and bathroom faucet leaked. Restaurant service was good besides getting our drinks at the end of our meal for breakfast. When leaving the doorman and bellman were horrible. Not one of them helped us load our bags they were too busy cheering on with the World Cup patrons that were in the road blocking traffic. Would have gave more stores but they staff outside were so rude. Only have 2 stars because the front desk was nice. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone.

Stayed for one night. Hotel lobby was nice the building itself has a cool old CA feel. We stayed in one of the suites. The rooms are small and bathroom even smaller. The hotel rooms feel a little old and outdated. Overall is was a ok stay. It has a restaurant attached downstairs nice place for a quick bite to eat.

The hotel was a good price but this hotel really deserve a 2.5 stars. First the elevator issues, the elevator takes years to come … And every time it's packed. The hotel is in a great location but the rooms really need to get renovated. The bathroom showers have low water pressure. The carpets are really dirty, I doubt it gets cleaned. The design of the rooms is extremely creepy, there's these photos hanged on the wall that make the room feel creepy. The smell of the bathroom (this could just be my room) have a really foul smell. Since I am not staying here for long, I think it is bearable but it really smells like a public bathroom that's never cleaned. The beds are extremely soft, your back might end up hurting. Overall if you want to sleep here for a few nights, it's not a bad deal. But anything over 3 nights, you might want to find another place.

A wonderfully great historical preservation jotelier located directly on the Powell-Mason/Hyde Cable Car lines to and from both Fisherman's Wharf and Market Street. An exceptional short
stay does not justify the wonderful quality time sleeping on these plush queen sized beds … only prior to the day of my surgery! I requestex lots of pillows for my both hips. One in recovery the other side, my right, still hobbling miserably around on while balancing it out with the leftside. It was utterly magnificent. I couldn't have felt such betterment by its comfortable supportiveness all around me as I slept that night.
I wish I could have slept in but time constraints like in any hotel prevented us from lingering in bed. Though there is a Starbucks adjacent to the hotel on the cornerstone. Accessible through to the lower lobby elevators. (But, no real in-house hotel food service or 24-hour menu etc. ) Breakfast was elsewhere at a nearby restaurant.
But what other reviewers have stated about the room sizes and such, personally batjong in the oversized art-deci tub was fine. The water pressure and shower, also admirable. Insofar as towels, perfectly fine. The vanity was normally sized for this type of room. Like ones in NYC, in apts et cetera. Leaves little to the imagination to tourists (why) given the age, stylisation to the construction period of the hotel (c. 1923-1925? ). So, clearly it does make sense.

Very charming, wonderful location, and great hospitality. The rooms keep in the charm of the date of the hotel with small bathrooms, and older windows, but have updated decor, and all the modern features one would need to be comfortable. It is a bit like going back in time staying there. I would stay again and would recommend for those that like a boutique experience.

Neat grand old property. Tough to valet park and pricey for overnight parking but pretty good otherwise. Nothing real special but interesting.

Lovely hotel staff freindly, helpfull, room to our taste wood definitely stay here again, revently close to fisher mans warf, but prity central ish, wood stay hear again. 😀.

Was there for a large party with many attending. The venue was very nice and staff was professional. Great service, many waiters tending to your needs. Good food and drinks. Whether you want a cocktail or beer, or simply a whiskey person, you'll find your thing. Had a great view over.

In the meantime, it has come a little over the years, but still one of the really good (and well located) Hotels of the city. At the bottom of the house is the next Starkbucks and to Macy's it's just a few steps.

Good value for SF.

Not in perfect condition because it’s old and needs paint outside again, carpets show some wear, etc. But great charm and friendly staff. From the exquisitely dressed door man who greets you, to the checkin staff and concierge, this beautiful, historic hotel is a must see. The staff couldn’t explain where to pull up for their parking, so allow some time to call ahead for this information. Or nearby the parking is $39 overnight.

Stayed three nights and loved this historic old hotel. I had read some reviews of people being disappointed that the rooms were too small. I don’t know where they’ve been staying in hotels but the room was quite comfortable and the great thing about the hotel is the luxurious furnishings window treatments along with the Storico would trim all around the walls and floors beautiful mirrors the bathroom of course is very small because it’s a one 100-year-old hotel but it’s all new except for the bathtubs marble floors I can’t say enough good about this hotel. Service excellent free wine party every afternoon from 5 to 6 PM. Is much wine if you want to drink free is amazing. The only negative I have is no free breakfast and the coffee they serve in the lobby in the morning I got the last cup at 9 AM and it really didn’t taste very good however coffee is easy to fine anywhere overall I was thrilled and I paid less than $200 a night for this beautiful hotel.

The Kimpton Sir Francis Drake is a lovely boutique hotel in San Francisco. The room I stayed in was quite charming and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, I was in town for a work trip and did not get to spend as much time in the room as I would have liked. It was a great stay, though.

Well located, already somewhat in the years, house in the busy Powell quarter. Within walking distance of the BART station "Powell". Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Stop the cable car right on your doorstep.

The bathrooms are not so clean. The Hotel is well located if you want to be in the area "tourism" but that is overrated.

Friendly staff except for one girl at the bar (not sure of her name but dark hair & tatoos on both arms… not that this makes us judge) she was very rude & way unfriendly & spent the whole time we were at the bar checking her mobile & texting! Very unprofessional for a place that charges pretty big $ for drinks! Leif the concierge is wonderful & very helpful as are the the check in staff. Free wine 5-6pm is great! The restaurant is wonderful-great food & service. I’d recommend staying here. Great location, clean, roomy enough & lovely bathroom products.

Supper located right in the centre. Close to many shops and shopping malls.

No room service after evening. Had to buy water from Walgreens across the road at 10 pm. No complimentary breakfast. My company had reserved the stay. I will not reserve for my personal stay. Great location though.

Beautiful old hotel with palate and chandeliers near the business district and Chinatown and right in front of the tram station. Room a little small but everything there. Nice staff.

The kimpton Sir Francis Drake is another huge success in the Kimpton family of boutique hotels. The staff is beyond exceptional, everything one expects from a Kimpton. I had the pleasure of checking in with Chris. I am an Inner Circle member and very much enjoy feeling valued when I check in to any Kimpton. I was so thrilled to listen and watch Chris register the non Inner Circle guest before me and was very impressed to hear him treat them with the EXACT LEVEL of detailed, genuine care in which I am treated. Chris was so great at answering their questions about places to eat, things to do and see in the city etc. Great job Chris.

The service at the Kampton Sir Francis Drake was great. Everything I needed was planned. The only bad thing was that it had not refrigerated.

Incredible Hotel!. It's in the center of SF near the Union Square. You have a bar/pub in the 21st floor, gym, a really good restaurant, free wine tasting and more. It's really beautiful and well managed.

The hotel is a lovely building and had excellent holiday decor. The Scalla restaurant had excellent food and service as well. We booked a private event, and the private areas were nice and well attended to. The bar upstairs was busy, but we had several booths which gave us space to socialize. The music was less to our liking, and the bar took a very long time to prepare our drinks unfortunately.

Lovely hotel. Great central location. The rooms where well maintained and quiet. The most friendly and helpful staff I have come across in years. They did a lovely job decorating for the holidays (what a amazing lobby! ). We missed the evening wine reception and they gave is a free glass later that night. I was expecting to pay a ton but the rates where extremely reasonable.

Such a beautiful hotel. Nice in room services. Staff was so nice and the bar on the top floor was so pretty. Pretty expensive but they are totally professional and you definitely get what you pay for! Will definitely come back and stay here again. Views are amazing from the top bar as well. Gave us complimentary drink vouchers when we checked in during a specific time.

This is my favorite place to stay in San Francisco. It's an historic hotel with the hipness of a Kimpton. Great location near Union Square. Rooms are cozy or grand — your choice. Nice lobby bar and the Starlight lounge on the top floor with the well known drag brunch on Sunday. Only drawback in my recent stay was the slowness of the elevators, but that may have been due to a full house. Highly recommend.

Very central, clean, very attractive decor… Unfortunately the room I got, despite being on a third floor had no natural light, it looked like a basement. Its excellent location makes up for almost everything.

Difficult check in. Took two hours because the staff kept putting in the expiration date incorrectly. As many things that could go wrong did go wrong. Concierge mixed up reservation for tours 3x. Spent an hour making the same mistakes over and over. 1st night was a disaster. Not enough towels nor drink ware in the room for all 3 of us. I must say the bell hops, valet and doorman we on top of it. Excellent customer service from that end.

This hotel is highly overrated. The room was tiny and had many issues. First our room was close to the elevators and right next to a maintenance closet and with the walls being thin, they shouldn't use that room. The tub in the closet bathroom looked like it was hacked up and paint was coming off all over and even the shower curtains looked like they were starting to fall apart. The parking is ridiculously expensive (luckily there is a garage around the corner that is more in line with normal prices). The Wi-Fi doesn't work. They have free coffee in the morning but we found out they end it earlier then they say. If you are staying closer to checkout, three different people all come by to bother you even after you say please come back later. I could go on but in short, I will not be staying at this hotel again and have already told my friends planning a trip there not to go as well. There are better options for much better prices.

Hotel in a good position, but room 530 quite small with horrible view, some new touches but bath tub very old and scratchy, also basin surround made of corroded mirror/ gold paint very old and weird, second night (sun) I'm hearing loud music somewhere. Walls v thin. Could hear next door toilet!

We didn't stay there but had a chance to check out the rooms. The rooms are fairly small but the bathrooms are even tinier. It doesn't look like there is room to sit on the toilet and open the door at the same time. The whole building has a ton of character. The lobby is beautiful. The bar was great and they had a free wine happy hour during the week.

High end hotel. Great for a weekend get a way to the city. Walking distance to Union Square and other bars, clubs, and restaurants. Piano and wine bar was great. Fun place to stay and play!

Oozing with character from the moment you step out of your taxi! We received a beautiful welcome here. The staff were outstanding. The room was small however cosy and comfortable. The location is amazing and the complimentary wine hour each evening was delightful after a busy day of exploring this endlessly fascinating city! ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel itself has a lovely quirky charm, you're greeted by a man in a beefeater costume, and walk into the open/opulent lobby area. The staff are all lovely and extremely helpful. We had a super queen room and it felt a little tired. The bathroom was honestly shockingly small, with the door basically touching the toilet. Overall though, I loved the stay here. The location is perfect, the overall vibe is really nice and honestly… it could have been much worse!

We stayed here for 15 days with our two children. All these days have been beautiful.
The location of the hotel is of the best. (for our bus needs). The outside is very atypical with a person who greets you warmly.
The staff at the reception is very nice. The janitors are available for you.
It's quiet though lively at night. No noise except cable because until 11:00.
The rooms are warm and well appointed.
There's air conditioning, and nice furniture and TV channels for everyone in English.
I strongly invite you to go.

This is a beautiful hotel! The service at the hotel was exceptional from the doormen to the front desk to the housekeeper etc… Thank you for my treat of the goldfish crackers and bottle of water! It was very thoughtful of you since you no longer offer the live goldfish! My room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable! Jaime and Waydren were wonderful! I felt at home as I always am made to feel at Kimpton Hotels! I recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting San Francisco! Also the views from The Starlight Room were amazing!

The pompousness and glitz of the exteriors and environments at the entrance does not equate to high standards in the rooms, which are just enough. Tiny bathroom with a small square foot walkable, lack of hanger towel, door that does not close well. The room air conditioner is rumorosissimo and must be kept off if you want to sleep. Electrical outlets in the bathroom and a bedside table that are about to jump off. Comfortable bed, modern 40-inch TV, pretty recent furnishings. Cleaning so-so. It would be little to improve so much.

Hotel from the great location in the city. Less than ten minutes walk from the Moscone Center. The furniture is good but the bathrooms need maintenance.

As location nothing to say, very convenient to move around with the means and also convenient for those who have the car park them near, there is a cheap multifloor garage behind them. The rooms are a bit old, at least mine, it is very style years 70, particular say, there is. The services are good all in all.

Location is excellent, easily accessible from public transportation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but very nice. Only criticism would be the AC unit that was loud enough to wake the dead. Fortunately the front desk put in a work order and it was fixed. Overall and excellent experience.

Historic hotel in the heart of San Francisco. The rooms are exceptionally small for the price and they do not have a driveway so access via car is tricky. Essentially you leave your car parked on a very busy street in an active lane. After hours they do not always have a man there. We checked in late at night so valeting the car was not an issue but we were surprised that the neighborhood was so sketchy at night. Thelobby is beautiful and the bike rental is a unique surprise.

Stayed here for a song thanks to Priceline. Location was great, room was well decorated, bed was super comfy. They had quite an assortment of amenities — including a Temptation Lover's Kit. So, you know, it's good for a romantic getaway?

Staying at the Sir Francis Drake was quite an enjoyable experience! This hotel is located right in Union Square, which is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and all kinds of other entertainment opportunities. The hotel is historically beautiful. The rooms are artistic and chic, and the decor is stunning. The hotel bar was also a great place to relax and have a drink. Amazing experience!

Beautiful lobby and starlight room with great views of the city. Convenient location. Rooms are small but clean. Hotel charges for ALL extras and includes minimal free accommodations. For example, there is no free parking or Wi-Fi. I needed to print 2 pages today and it cost around $6. Complimentary wine hour is a nice touch but I would have preferred a complimentary breakfast instead.

I recently went to the St. Francis Drake this past thursday night for a Johnny Walker Whiskey tasting. The establishment was very nice and upscale. This was the first time ive been inside this hotel and would be happynto come to more events here.

Went for a whisky tasting being hosted there. Hotel itself was very nice. Good decor in the lobby and event area. A relaxing and warm, welcoming environment. The event was a little subpar but that's no fault of the venue.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and it's always been a great experience. Big clean rooms. Friendly staff. Lots of options for food and entertainment in walking distance.

Love this place, prices seems to have increased a bit but still very nice place to stay. Staff is very courteous. Right on the trolley line so getting around the city is very easy to do.

We typically love Kimpton hotels and will give them 4.5 or 5 stars. While the entrance to this hotel is beautiful, the rooms need to be updated to include doors that have better soundproofing and anything to create better soundproofing between walls. The room itself is nice but the constant noise from the hall, guests that sound like you're practically sharing a room with, and the continual street car noise leaves me leaving a lower rating for this hotel. They could also lose the costume for the door man as it feels like a touch of Vegas vs a Kimpton.

The entrance the the Sir Francis Drake hotel is quite impressive. You have a high ceiling entrance and the employees are very welcoming. The rooms are quite clean and is conveniently located in the Financial District (at least convenient for me). With that said, there's always room for improvement. The bathroom door does not close or lock, which was fine for me since I was traveling alone. However, had I been traveling with others, that might have been a problem. Also, the soap was very strong in scent and looked very cheap (pumped from large containers attached to the wall. )

It was a 3 night stay with my husband and we absolutely loved it! We had a room on the 17th floor with an amazing city view! It was our first time visiting San Francisco and this was a perfect location to stay at not to mention we had such a good time at Starlight. We cannot stop telling people about this place and can't wait to go back this time with our 2 children.

Great location! If you decline room service you can get a $10 voucher to be used at the hotel. Great idea and totally worth it.

So far so good. Room is next to trolly line, so lots of ding-aling-ing. Room is nice, could use a bathroom update (bathroom is quite cramped). Overall nice property, had a fruit plate waiting for me in my room.

I was on floor 16, room 1 (supposedly spacious because it was a corner room). I looked at two others on the 20th floor, room 14 seemed to be slightly bigger. Service was great however. There was complimentary wine between 5-6pm. There is a club above the hotel which was a lot of fun, drinks were really expensive — as to be expected. I wouldn't stay there again if I had to pay, but I'd love to accompany someone else. Hahaha.

Very accommodating boutique-type hotel. Beds are extremely comfortable and bathrooms are luxurious, though a little small. Concierge is very knowledgeable and accessible.

Another Kimpton win! The team at The Drake is incredibly kind and helpful. Lots of bars, meeting areas and very quiet floor. High up the views are great. I highly recommend.

Overall, the beds are incredibly stiff and no coffee maker in the hotel room. Staff is nice, but I'll go back to marriott properties from now on.

Was there for Microsoft event. The bar was kept well and serving in a timely manner. The food was very slow. Place was clean, but bathrooms was quite messy.

The stay was very pleasant. The location of the hotel is wonderful. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Especially the Concierge Michael is here mentioned without the other, to minimize. Bicycles are available free of charge. The somewhat small rooms, especially the bathroom, takes one view of the history of the house gladly in purchase.

Lovely classic hotel room with modern bed and beautiful vintage furnishings. Well worth the price for the history and location alone.

Been coming here for 6+ years and always feel like a queen here. Some complain about the small rooms and tiny bathrooms. Hey, small is beautiful and very SF. Love the pet friendly, eco consciousness too. If you need more room go to Texas. Love the lovely Queens in the Starlight room too!

The room smelled like smoke and my credit card was overcharged. When I called about the over charge, over $450, it was corrected, but they could not provide an explanation why the error happened. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Very chic Hotel with lots of charm and perfect Location!

The least updated Kimpton I've ever stayed at — windows were duct taped shut, linens were dated, bathroom needed a facelift, and walls look like they had been painted and repainted numerous times. If you valet park your car, anticipate at least 25 minutes to have it returned. On the positive, this hotel offers many Kimpton perks including friendly service, great on-premise food options, wine happy hour, fitness center access, and free bike rentals. When staying in San Francisco, I would stay at a different Kimpton hotel. The close proximity to Union Square does not outweigh the dated interior.

This hotel has the old school charm and architecture of San Francisco with the modern touches of a Kimpton Hotel. The gym was great and we liked that the Starlight Room, apparently a very popular nightlife spot, was right upstairs. It had great views of the city from there. As with all Kimpton properties, they have a complimentary happy hour and also a "Raid the Bar" feature for members of their loyalty program that gets you either $10 off your minibar cost or a drink at the bar, which is what I used mine for. Everyone was super friendly and we especially loved the men in uniform opening the front door!

Big shame Attention — they went to the room of my mother the Friday night — he stole a wallet, 2 cell phones, a perfume and a pen — and no one wants to help her, the only one that more or less help is Mary Arellano (of the reception) the one who is giving you free Friday night… that occurred on the robbery — my mama does not speak well the language was to this hotel apparently because of his Good reputation… the truth is that the employees of this hotel have not taken greater interest in this case and neither even wanted to call the police — definitely if you're staying in this hotel "you take good care of your things" — I would NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE — the theft unfortunately happens in any place; however, it is the care and attention it is these cases of the employees of the hotel that counts.

Aroma of old and special atmosphere. The room well but without highlighting or space or for decoration, though careful not seduces The bed very comfortable and large. The cable-car passes in front of the hotel, so the noise is constant, it is better to plant high.

Nice city hotel in San Francisco. Very Central location, with many Restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The Union Square is just a few meters away. There as a tip: The Cheesecake Factory, if you good and cheap eat. Bar and Service in the Hotel are very good and above all very friendly.
