Good service from receptionist. Room was comfortable and well appointed.

Definitely the best value for your money in Ridgecrest. Comfortable rooms, great location and not run down like all the other “value” motels in Ridgecrest.

The front office people are not friendly. As mentioned in the website, there is no break fast but they will provide only coffee and pastry. Also, there are not tea & coffee facility, as mentioned only coffee will be provided in the morning. TV and the given channel are waste.

Crappiest Wi-Fi in town, had so much I needed to do on my laptop and couldn't.

The only good thing I can say about this place is: It was very clean, inside and out. Upon arrival we were told they do not allow dogs but their websie says they do and my dog is a certified companion animal. They allowed us to stay once they were informed it was illegal to deny my service animal. Since all rooms are "No smoking" we asked where the smoking area was and were told "out on the street". I totally understand not smoking in the room but, not on the property is too much. Our toilet plugged, their resolution was to either change our room or I could come get a plunger. Not happy with our stay at all.

I would absolutely stay here again. Very fair price for a clean hotel that felt safe.

Big, clean rooms, nice staff. Breakfast was coffee and packed cakes, nothing extravagant.

The room was pretty good. Comfortable bed and a really strong heater. Couple of negatives were a lack of fridge and microwave. I was told rooms equipped with these amenities need to be requested. Also the breakfast was just prepackaged department store bought mini muffins and was marketed as continental breakfast. Overall it was a good place to sleep over but lacked in any other amenities.

Clean, big room and calm but was empty so I don't know how much we can hear neighbors. Breakfast is only coffee and a cake.

The lady in the front was rude and not polite. Not even helpful. The beds are bad and sink were bad maintenance. The rooms smelled bad. To be honest, don’t try the hotel. No good Wi-Fi.

It is Ridgecrest. It is a motel. It is not for the picky. It is fine for the price. Not a place for a romantic date.

This really was the best value and although there wasn't any breakfast, the room was clean and large with a good bathroom with very hot water.

Terrible experience. Upon arrival, very unfriendly and bad customer service. When I was ready to take a shower at night, I noticed the tub was extremely filthy and also the shower curtain, so I called and asked for someone to clean it. They said there was nobody but I could change rooms. I refused because I would have to carry my luggage upstairs at 10 pm. The next night I also had to stay in town and went back but wanted to see the room first to make sure it was clean. I made the reservation online and when I arrived, the same front desk woman from the previous night helped me and when she saw me she yelled at me and said she would not give me a room because I complained about the bathtub. I said of course I did. It was filthy and I couldn't even shower. She asked me to leave, yelling louder. I said, fine but I wanted to yalk to the manager first. She said she was the manager. I asked for a discount for the night before. She said she already talked to priceline about it and yelled louder and louder. Priceline said ahe never requested a discount. Maybe in the Middle East customers are treated badly, but not in America. Inateaf of apologizing for the inconvenience, she got mad and mistreated me. I told her I took a pic of the tub and would post it. Also, the refrigerator made a vibration sound like a phone ringing all night. I could not sleep. Breakfast is at 9:30, when people are already at work and it is coffee and a prepacked sweet junk.

Super impressed. I needed a cheap motel, but the one cheaper than this looked like someone might still be cooking meth in it, so we went with one slightly more expensive. Turned out, this place was pretty nice for what it was. Decor was nice (had just stayed in another in San Diego that was stuck in 1983 and gross), free Wi-Fi, modern appliances, clean, and all around well worth it. Seemed well maintained. Would stay again.

Rooms were alright, beds weren't great. The bathtub was extremely slick and lacked simple amenities such as coffee in the room. Breakfast was prepackaged "snacks" it could greatly be improved.

It is alright for 1 night but nothing special. Our tap was moving under which I mean I literally had to hold the tap down while I was trying to open the water by lifting the handle. Also, we were told that complimentary breakfast is included which will be bakery stuff. In reality, there were a dozen of pre-packed sweets from a supermarket like mini muffins. Well, it least we can't say they lied, it is just our expectations that were different.

Really poor customer service, unpleasant attitude immediately upon my arrival all and continued the entire visit. The room had serious water damage, there are fire extinguishers missing, no CO2 detection. They aren't up to code. Breakfast consists of cold, old coffee and hostess treats. No coffee makers in room. The room was overwhelming smelling of roses. They do Not allow dogs and complain if you have service dogs, even if you tell them. Only saw two bugs in the room, but this is the desert. I will never stay here again and not sure if I'll give America's Best a shot again.

They close the office at 10 pm we came to the hotel st midnight from a long drive from arizona. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to check us in.

Desk clerks are great. Very nice and friendly. House keepers seem lazy. Toilet paper is never on the roll holder. Toilet cleaner is left in toilet like it wasnt scrubbed (but this only happened once out of 3 stays (and under the beds are always dirty. Beds and everywhere else seems clean. :) beds are comfy. :) microwaves and fridges are only in certain rooms so make sure you request those when booking. Overall im satisfied. :) they juat need to vacuum under beds more.

Good motel, room clean and spacious room with two queen beds even if you booked for two. Breakfast with pastries wrapped, no milk you feed smoothly.

It's a good accommodation in Ridgecrest during the long drives between SF and LV.
Clean beds, quiet, ample parking and friendly front desk.
A little shabby on the outside walls but inside everything is ok.

Horrible service yuck rooms and we could here some wired sounds from other rooms even there no one in the next room. The fat manager doesn't know how to serve the customers very very rude. please don't go to this hotel…

Small rooms with dirty carpets. Unbearable smell of cheap air freshener. (We had to keep the door open for a while to vent the room. ) Deceptive pricing — the price that is advertised "per room" is actually the price for a single person per room. The actual price is much higher because they charged us for each additional person. The internet connection was so slow that I couldn't check even my email. I would never visit this motel chain again.

Nice clean rooms with fast internet. The staff here is absolutely lovely and helpful. Can't really say a bad word about it. The person at the reception even suggested that we book through internet for better rate.

I'm not sure what all these negative reviews are about. The couple that runs the hotel were very polite, the room clean, good Wi-Fi, good location, refrigerator, flat screen tv. The continental breakfast was not great though. For the price I paid ($50 a night) it was a really good deal, but it seems the price fluctuates a lot.
