The staff were very knowledgeable and courteous, and very pleasant. The room was clean and adequate.

This hotel was a disgrace. Rooms were dirty. We were moved to three rooms before we got a room were at least the beds were clean. No coffee pot, then coffee pot no coffee on room that has clean linens. One room had no phone and bugs in bathroom dirty lines. Asked if we wanted up grade to queen beds and still only got room with double. Went for breakfast being served at 8-11am and were still closed at 8:30. No fruit. 10 eggos, white and wheat bread, only one carafe of coffee. Not enough milk for 3 bowls of cereal and no creamer for cofee. There was lots of two cereals. That was our breakfast options. This was sad and embarrassing. The had best not charge me for queen upgrade or I will complain hire up. Bars if soap were broken in pieces. Rooms were booked when people were in them. You do not rare any stars but wanted to address this so was made to give this hotel one star but doors not deserve even ONE.

Awesome rooms for the low prices. The lady was cheerful.

A little dated, parking is congested, stayed here for 7 weeks for work and during that time the rooms were well maintained by the friendly staff and owners. It is a budget motel but the owners are extremely diligent to resolve any issues you may have. There is a family restaurant next door which serves all day and they offer discounts to the motel patrons. Good place to stay when visiting or working in the area.

Pretty decent actually for a budget Motel in the middle of nowhere. Nice sized television and some pleasent artwork in the rooms. Lingering odor is the only turnoff.

I had booked by expedited and paid in advance my room. This one was foul (dirty, stinky, blankets holes, toilets dodgy…). The second one I proposed was in the same state. I preferred to drive another hour to find something decent and lose the cost of my room. Absolute horror! Yet I am not particularly difficult.

The smoke detector was chirping so they just removed it from the room. The carpet is filthy. The key card opener didn't work but they did have a real key. Paint in the bathroom is peeling about the size of a football. A lamp light was burned out. The clock was on the floor behind the table. The freezer in the fridge was completely frozen over. I pulled out the nightstand looking for an outlet and the carpet had lots of trash on it; wrappers, goldfish crackers, general debris. The guy at the front desk was very nice. This place was bad.

This is the most dirty place I have ever stayed in. I walked into a toilet full of pee, they obviously did not clean the toilet if there was pee left standing in it. The pillows and towels were very dirty. Staff was not friendly either. I highly recommend staying anywhere but here this place is disgusting! I will try to upload pictures of my findings.

Nice clean room, comfy bed, hot shower, polite and respectful staff, and reasonable rates. Couldn't ask for anything more :)

The service was great the staff the location the rooms were very clean.

We didn't register our dogs and ended up getting into a shouting match with owner lady and her male business partner. We were worn out from a 2000 mile road trip and the temp was 111 degrees. I think both sides were wrong, but they ended up charging us an extra $400 on top of the already billed night. It hurt for so long thinking how they took so much money from us… and thier complete lack of professionalism. I recommend you choose a different place to stay. The door leaked so much too and the AC just didn't work.

The folks at the front desk were quite friendly and personable and helpful. Iv been back several times the furniture is nice quality and its always perfectly clean.

So I reserved this "1 King Bed Non Smoking Suite with sofa bed, free continental breakfast and free Wi-Fi Maximum Occupancy: 5" and when I got there to check in I learned that at that location they do not have rooms of such discrimination. They want you to go there so the provide misleading information. It was not the experience I expected. The discrimination of the rooms are misleading. Then the toilet wouldn't flush in room 219.

I wasn't there long enough to stay in a room or use the services, but the location is well-placed on the street and the outside is kept up nicely. The view is good.

I'm very unhappy with our stay. I saw what I thought was a nail in sheetrock — no it was a mirror button. I moved the door and the whole thing came crashing down! The toilet seat was scratched up and loose, there was stains on the floor and on the comforter. Curious I looked under the bed to find a coffee filter — they don't even offer a coffee maker! Even though on their card they say all rooms do. If they offered 12 stars, I'd give them — 12! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Horrible, room not very clean. Air barely worked, Wi-Fi never worked for the 2 nights I was here. No working phone and the response I got for a wake up call was I will knock on your door in the morning. I need a 6 am call, so now I have to hope they don't forget. Instead of coming to check the phone. Only took all day to get my receipt that was not giving to me earlier. Had to make 4 trips to office to retrieve it. While in office had to wait for approx 15 min due to internet not working so they were unable to print it off, it was very very hot. Due to no working air when its 100 + outside. Burn holes in sheets and blankets, towels paper thin, and not enough for 2 people, VERY OVERPRICED. Charged me over 200 for 2 nights stay due to having 2 pets. My pets could not damage anything in that room carpet included to justify that price. I could've stayed at a 5 star motel for that price. Would've never stayed here but due to work situations it was a last minute thing that was unplanned. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star but couldn't go any lower. I stayed in room 110 which really sucked. TV reception is fuzzy, for the price paid at least the TV could have better reception. Roaches, bathroom filthy, (was scared to even use it). Shady people all around. I would advise anyone looking to just go right past this motel unless you have no choice like we had. Beware of this motel.

It was better than I expected after reading some of the reviews. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fine but it is small and you have to negotiate to close and open the door. For the price, it was a decent stay.

The ac doesn't work! 70 bucks for a night of sweating and no sleep : (

This place is HORRIBLE. Carpets are disgusting they have black all over them I couldnt even take off my shoes because of how dirty it was. The sink has little flies coming out of it. I found a dead roach. The costumer service was horrible the front office lady was soooooooo rude. The breakfast was disgusting they has hard pieces of bread with bland coffee. The Wi-Fi would go off out of no where. The TV didnt even work. There was peopole walking around being loud 24/7. Over all it was a disgusting & horrible expierience I will NEVER go there again or allow any of my friends and family to go there. I hope you guys get shut down! oh & by the way I stayed 3 days and dint get ANY room service.

Great customer service but poor room service. I stayed a few nights… didn't get room cleaned or beds done. Staff is really nice but rooms are outdated.

It isn't anything special. Relatively clean and the rooms are functional. Wouldn't stay here if I had better options, but it isn't bad for the price.

OMG! I love the beds! The only poblem was the tv.

Had a reservation, arrived at 11:30 pm, and though the OPEN sign was out, the office was locked and the phone went to voicemail. Twenty minute wait, nobody showed. Waste of time.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service and how nice and clean the room was. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was awesome. The price very competitive. Definitely my place to stay upon next visit.

Absolute must stay. The area is ok but the hotel is great. And the people who run it make you feel so welcome. We were traveling through to Vegas and were not sure where to stay after death valley. He gave us details on the local towns searched the internet for hotels/ area reviews. He even rang a different hotel chain and booked us the hotel. A+++++.

The motel is a little run down but the price (around 50) was right for this situation. There really is no breakfast per se, so you'll probably have to go elsewhere to eat. I've seen other complaints about the noise but I didn't see to much of a problem with it. Bottom line, if you don't want to pay too much and you don't care about frills then this is your place.
