Service was good, clean room, quiet area. People who work there are really nice! Complimentary breakfast!

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Hot eggs and sausages + waffle machine and other cold items.

Very clean. Breakfast was more than enough. Quiet. Only downside not many places to take your dog potty. There is a nice off leash dog park about 1/2 mile for both large and small dogs.

Clean rooms, very polite service. And the breakfast is pretty complete, plus for the price… you can't beat…

BED BUGS and VOMIT: I don’t often write reviews, but my stay here on March 4-6, 2018 in room 115 was so bad that I felt compelled to note it. After the first night and the end of my work day I felt itching on various parts of my upper body. I took off my shirt and found red spots that didn’t look like mosquito bites. I took pictures of them and consulted with somebody who could tell me what they were. The next morning, I found new bites on my body. I went to pull the linen off the bed when I discovered dried vomit on the bed skirt. I called the front desk and told them that I would be checking out and why. The clerk (“V”) was pleasant and apologetic. She notified the manager and credited me one night of the two. She took my contact info after I told her about the bed bugs, but no one ever contacted me. I’ll try to load the pics of the bites and vomit. Beware.

Maria is always super nice to me and I had come in late 12:00am and I started at 4:00pm, from a tough drive from Santa Ana and I drove to Kernville and back out. Vicki is very pleasant also in the morning. The breakfasts are great and I always stop here btwn Kernville and Las Vegas. Rooms are always nice and clean and being a disabled veteran they always accommodate me when they can with my PTSD. 5 Stars.

Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Parking was a little bit of an issue when the construction crews parked their large trucks and construction vehicles in the small spots. Bed and shower were decent and comfortable.

We had a night stay on our way to Death Valley, and it was nice! Good choice for that money. They have 24 hours check-in, pleasant staff, good rooms and yammy breakfast.

We stayed overnight on our way to death valley. Ridgecrest is a sleepy town, and it appreared that Quality Inn was the best hotel in the town. Our room was clean, well kept, and had all necessary amenities that we and our two kids could need. Management was friendly too, from the limited interaction I had with them. They had breakfast as well, which means saving precious time savings on a packed day we had at death valley. Again, nothing fancy, but decent enough and full filling food.

Staff is nice. Good location. The room was nice and clean except for the carpet. The carpet needs a wash our socks got really dirty in just walking a few paces. The washbasin, closet, toilet and shower are behind a common door, can be inconvenient in the morning when everybody wants to get ready together. The complementary breakfast was decent.

One of my more unpleasant stays at a hotel this year. Exterior walls/windows blocked no sound. Whistling, burping, and general noise woke this normally deep sleeper up before 5am both mornings I was there. Overall, rooms were clean if dated, but the outside noise made it a less than pleasant stay.

Stay here when in town on business. Great rates, rooms are nice and clean. Although I usually leave for work before breakfast opens, I hear it’s pretty good. Great place to stay when in Ridgecrest.

Clean place and friendly staff but extremely noisy hotel overall, you can hear everything from everyo ne around you and outside. Would definently not stay here again.

This was a cozy place, pretty quiet, friendly local staff. They had quite a nice breakfast in the morning. We usually try to go with cheaper hotels but for $20-30 more it was well worth it. Like I said, the breakfast, bigger table in the room. We were pleased.

Nice room with good facilities including microwave and fridge. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. My only critique is that the outside light on the veranda is quite disturbing​ at night.

If you have broken teeth they will fire you for discrimination and get away with it. Horrible professionalism and very rude to customers.

Excellent Service, Clean, Safe… Taken Care Of. I'd been traveling from LA to Reno twice within a three week period. This place by far was the best service, standard of cleanliness, and value for the price. I drove a little out of the way to pay $90 (instead of $160 being charged off the 14). It was well worth it. The lady on the night shift was very professional and genuinely asked me about my trip. I explained I was moving from Hawaii and visiting family in LA. And I actually was moving to Reno. She said there was an upgrade for no charge and moved me to a king room. Not fancy, but classy and has that touch… that shine where you know the place is cleaned. Like G. I. Clean! I posted photos with caption, "On road in hotels for last 10 days… Felt safe, clean, and taken care of".

Decent Hotel to spend the night.

Fridge didn't work. AC seemed undersized for the room, the back of the room stayed hot. Breakfast was available, but the fruit seemed to have been in that bowl for quite some time. Wi-Fi did work well though.

Great value for a weary traveler. Rooms comfortable. Continental plus breakfast in the morning.

Room was very comfortable (jacuzzi in the bedroom! ), staff was gentle, breakfast nothing special.

Nice, clean, simple hotel. Not to high on the amenities food chain but it not a bad hotel. Staff has been very friendly and accommodating.

Good service plesant clerks, clean and comfortable rooms. Fouled up our reservation (dropped us from 2 Queens to 1, but luckily had rollaway. ) Also our fridge didn't work. They swapped our fridge on request, but the drinks in the old fridge vanished. They're working on locating them now.

Check in was fast and smooth. Room was clean. Room was roomy with large bathroom counter space. Room very well lit. Breaks was like all Quality Inns but breakfast room was somewhat small. Staff very friendly. This property looks and feels well maintained. Does not have a snack vending machine. Very good value.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, clean shower, and nice room for a reasonable price. Will definitely stay there again if I am in the address again.

Very nice place right off of China Lake, plenty of grocery store, food options and gas stations to stop at in Ridgecrest by this inn.

The staff is friendly and efficient. The rooms were spacious and clean, my only complaint was being near a busy street it could get a little noisy but had nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Room is clean. AC is too loud, didn't sleep well. Breakfast OK.

I love the reasonable rate, cleanliness of the updated room, there's a pool, breakfast in the morning, safety of our vehicle in the parking lot and customer service of the staff.

I have stayed at this Quality Inn several times for the past 5 years or so and have enjoyed the large very clean and comfy rooms. The breakfast is okay and the pool is well maintained. Staff members were professional but I would not say friendly. Also four out of the five times I used a card to pay for my room the card information was stolen. The last time I stayed in Ridegcrest and had my card info stolen the only place I used the card was at Quality Inn. So in short if you stay here PAY IN CASH.

The Quality Inn staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was nice to have at the Inn in the mornings. I enjoyed by two nights there on either end of my camping trip to Death Valley. I highly recommend this Quality Inn.
