Very quiet, clean, professional staff. Would definitely come back.

Very good hotel for a night or two when you are traveling. Clean, good location, big rooms with a spacious bathroom and a very good king bed.

I have stayed here a few times. It’s a nice place and good breakfast.

Room was way larger than I was expecting. Everything was nice and clean. Hung out in the outdoor hot tub for a while which was wlvery relaxing after driving all day. Breakfast was good too. No complaints. I'll stay there again if I find myself in Ridgecrest in the future.

Nice location to stop over if visiting Death Valley or returning from your trip to Death Valley. Very reasonable price and excellent rooms. Great staff and nice restaurant options all around. Great location. Also, pretty safe. Parking was free onsite this hotel. Crowd is also decent. Happy staying at this location.

Exceptionally clean, verified… I read a review that the facility was 'exceptionally clean. ' So, I tried to find anything at all in my room to checkpoint the statement. It's true. I'll definitely stay here, again. A+ facility and staff.

Very nice, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast had a lot of choices. One minor problem: parking. All the spots in front were taken, so I had to park on the street.

Comfy bed and linens, friendly and accommodating staff, good breakfast, it’s walking distance from the hospital, Xin Bowl (best restaurant in town) and Starbucks. Idk what this place is lacking. Stay here if in Ridgecrest… from a frequent traveler who stays in hotels every week. Side note — I needed a cell phone charger port and only had the cable and the front desk gave me his.

Better than average Hampton. Book early as they often sell out. Try and ask for the suites, the extra space is great. There are a few restaurants that are walkable.

Very good hotel, plenty of room and very comfortable beds. The breakfast included is not extraordinary but the small omelettes with peppers were good and the possibility to make its waffles friendly.

Great hotel and staff. Clean rooms. Problem is with the "suite"… it's not. If you are expecting two separate living areas with at least a partial divider wall between them, no luck. The sofa bed practically unfolds into the bed.

Reliable, as you'd expect from Hampton Court. They're all pretty much the same! Has a pool which was nice given the heat. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, not enough seating for everyone. But it was a busy weekend and generally everything went smoothly.

Nice hotel but kids were running around unsupervised at 9pm. Good location.

Friendly and helpful staff, arriced about 5pm on a Sunday, electricity in kitchen was not working, reception staff called in maintenance from home and was sorted in under 30 mins. Got a follow up call in the morning to check all was well, great team. Room was large and clean. Comfy beds. Guest laundry on site. Heated pool and whirlpool outside. Breakfast is typical Hampton fare, continental, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, juice, fruit but only 2 cooked options. Probably not as swish as some other Hamptons but response and friendliness of staff was excellent.

Big room, comfortable beds, friendly staff, decent breakfast. The plug circuit for our coffee maker and microwave wasn't working at first — maintenance arrived within 5 minutes and fixed (with a smile and follow up call next morning). Internet is slow. Good heated outdoor pool and whirlpool. This is the 4th Hampton we've stayed at in the US in the last few weeks — impressive chain, which would be my first choice next trip.

Amazing hotel best you can get in ridgecrest. The staff is super helpful. Gym is best I have seen for a hotel gym. At night you may hear some jets but any hotel out here you will. Its well worth it, and you will leave will rested.

I love Hampton Inn's. With that said, this was the best experience I have ever had in the over 40 years of staying at them. Victoria, who was on the phone when I called in the early evening, for a room last night, was so friendly and accommodating in finding us a room. All the staff was well trained and very friendly. It was a pleasure staying there. And the breakfast was by far the best I've have at the Inn's. It was fresh and varied in what was offered. We will come back!

I had my wedding reception here price was great and the room was fantastic and they even set up the tables and how you want the room and dance floor I'd recommend them to anyone.

This is pretty much as good as it gets in Ridgecrest. Its the newest hotel in town and much better than the older properties here. Pretty standard as far as a recent build Hampton Inn goes — you know what to expect when you stay here.

Nice enough appearance and cleanliness is as expected. However they cheaped out on insulating the place. So, expect to hear your neighbor snoring and using the restroom in the morning.

Staying in a Hampton Inn is always a wonderful experience. Each Hampton Inn we've stayed in is consistently high quality, comfortable, and inviting; staff is very accommodating, friendly, and helpful; and there's always a good assortment breakfast choices.

Rooms were clean, beds were uncomfortable and service was ok depending on who was working. Breakfast was pretty good.

We stayed here on our way to the Sierras. Excellent value for the money, very modern rooms, tons of space. There's an Asian "bistro" next door that is pretty decent and not a chain restaurant. My only problem was I accidentally left a bracelet in the room when we checked out and by the time I realized it and we called about it (a day later), it was long gone. It was only a cheap pewter thing but it had sentimental value and it would have been nice to get it back. But my fault for not keeping track of it in that humongous room!

I used to stay here every week for work for about 18 months. The hotel has everything you need and a few things you don't. Which is nice. The staff is very friendly and they are very very meticulous about keeping the rooms and the bedding clean. A couple of the rooms had bad ac. But they will move you is that's the problem.

Just OK. The staff was marginal. The maids apparently leave at noon because my room never got cleaned. The side doors lock at 10 PM so you have to walk all the way around the front. The pool/spa was broken during my stay. I wish I stayed at the Marriott across the street.

Ignore the old reviews, this place is new, clean, and nice. One of the better hamptons I've stayed in.
