Perfect Stay — Felt Like Home.
From start to finish, everything was perfect. I genuinely cannot fault a single thing.

Couldn’t fault the food. Really good. Very close to beach so you can do pool day or beach day.

Great hotel, good location and facilities. Food was excellent with a varied range every evening and breakfast and staff were all very friendly and helpful making my stay very enjoyable.

Having stayed at versions locations in the area over the last few years I would say this is the best so far for what we needed.

Location amazing, service and staff are great. Entertainment is amazing. Rooms are good but not sure they're worth the money we paid, we've paid less elsewhere and had much nicer rooms before.

Just returned from a week All inclusive at the Bordoy. The hotel didn’t disappoint. We received a warm welcome on arrival and the service continued throughout our stay.

The hotel is very smart and trendy with a minimalist approach but sadly with that comes a slight lack of room facilities such as drawer space. There's plenty of room, they are just not provided.

Just finished my stay in October and was brilliant. Lovely staff, great room with comfy bed and good food, especially at dinner which always had a very wide variety of food.

I stayed at this hotel in early October 2025 for a cycling holiday and it is very nice.

Returned having spent 8 nights here between 26 September and 4th October, loved the Hotel, staff lovely from the reception, Bar staff, waiters/Waitresses, and not forgetting the room cleaners.

The hotel is very modern and stylish, with a stunning sea view. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable for a relaxing stay.
The staff is incredibly friendly.

Had the best first holiday away with my son! the hotel has been amazing perfect location and not too overly crowded and full of kids but also kid friendly!

Perfect location! We were able to lay by the pool, enjoy the music, and then just a few step to the beach for a swim in the sea, and back by the pool.

My stay at the Bordoy hotel in Port d’Alcudia was excellent in every respect.

The best thing about this hotel is its staff, who go over and above to ensure you have a great holiday, they work so hard but always have a smile (even towards the end of the season!

We visited with our 2 year old and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. It was more like a 4 star. The facilities are fantastic, especially the pool area.

We have just enjoyed the most wonderful 3 generation family holiday with children of ages 4 years and 18 months at BQ Alcudia Sun Village.

We have absolutely loved our stay here.

In the middle of October, I booked a two-person studio with a balcony. We were placed on the 5th floor, and the first thing we encountered were bugs running across the room (photos attache).

This is definitely a “trust the reviews” type of choice.

This really is a special place. I read a lot of reviews and always take them with a grain of salt but this place lived up to it. Its a quaint place, not a large complex at all.

Stayed here prior to a soccer tournament. Staff was great, very friendly, and helpful. I would stay here again.

The reception was magnificient. The food and beverage staff took very well care with of us. Thank you to the wonderful public relations Magda for asking if it's everything fine.

Location: this hotel is situated at the far end of Alcudia and it can be a 15 min walk to get to the 'strip' (Av. Pere Mas I Reus) or the beach.

We have been two days and all the staff have been excellent, very attentive. We will be back for sure, I recommend it 100%

Just spent 10 days All inclusive at ZP Alcudia, with 8 adults and 4 children. Perfect family holiday. Loads of pools and entertainment for the kids — they were never bored.

We stayed as a family of four in a 1 bedroom suite in block 2. The room was great and gave enough space for us as a family, plus the large balcony was in sun from mid afternoon which was great while

I was there with my friends for 2 weeks and my girlfriend who was just 1 week there, I must say how lucky we are to have found this beautiful hotel! We loved it and will be visiting again!

Our room was back facing and very dated definitely needs some tlc, bathroom was the same. Although this didnt affect the holiday itself.

Had our first family holiday abroad at this fantastic hotel. We all absolutely loved it. Brilliant location with an easy walk to the beach and to the old town.

Have recently returned from a 2 week holiday at this resort. Firstly negatives, booking in procedure was very slow as there was a coach load of guests arrived all at once at the start of lunchtime.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay, as our first family holiday with our 10 month old baby.

We had a lovely 12-day all-inclusive family holiday here with our two kids (3 and 6). This hotel is just ideal for this age group.
