We had an amazing stay for 3 nights with breakfast. Our room was beautiful and spacious. Service from the reception to every single person we got in touch was nothing but excellent! Breakfast was delicious buffet breakfast with something new every morning. Good selection of breads, fruit and meat options. The location was also great. Its a bit quiter than we expected it but worked well for us. I would absolutely recommend it!

Very nice hotel. You can really relax here. Location is very quiet and superb — surrounded by green nature, most beautiful beach and some villas. It is NOT busy touristic area with bars, restaurants, souvenir shops and supermarkets and that is the beauty of it. This hotel is giving 5* feeling without breaking a bank. Staff were great and any kind of service or request was done extremely fast.
We had super nice cocktails by the pool!
We had half board and food was good. Breakfast top level with many choices and very good coffee. Dinner could be better because in my opinion, quality is more important than quantity, also no drinks included in dinner package, not even soft drink. Anyway if I go back, I would take dinner package because of hotels isolated location. And honestly, eating out is very expensive in Mallorca.
Hotels location is super for relaxing but I believe at some point everybody wants to go exploring. Best option is to rent a car and hotel offers secured parking. There is a bus service once every hour or hotel reception can call you a taxi (untill nearest town Alcúdia, which is 5 min away it will cost around 10 eur)

You can feel that the team takes real pride in their work, and that energy spreads throughout the hotel. We spent our days relaxing, enjoying the beautiful surroundings and feeling cared for in the most natural way.

We had such an amazing time at Prinsotel Mal Pas! From the very first moment, we felt completely at ease. The staff were beyond friendly – always smiling, helpful and truly caring.

Great hotel in a beautiful and peaceful location. We received a very warm arrival from Mika, who was brilliant and shared great tips about the area and hotel. All of the reception staff were very polite, friendly and couldn’t do enough to help.
We stayed in block 800 and had a ground floor double room with a balcony. The rooms have outside table and chairs, which are great for relaxing after a long walk.
The grounds are perfectly kept. The pool area was spotless with a ready supply of towels, and the lifeguards were friendly.
Our room was comfortable and had a complimentary safe and fridge, which was a bonus, and whilst we do not know the lady cleaners name, she was so friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Every day the room was cleaned and fresh towels provided. There were toiletries in the bathroom which were a nice touch.
In our double room we did not have coffee facilities although the bar area was so close that you could get coffee anytime.
The restaurant was spotless, and all of the waiting staff were excellent. The choice of food is amazing, with something to suit everyone’s taste. The restaurant manager Guillermo was on a different level. He seemed genuinely concerned that every one had a first class experience. Every day he made a special point of interacting with all guests and made them feel really special. He must go down as one of, if not the best restaurant managers that we have seen on our holidays over the years.

This hotel is located in a beautiful small town with a very pretty harbour. Beach is only a 2 minute walk away or chilling by the pool is alway a great choice as its so peaceful. Big thank you to Mika who made our whole stay wonderful. Recommend hiring the electric bikes, which allowed us to explore for the whole day, the north of the island. Breakfast had great choices. There was jazz one evening which made for a lovely end to the day sat on the terrace listening to the saxophone.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was incredibly cozy and friendly, the staff was always ready to help and create a great atmosphere. I'd especially like to mention Guillermo — he's a true professional. His attentiveness, kindness, and genuine desire to make our stay comfortable made a huge impression. He made us feel right at home: he was always smiling, offering excellent advice, and helping with everything. The hotel left only positive impressions, and thanks to staff like Guillermo, we want to come back again. A great place to relax with friends!

The Prinsotel Mal Pas was definitely a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Especially Gulliermo and Amid made sure we had a great time. Breakfast was another highlight — fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of healthy options. I also really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel; it never felt crowded or noisy, even when fully booked.
Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: right next to the beach, not very touristy and close to cities like Alcudia and Pollenca if you want to explore and go shopping. Also close to the world famous road cycling tour to Cap de Formentor. Looking forward to our next visit here.

The rooms for this price are okay but not outstanding. The location itself is good, more or less directly by the sea (about 150 metres from the beach).
The atmosphere is quiet, very quiet or almost too quiet. I wish there was at least a little background music.
In the evening there is sometimes live music, which is refreshing.
The food is okay. Not outstanding but definitely not bad. I like that there is a variation, small but there is one.
All in all, the hotel is good and recommendable if you need something really quiet to switch off.

Lovely hotel, lovely atmosphere, great location.
The rooms are basic and a bit small, but this gets fully compensated by the pool and bar area, the quality of the restaurant (best hotel catering I've seen for breakfast and diner), the free parking and the location — calm, but very close to Alcudia + an very pretty beach.
Hotel staff also very friendly and helpful. We can only recommend booking here.

Let’s get the good bits out of the way. Really chilled out place with good staff. I know I have marked it very good but the weather was excellent and the pool side was ace along with the free towels. Towels don’t have a charge or a token exchange so really relaxed. The bits that make me question the 4 star rating are as follows. Sun beds are very uncomfortable and need replaced or a cushion supplied like we have seen in other places. The rooms are the smallest we have ever stayed in. The room had a floor standing mirror which was a trip hazard and had no reason to be there. The mini bar was empty and useless as a fridge. The air con was difficult to control so I reckon most folks would have left it on all the time. Not very eco friendly. The shower had a mind of its own so had to jam a towel behind it to work properly. The security device on the door was useless. This is not a complaint but an observation that the Tv had no English channels other than the French news😂Only hotel in I have ever seen this in. I would say 80 percent German 20 percent others. I believe Jet 2 are at fault for advertising this hotel as 4 star as I would reckon it is a good 3 star hotel. Jet 2 advertised this hotel as having regular entertainment till the 30 of September but we saw none in the 10 days we there. Looks like jet2 are not advertising this hotel next year. This hotel was advertised as central. 25 minutes from Alcudia or 50 mins to Alcudia harbour walking.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff was very nice and warming, rooms had the equipment you needed (fridge, hair dryer, closets, nice beds, good showers, aircondition, private balcony), and the hotel was located in was a calm area with a short walk to the beach and supermarket.
We walked almost everyday to Alcudia Old Town, took us 25 minutes to walk there. Only a couple of restaurants close to the hotel, but in Old Town there is plenty. We had dinner one night at the hotel as well — very good food with lots of variations. Definitely recommend this hotel for people who want to have a relaxed vacation! If you want to go partying I would suggest finding a hotel closer to town. 10/10! :)

Great location, lovely hotel and wonderful staff. We enjoyed it so much we’ve booked to go back there in September!
5 min walk to a lovely beach. Plenty of sun beds and shade around the pool.
Comfortable bed and a very clean hotel throughout.
Food first class.

My stay at the Prinsotel Mal Pas has been very comfortable and pleasant. The staff is lovely, the receptionists, the waiters, the cleaning team, all very attentive.
The location is convenient, very convenient that it has a parking space and it is an 8-minute walk from 2 small Calas. Nearby you have some places to dine walking distance and then the hotel offers an complete menu for lunch where we ate very well and at night a buffet service. We did not have the buffet dinner but everything looked very good. The breakfast is buffet and is super complete. We chose to stay with breakfast and it was a great success.
I highly recommend this place, both with your couple or your family with children, have a nice pool, a little kids playground. The place is super quiet, very good if you are looking to rest and disconnect.

I'd definitely go back! We stayed for 3 nights: the staff were impeccably friendly day and night, very clean, and the morning and evening buffets were delicious! There is a very large parking lot 2 minutes' walk away reserved for the hotel, and opened using our room card!
It was a magical moment 🙏

We found this hotel to be a pleasnt and quite hotel on the outskirts of the town. Its about 20 mins walk to to Alcudea (there are no buses) but its flat and there are seats on route if you need them. We found the staff quite but friendly though English is not thier second language (they cater more to the German market), we always found them helpful. The breakfast was a large buffet, with a mix of fruit, youghts, cheese and cakes etc. Also available was omelettes and a selection of hot breakfast foods. A nice tough we found was the coffee was made fresh and not served out of jugs. Though this meant it took longer it was so much nicer. The pool is not particually big but adquete, with plenty of loungers. We stayed in one of more basic rooms, but it was clean, the bed was big plus there was quite a bit of wardrobe space. Someone in past complained that their room overviewed a chainlinked fence, its true that some rooms over look a fence but its not massive and it views into someones garden, having seen what some hotels overlooked we were more than okay with the view. Though the area is quite there a good restraunt near by and more up beat bar style one a bit further but still with in walking distance. There are 2 small beaches near by, one with loungers (20 euros a day for 2 and umbrella) and one without.

Arrived late to a very friendly guy at reception who offered a bite to eat, very appreciated. Our room was in block 8 and had the most horrendous smell but we were moved to better room without issue.
We went with half board, and both breakfast and dinner had an amazing variety of food each day, my only issue good could be a little hotter.
All staff were friendly and helpful if required. Pool area is fab, very quiet and relaxing, had the most delicious strawberry mojitos. Highly recommend and would stay again🥰🌞🌞
