Perfect Stay — Felt Like Home.
From start to finish, everything was perfect. I genuinely cannot fault a single thing.

Couldn’t fault the food. Really good. Very close to beach so you can do pool day or beach day.

Great hotel, good location and facilities. Food was excellent with a varied range every evening and breakfast and staff were all very friendly and helpful making my stay very enjoyable.

Having stayed at versions locations in the area over the last few years I would say this is the best so far for what we needed.

Just returned from a week All inclusive at the Bordoy. The hotel didn’t disappoint. We received a warm welcome on arrival and the service continued throughout our stay.

The hotel is very smart and trendy with a minimalist approach but sadly with that comes a slight lack of room facilities such as drawer space. There's plenty of room, they are just not provided.

Just finished my stay in October and was brilliant. Lovely staff, great room with comfy bed and good food, especially at dinner which always had a very wide variety of food.

I stayed at this hotel in early October 2025 for a cycling holiday and it is very nice.

The hotel is very modern and stylish, with a stunning sea view. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable for a relaxing stay.
The staff is incredibly friendly.

Had the best first holiday away with my son! the hotel has been amazing perfect location and not too overly crowded and full of kids but also kid friendly!

Perfect location! We were able to lay by the pool, enjoy the music, and then just a few step to the beach for a swim in the sea, and back by the pool.

My stay at the Bordoy hotel in Port d’Alcudia was excellent in every respect.

This really is a special place. I read a lot of reviews and always take them with a grain of salt but this place lived up to it. Its a quaint place, not a large complex at all.

Location: this hotel is situated at the far end of Alcudia and it can be a 15 min walk to get to the 'strip' (Av. Pere Mas I Reus) or the beach.

We have been two days and all the staff have been excellent, very attentive. We will be back for sure, I recommend it 100%

Just spent 10 days All inclusive at ZP Alcudia, with 8 adults and 4 children. Perfect family holiday. Loads of pools and entertainment for the kids — they were never bored.

We stayed as a family of four in a 1 bedroom suite in block 2. The room was great and gave enough space for us as a family, plus the large balcony was in sun from mid afternoon which was great while

Weve just returned from a week staying at TrendHotel. The hotel was clean, friendly, and in a great location. Our room was perfect and we had half board which worked out well with Storm Alice!

Good hotel with a location 5 minutes from the beach. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Good swimming pool with enough sunbeds, and a fitness room with the necessary equipment.

A fabulous location in the old town of Alcudia and great base to explore from and easy parking nearby. Peaceful hotel, everything just right, comfy rooms and an excellent breakfast offer.

It is as pretty as the photos! We had an amazing stay here. It is in the quiet back alleys of Alcudia but with a one minute walk all you are on a main square with lots of restaurants.

Sunprime Pollensa Bay exceeded my expectations during my one-week stay. The staff at reception were excellent, always ready to assist with a smile.

I didn't stay at this hotel, but I did have a massage. Was amazing. Wish I remembered the ladies name.

We came home today after a wonderful week at viva sunrise. The best family friendly hotel we have stayed in. It had everything we wanted. Friendly staff, great activities.

Would highly recommend VIVA sunrise. We are a family of 6 and our 4 children enjoyed non stop activities, sports and entertainment put on by the fabulous staff. Every staff member treated us so well.

Even if the hotel have long History it is updated and feels newer.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of March 2024, which was very early on in the season and the resort was very quiet with many places closed.

Wow this has been such a great surprise for us. We thought it would be a great hotel/ apartments they turned out to be way better than expected.

Recently returned from the Zafrio tropic Hotel. We had an excellent time. I would highly recommend this Hotel. The staff were very professional and polite.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were outstanding. Food was excellent there were so many choices, no one would go hungry. The evening and the children’s entertainment was varied and very enjoyable.

Always visit this shop yearly for beach goodies, cold reasonably priced drinks, lovely salads and rolls. The ladies are so lovely always meet and greet with a smile.

I stopped here with my dad and brother for some drinks on a hot day and the location, service and atmosphere was great. Prices for soft drinks were reasonable.
