Zafiro Tropic

Exceptional hotel. Stayed for 7 nights with my 3 year old, and 80yr old mum in a studio apartment all inclusive. Facilities were amazing, pools were great and my little one was thrilled with the splash pool. Evening entertainment was good for all. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Short walk to beautiful beach. Food was good, could have been better catered for vegetarians but otherwise no complaints and a wide range offered. All inclusive included all drinks brands and cocktails. Service a little slow of an evening due to busyness but staff were working really hard to keep up. Room was as expected and cleaned almost everyday to a good standard. Overall a really lovely holiday and would highly recommend zafiro tropic.

We stayed here over the recent Easter holidays as a family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 5. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. It had great facilities for the kids such as the pools (indoor and outdoor), mini golf, sports court (could get a football or basketball from reception) and giant connect 4 in the kids club area. The rooms were spacious and well looked after by housekeeping. Special mention to the shower which was so powerful — missed that when we got home!
We found the location brilliant, with a lovely beach just 5 minutes walk away. The shop on site was reasonably priced too.
We stayed on bed and breakfast basis and paid for the odd drink or meal at the hotel which were also reasonably priced with all of the menus available to view if you scanned the QR code onsite — the Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the hotel also.

Lovely place, I would definitely like to go again. We went in April 2025, it was full of cyclists doing their thing. We were a party of 4 various ages just enjoying a four generation girls week. The Spa was lovely and there was so many other pools to choose from, including an over 18's pool which I dubbed The Granny Pool, my favourite spot. Food was great and gluten free was well catered for.

A fantastic holiday with our kids. Everything worked as expected and the staff were so friendly. We had the pleasure to enjoy both the food from the buffet and the restaurant. Though the menu at the restaurant wasn’t as we expected the food was well cooked and tasty.
Both kids and adults enjoyed the pools and the service from the pool bar. We also tried some of the sports entertainments. It was very fun. The fitness room provided a good and needed break. And the spa was relaxing. All in all a lovely vacation with lifetime memories.

Went for family holiday and had a wonderful time, great location beach, restaurants, shops not far just around the corner. Hotel food was good, al a carte restaurant fabulous. Clean and tidy with very friendly approachable staff who look after your every need. Pools great to cater for every age range, grandchildren had so much fun. Evening entertainment good apart from instead of having second quiz have a bit of a disco? Would definately recommend and will go back soon.

A small Downer but is the location of the rooms. Rooms pool animation in the room = :-) so until 22.00. = Quiet room towards the back, but dance of the vampires is crap about it. Had 33 mosquitos in the room. Otherwise, people are really super nice, really almost anything is at all inclusive (E. G. Cocktails) and on the beach you're in 2-3 minutes. The Animateurinen are also visually through handsomely. But not a single vacation since all families is matched.
