Palm Garden

Stayed here prior to a soccer tournament. Staff was great, very friendly, and helpful. I would stay here again.

The reception was magnificient. The food and beverage staff took very well care with of us. Thank you to the wonderful public relations Magda for asking if it's everything fine. We don't doubt that we come back again!

If you like a bit of piece then this is the place ideal location for all the bars and restaurants, 2 minutes to a brilliant beach.
Rooms are basic but very clean and everything you need if you are self catering I suppose you could upgrade to a bigger room we only had 1 issue the bathroom floor got soaked when having a shower.
Would definitely recommend.

BY FAR THE DIRTIEST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN TO.
Room wasn't properly clean when we arrived. For example : sand on the floor, water on the toilet floor AND soap+conditioner were empty, two towels had stains on them and didn't smell fresh at all!
From the pictures provided when we booked this, I was expecting something a bit more organized and a bit more civilized. I find there is a lot of improvement space in aspects regarding cleaning, organization, overall experience and possibly food.
The room is old and everything looks patched up. Everything is falling apart (including the water basin mixer! ). Paint on the walls scraped off. Headrest scraped off. The AC works but doesn't do anything much. You can hardly breathe at night.
For the pool chairs there is a drama everyday. There must be a better system of reserving your chair, without having to wake up at 8 (when breakfast opens) and see every chair with a towel on it. Every single one. I can ask the lifeguard and then he will just leave someone out without a chair. And then people get angry and create a scene. It's not relaxing. It's a jungle.
The pool is chaotic (too small for howany people it welcomes), there is 0 chance to enjoy the water without a child possibly diving on your head while being encouraged by their parents.
A jungle where you pay to fight to have a good time and even then, it not guaranteed.
I am very disappointed, and by this time management still hasn't answered or offer a solution to this.

We are having a nice stay. Sena the manager was very strict with the masks, my children don't like to wear them but after she explained us we understand it. Very helpful all the time. We will be back someday.

My daughter in law, myself and my 8 month old grandson stayed here for 5 days in June 2019. The reception is at Alcúdia garden hotel which is about two blocks or 300 meters away from Palm Garden. The folks at the reception were all extremely nice, helpful and patient. I had also corresponded with them before we arrived about a baby bed, parking and upgrading to a two bedroom apartment. My mails were answered within a day and were very helpful. Palm garden has a pool, Alcúdia garden has three pools… which can be used by all. This was excellent. The palm garden pool was smaller and was quieter than Alcúdia garden. There was a nice pool bar at palm garden open everyday and the bartender was very friendly. The landscaping was beautiful and the property was clean and well kept. The apartment was very nice. Clean but dated and used. A small kitchen with every thing needed… microwave, two, burners, toaster, water cooker. The faucet needed some help… spraying water out the side. The bathroom was good, good water pressure, enough towels. The apartment wasn’t cleaned every day but the cleaning crew come by to see if we needed anything and clean if needed. Always with a smile! The beds were very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Good cable tv. We choose no food, but it is possible to add breakfast, half pension or all included. Palm garden is a 5 minute walk to, the beach and very near the harbor. Several grocery stores are minutes away.

Hotel Alameda is still under construction and the completion is uncertain, we were booked on the Hotel Palm Garden. It was a very nice holiday, the weather was great until the last five days, because it was unstable and it has rained several times. As a result, it has rained through the rooms. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the hotel. The food was good and varied off. The rooms were clean and there was always fresh towels. You had to pay only for the television and then fo a very old tiny TV. So quiet, you can recommend this hotel.

This hotel is you hats in General, but in front of room 120. It is located directly above the bar oasis where music is played every evening-02.00 on Tuesdays and Fridays, the music is live and the speaker directly under your pillow. The receptionist if this happened for the first time, was responsible, something about the situation only reluctantly, and that she didn't claimed ´ t know about music at all. The next morning, a different receptionist said that she had heard it many times. Check the room number carefully, before you check in. It should probably also room nearby.

The apartment was exactly on the coastal road, which was very busy and loud, despite sea view no morning waves. We stayed at the 2nd floor, heard by a very nice couple in the 8th is not heard at least the coast road. The rooms were good, however I missed air conditioning, what that sleep improves would have. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was ok, unfortunately not freshly squeezed juices that I used from other southern rural holidays, too bad. In the almost close-located end sports activities, are beautiful but unfortunately also very expensive. The Oasispark, as well as the Jeep Safari is very location. The Palm Garden has unfortunately internally no entertainment, such as Schwimmingpoolanimation or similar. Conclusion: who is satisfied gives with little, that minimum floor book room as 5th, can enjoy a wonderful holiday.
