Just checked into this gorgeous hotel, rooms are stunning and spotless. The team are so friendly and helpful! Great location on the beautiful lake and 3 mins from the sandy beach. It's my mums birthday and they helped me surprise her with cava and cake and even placed a bottle of cava in the room with a lovely letter.
Now just checking out, the food was fantastic and we just had a cold breakfast before our early flight home. Excellent entertainment and tasty drinks at a good price. Day 2 we got a courtesy call to check we are all happy. They really go above and beyond.
Reception were very helpful showing us local bus routes and they are so convenient to use and the first night they called us a taxi which arrived in 5 minutes.
Rooms are spotless and all public areas are clean including toilets.
Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly and helpful staff, tasty fresh food and drinks.
Safe to say we had a ball and will be back!
We stayed at the hotel at the start of Oct 2025 as a family of 5. Our teenagers were 18, 17 and 16 along with myself and my husband. We travel to majorca at least 3 times a year so have a lot of experience of all inclusive hotels.
We arrived around 2pm and were happy to find our rooms ready. Check in was smooth and staff friendly. We had few issues checking in due to who to put n what rooms but the staff quickly accommodated our request. Loved the wristband door openers. With teenagers, cards get misplaced.
Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The apartments were great. We had a view at the back of the hotel and although the garbage disposal woke us up early, the kids managed to sleep in. The beds were comfortable. The sofa bed was hard but we took the mattress from under the sofa and placed that on top which was softer. The rooms were spotless as were the beds. I do check.
We were all inclusive and this is one of the best all inclusives that we've stayed in. The food had a huge variety that catered for us as well as fussy teenagers. We usually like to eat out but we ate out once and decided the food at the hotel was better! The late night snacks were poor and the snacks in between meal times but we weren't sure how to order outside of meal times which us our fault not theirs.
The drinks thankfully were not the usual all inclusive plastic watered down nonsense. The cocktails on the all inclusive were proper cocktails with plenty of alcohol.

We have just returned from a short stay (4 nights) and we loved every minute. We got a real bargain and we were blown away by the quality of the drinks and choice of food for the price we paid. The location was fantastic, a short walk to the beach and shops/supermarket. We travelled as a family of four (8 year old and 2 year old daughters) and the one bed apartment was excellent — a kitchenette area with a microwave and fridge was a real added bonus for us.
I definitely recommend a pool view — the balcony was a suntrap but it was noisier in the evenings due to the entertainment and stage (luckily it didn’t bother us as our kids are deep sleepers! ).
Mosquitoes weren’t an issue for us but we did take deterrent bracelets as id read previous reviews.
The hotel wristbands with the room key fob is a great idea — there was no panic about locking the key card inside and our 8 year old felt super grown up letting us in the room!
The hotel was clean, the staff were so helpful and lovely (special shout out to Monika who made fantastic cocktails at lightning speed! ) and the entertainment was great, even though it was nearly the end of the season.
We had a brilliant stay, great weather and would recommend to anyone looking for an Autumn break.
