ARA Alcudia

This hotel simply is fantastic. You should not hesitate to book whatsoever.
The staff: generous, kind and welcoming. The breakfast is well thought out and more than enough options to choose from. Coffee machine very good.
Location: Fantastic, you are in the center of old town Alcudia with so many great restaurant options and great boutiques with a lot of offerings. Jewelry, clothing, normal gift shops, it is all within the hotel’s distance.
Stay here if you can, you will not regret it!

We spent one night at the hotel yesterday and we had a brilliant experience. Great service from the reception with help whenever we needed. Rooms were modern, quiet and with laid back vibe. We really enjoyed the breakfast.

If we could leave 6 stars we would. We loved the room. It is built in the old city so it literally has 500 year old walls. The hotel was perfect. The bed was comfortable, and the bathrooms functioned well. There was a fridge in the room which was nice. Free parking just a few minutes from the Hotel. The staff that checked us in and out was excellent. My Spanish is poor and they accommodated us with zero problems. They had a complimentary breakfast which was fresh and well stocked. Again I can’t stress how great this place was. If you get the chance to stay here take it.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location, right in the middle of the old town. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, with great recommendations for food. They were incredibly accommodating and helped store our bike boxes safely during our stay. We stayed in the room with the small pool, which was perfect after a day’s cycling to refresh our legs.
Good breakfast included to set you up for a ride.
Highly recommend!

A superb small hotel right in the centre of Alcudia.
We spent seven nights here and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
The hotel is quite small and is situated in a quiet street in old Alcudia.
The welcome is warm and genuine. We had room 1 (possibly called romantic room). This had a small plunge pool — too cold in April unfortunately. The room was spotless, although relatively small. The bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast is excellent, minor changes each day.
The street is pedestrianised, but parking is less than five minutes away — a flat walk, and free (but very dusty).
We would highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Alcudia.

This is an excellent hotel. It should be five star but is small and doesn’t have gym facilities and the like. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat. It’s in the old town so you do need to park outside the town walls and walk to it.

Great place to stay, everything accessible. Lovely and quiet, felt very safe and secure. Staff very helpful and friendly, recommending where and what to do. Rooms pleasant and clean. Food very good. Lots of things to do close by, including excellent restaurant a couple of doors up.

A beautiful hotel within alcudia historic town. The service is excellent, and the staff are great. It is well worth a visit.

Don’t believe in the recommendations from the staff. We parked our car in the place that was sent by pictures from the hotel and we got a fine of 162€. At check in we asked if it was ok to park there and also because we don’t speak Spanish so we we could not understand the papers that were at the parking lot and the lady from the reception told us several times to don’t worry, that was ok and to park there. When we went to the police station to pick the car they told us that the hotel should have told us that place would be forbidden for this day as they were telling everyone since 3 days ago (much before we arrived)
When we said to the hotel, they said it was not their fault and basically did not care, well if you are not sure you should not tell your clients to park there and ensure that it is fine! It is best to don’t tell nothing then what you did!

There are no words to describe this incredible place but let's try. This is with no competition on this green planet the most welcoming host. Besides this the interior is selected so well balanced with the heritage and history of the island. The breakfast is a fine selection of tasteful treats without being opulent. Our recommendation is to book longer as planned because you definitely want to stay.

We were guests at the ARA for a short trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Catalina and her son were incredibly attentive and gave us great local tips. The hotel itself is located right in the old town, it's very beautiful, with a lot of attention to detail. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Yes, this was fun. Do not expect anything with a big lobby and a piano player. Do not expect spacious rooms. This a a wonderful city center boutique hotel. Everything is exceptionally clean, the owners are heartwarming friendly and helpful. You get out of the hotel and have a choice of 10 restaurants within 5 walking minutes. Listen to Paco's recommendations. You will not be disappointed. There is a Spar market right around the corner for some beers or a bottle of wine.
Breakfast is carefully and nicely prepared. Everything is fresh and good.
Cars are not allowed in the city center. Takes a couple of minutes to walk outside but… it is quiet during the night.
Alcudia is a perfect place to explore the wild and wonderful north of Mallorca.

The ARA Alcúdia is a very nice and family-run hotel that deserves 4 stars very well. A very good place for those who need distance from the stressful everyday life and they get it here. Do not get me wrong there is their good network for smartphone and Co. Rather, I am concerned with the ambience and the colors used, artwork and plants. The owners give a lot of value to service and they do that very well. Breakfast is one of my favorites. As a consultant, I travel a lot. Here I can say that the offer is wonderful. There is something for everyone, not too much and not too little. A dessert speciality from Spain would round everything off.
The rooms are spacious and very well divided. Oversized closets are missed here and that is very good. We can highly recommend this hotel in service and cleanliness. The equipment in the bathroom is quite good and well thought about.

The optimal location and a wonderful service including advice and suggestions which destinations are best to reach at what time. All this individually adapted to the needs of customers. Thank you for a wonderful stay exactly where others make a trip.

Stayed two nights in this boutique hotel. As it's inside the walls of old town you need to park outside (free) and walk in. About 5 mins. Prior to arrival the hotel had provided us with clear info on parking places.
If you arrive after 3pm, there are clear instructions on how to get in and get your key. The only thing I'd add is that it's a few seconds after entering the code and the keypad light turning green before the door actually opens. Have patience.
Hotel is minimalist in style. Our room, had a lovely private balcony. Room was comfortable, shower excellent. Not huge but adequate.
Breakfast in reception area and courtyard. Range of meats, cheese, cereal, bread, etc. Something slightly different each day.
Paco very helpful and gave us some good tips. A very well run hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Alcudia! It was nice and peaceful, since it is off of the main street with all the shops and restaurants. The hotel had a great selection for breakfast. Staff were very responsive in responding to electronic communication. Paco provided great recommendations on where to eat and explore in the area. Would highly recommend a stay here!
Please note that there is no parking in front of the hotel. There are several parking lots within a 5 minute walk.

It was a lovely 10 days stay, I would certainly recommend. Thanks a lot for everything x.
