From the moment we walked into this hotel, we were warmly welcomed and instantly felt at home.
We felt truly welcomed from the very first moment. The staff was incredibly kind – they even gave my daughter an ice cream and a drink because of the heat, which was so thoughtful.
Our room was spotless and smelled fresh, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting.
We also loved the restaurant – the food was excellent, and we ended up eating there every day.
Thank you for such a wonderful and heartwarming stay!

Had a great stay here. Rooms very clean. Location is ideal, everything is under a 5 minute walk away. Incredible restaurants on your doorstep. Lovely communal areas too.
Despite the website/booking. Com saying the hotel has free parking, it doesn't. We booked this one in particular due to this reason. When we arrived we quickly discovered that there is no parking, the streets are extremely narrow and the majority of the old town is pedestrianised in the centre. We spoke to a friendly lady at reception who recommended a couple of car parks which were under a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. It wasn't an issue but it would've been preferable to know this before arriving as we attempted driving down the very narrow streets in our hire car — not something I wish to try again!

Highly recommend this restaurant/cafe (also a hotel but haven’t stayed here so only reviewing the cafe/restaurant).
Great location situated in the middle of Alcudia Old Town in a small square. Lots of people watching as you sit in the area outside. Very popular with diners.
Excellent food, very good value for money. Friendly staff and great service. Next visit will include using the cocktail bar on the roof that has stunning views across the old town and the surrounding area.

Great location for Alcudia old town. Our room was smaller than we expected for a junior suite but had almost everything we could need, although a facility to make coffee would be a nice addition. The bed was excellent, so comfortable. We had an issue where the air conditioning didn't work in our room and the staff could not assist, they wanted us to only set this to 23.5 degrees, which we found to be too warm. The views from the roof are exceptional and overall this was a good stay in Alcudia.

Beautiful and elegant hotel, with great windows annd boutique style in absolutely amazing location! Don’t miss the rooftop terrace as you see over the whole area with the sea on two sides and the mountains on the others. Very clean and extremely kind host & service! We’ll come back for sure!

Our stay at Hotel Fonda Llabres was one of the best hotels that we have stayed at in north of Mallorca, all the staff were just so friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was just to die for, great value, fresh fruit, everything was so good.
I must mention staff, Rafael, Inma and especially Jeronima, just so helpful, thanks!.
The position of the Hotel is right in the main street, just the place to have a meal and.
People watch, we will be back!.

The staff at Fonda Llabrés make us feel like family, even with a group of 14! The location is super central and the rooftop has some of the best views in Alcúdia.
They offer a great breakfast, rooms are clean and modern, and check-in was smooth. We will be back!

Great service which is the most important for me. We were welcomed quickly even tho very busy. Rumi, our waitress was super fast and advised us well! We returned two days later to go up to the roof terrace! She remembered us and had a big welcome and smile for is.
Great idea for the roof terrace you order your drinks, pay and go up in a lift! Fantastic view! Great cocktails! Very professional bartender! If you see complaints on service here please remember these are very hardworking people! Nobody was standing around everyone on the floor was flying along and managing to respond quickly with a smile. Remember to greet a waiter too!

We didn’t stay in the hotel but walked 30 mins to the old town & my 19 year old son suggested the roof top bar for a drink. Well the staff at the bar were so rude! We waited possible 10-15 mins to be served. The lady behind the bar knew we were waiting & kept talking in Spainish to her colleague. She then proceeded to serve another American guest that wanted to lay his bill, knowing we had been waiting. It wasn’t a nice experience! Once we eventually were served my mojito was very good. However the roof top was tiny, so all in all I’d advise to skip this bar to anyone.

Rooms where fine and clean, got good airconditioning, balcony (for only guests) is coasy to eat your breakfast, which was also excellent (-> picture).
Includes a rooftop view for drinks with a cool overview over the town.
You’re pretty much in the heart of the center, so pick a restaurant.
Conclusion: good overall place to stay.

Little gem of a hotel in the centre of the old town of Alcudia. Bedrooms are lovely and spotless and the breakfasts great but this is really a lovely friendly b&b not a boutique hotel. Staff are friendly and faultlessly helpful. This place doubles as the town's bar, cafe, and meeting place. Great to watch people Thank you Maria and team we were honoured to be your guests. We stayed here over the weekend of the 312. Staff were very friendly and accommodating of us having bike boxes. We were able to leave them in the office between checking out and leaving.
Rooms were very clean. We stayed in the room with the mountain view and it was nice and cool in the evenings.
Location is on a bustling square with great access to Alcudia.

Second visit to this wonderfully friendly hotel. The breakfast is excellent value with many homemade dishes. Drinks on the rooftop terrace not to be missed, see photo of the sunset. 360 degree view over the historic old town.

We came here on our last evening in Alcudia for dinner and it was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent and the seafood paella was absolutely delicious and presented and served beautifully! Unfortunately, we were a little late and didn't get to try the Zamboriñas as they had run out but I'm sure they would have been delicious and hopefully we'll try them on our next visit. I thoroughly recommend this lovely restaurant located in the middle of Old Town Alcudia for it's excellent service and outstanding food. Muchas gracias!
