We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff truly made our experience special from start to finish.
A huge thank you to Aldana, Selma, and Steve at the front desk always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Aldana and Selma in particular went above and beyond, showing exceptional efficiency and care in everything they did. They truly made a difference to our stay.
Toni, the head manager at breakfast and dinner, runs the dining service perfectly; he and his team made every meal a pleasure. Special mentions as well to Marga and Martha, the lovely waitresses, and to Ousmane and Valentine.
The hotel was spotless, thanks to the hardworking cleaners especially Katrina (or Catalina), the short one, who was always smiling and efficient.
The whole team went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We’ll definitely be back!
We spent a week in the BQ Delfin Azul during the October school holidays, we went with our children (19 & 8) and my mother in law (79). As most reviews state the rooms are on the small side but for the amount of time you actually spend I. It, they were absolutely fine.
The hotel is in a good location, an easy 5 min walk to Alcudia Beach which is Beautiful and a 10/15 min walk to the main shops/restaurants at the port. Old town Alcudia is further away about a 30/40 min walk or a quick bus or taxi trip (taxi only cost us 7 euros) and is definitely worth a visit.
Staff at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful, from finding my mother in laws lost hat to leaving a bottle of sparkling wine in our room as a surprise on my birthday.
The hotel itself is quite small but the pool is great and the splash park fantastic for the younger children, there’s even a small playground. There was never any issues over getting a sunbed either.
The restaurant food was excellent quality especially at breakfast, with an omelette station and the usual variety of cereals, meats, cheeses, hot food etc.
In the evening dinner had a variety of theme nights with Mexican, oriental, American, fish etc being a few, and the desserts were always abundant. My only niggle here was that my 8 year old is a picky eater and there wasn’t much he would eat on the majority of nights.

We had a fantastic stay at BQ Delfín Azul in Mallorca, and we especially want to thank the amazing animation team — Daniel and Flora!
They were absolutely incredible with our kids from day one. Every day they organised fun games and activities and really made an effort to engage with everyone around the pool and hotel. Our children looked forward to seeing them every morning.
Daniel is so dynamic, energetic, and genuinely amazing with children. The kids absolutely loved him — he’s a real natural and knows exactly how to make them feel included and excited.
Flora was equally wonderful: kind, gentle, full of energy, and always smiling. She seemed to know everyone, and it’s easy to see why everyone loves her. She made such a positive impact on our holiday.
