Lovely hotel, perfect location and clean and modern room suites. Breakfast was great can’t fault a thing. We had an issue with our room but the staff did so much to help us make our stay as smooth as possible and moved our room. They also left a note and provided us with macarons as a way to say sorry which was very thoughtful of them! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
Returned having spent 8 nights here between 26 September and 4th October, loved the Hotel, staff lovely from the reception, Bar staff, waiters/Waitresses, and not forgetting the room cleaners. Lovely vibe to the hotel, grounds well looked after and always spotless. We had a junior suite overlooking the pool, it was large and bright with a good sized balance (one of the balcony lights wasn't working but within 25 minutes of reporting it, we had a knock at the door with a maintenance man there to replace it. We stayed Bed and Breakfast, the breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, fresh fruit, yougut, cheese, cold meat, eggs (fried, scrambled, or an omelette). Will definitely return in a few years to see how the resort has changed.

This is a pleasant hotel with a modern vibe on ground floor. We stayed in a loft pool view room. Beds comfortable with good pillows. The room was spacious and clean, the shower was powerful. Housekeeping efficient, fresh towels everyday for both room and pool, all nice quality. We booked half board but only had one meal and hotel kind enough to credit us at the end as we decided to eat out in the evening. Breakfast was pleasant, lunches quite good at snack bar. This hotel is very close to a beautiful beach and taxis are next door to get to Alcudia old town which is wonderful for both architecture and restaurants. On down side the local area hasn’t the character of the old town, it is very touristy and didn’t float my boat! Overall nice staff, clean, spacious rooms, decent breakfast (wouldn’t do half board as there are so many fabulous restaurants in Old town) good base next to beach and taxi rank!
