We had a truly memorable experience at Lemigo Hotel during our visit for the Jehovah’s Witnesses Special Convention in Rwanda.

I had the chance to stay at Hotel Lemigo in Rwanda for three days due to a flight delay, but what seemed like an inconvenience turned into a beautiful experience.

A spacious and beautiful room with a private bathroom, a very comfortable bed, and impeccable cleanliness. Safe, covered parking for the motorbike is a big plus.

Right from pickup at the airport to the welcome dinner, the staff of Baobab outdid themselves. They ensured the best alone was served.

Great value hotel, big rooms with separate seating/kitchen area. A little dated and off the beaten track but good value, great staff.

Phoenix Apartment feels like home away from home. Blocks of apartments that come with the vibe of a peaceful community.

They give great services but they kind of not want to give EBM invoice, I think this need to be changed, things need to be fixed, maybe ebm machine has an issue, or etc.

Very modern architectural design and cozy rooms. My favorite thing about Ubumwe is the Kigali city view from the Rooftop, both during the night and day. It's a splendid view.

Ubumwe Grande Hotel is one of the best hotels in Kigali Rwanda. Starting from the reception to the rooms.

I was surprised the most of the reviews were quite old. I have stayed at Touch Africa Residence in Sep/Oct 2025 and can only recommend.

I have stayed in these apartments twice. If you are coming to Kigali for the first time, It’s a nice place to stay. A very convenient location, helpful and welcoming staff.

I went for a Rotary clueering.
Clearing. Good size meeting rooms. Attentive staff. Classy setting. The bar is small but cozy.
. Good feeling. The mini restaurant also cozy.

Highlands Suites Hotel is very comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms are clean, rooms are clean, and furniture is in perfect condition. I will recommend the hotel as a quiet spot in a great location.

Stayed here several times in the span of a few years. Communication and service was always good. Rooms clean, well equipped (no mosquito nets, though). Good cooking.

I loved my stay here. I got a single room with a pool view and the most amazing sunrise. Was up every morning to watch the sun rise while in bed.

I really loved it me and my husband plus sister enjoyed this place we will definitely come back here if we ever visit the land of a thousand hills.
