I loved my stay here. I got a single room with a pool view and the most amazing sunrise. Was up every morning to watch the sun rise while in bed. I only had breakfast here which was okay as most of my time I spent outside exploring and eating out. The staff are friendly 🤭 PS: don’t forget your swimming costume.

It was okay, nothing special. The location is far from the city center. The breakfast was decent. There was some confusion during the booking process, and things weren’t planned properly. That kind of thing tends to happen often in Africa. The good thing was the free drinking water inside the room.

I really loved it me and my husband plus sister enjoyed this place we will definitely come back here if we ever visit the land of a thousand hills.

This places photos make it seem way better than it is — it is extremely outdated. I had no internet during my stay, none of the plugs in my room worked and there were dragonflies all over my room. When I told the staff about the issues they made it seem like it was my fault for not complaining earlier — why should I notify you that nothing in the room works? The plugs in the room at minimum should be checked, spotty Wi-Fi can happen but the bare minimum was not met for me for the price paid.

Loved this place. Stayed twice. It is quite unless you’re near the staircase which can get loud sometimes. The staff is amazing, and the view is pleasant. It is about 15-20 mins drive from the city. The owner is a malayali indian with a good sense of business. The breakfast was most impressive. They offered a healthy dosage of mix variety of vegetables, chips, sausages, crispy toasts, jam, eggs, coffee, milk, and fruits. It prepares you for the day.
Some rooms have fan while some has AC. The property is a budget-friendly hotel. The swimming pool has an ambience that we did not use. But the restaurant is an amazing chill-out place. Good designs, colour schemes adjusted in mahagoney. I did a zoom call from there while overlooking the swimming pool sunset.
The rooms are a bit out of fashion. They could be better. It smelled in our toilet which they tried to fix but did not succeed. They changed to a different family room which was not good. It looked poor and washed down. The bathroom and the shower door were loosely put together.
The bed was comfortable and did not break my back. Wi-Fi speed was moderate and could be better also. In some rooms the Wi-Fi was terrible.

Very nice place but WOULD NOT RECOMMEND at all after our last night. We stayed here for a couple of nights, camping on the parking lot with our car and rooftop tent. During one night a group of guests arrived with loud music at 3.30AM. They were peeing, vomitting, singing and screaming at the parking. Nobody stopped them. After a while they continued inside the hotel. At 6.15AM they walked to the swimming pool, put loud music on and again they were singing, drinking en making noice. I walked to the reception but I think the young girl was afraid to take action. She said multiple times she would call the manager who lives on the ground floor of the hotel. But he did not take responsibility and stayed in his appartment without doing anything. After an hour we left and demanded our money back. The people were still playing music and drinking alcohol in the pool area, next to where we were camping. The manager is a nice guy but does not take any responsibility when it is necessary.

I'm just wondering the reason why all the rooms are offered at the same price despite the standards. I have failed to understand that!
Otherwise, everything else is ok.

Great breakfast, super QPR place to stay. Swimming pool available. Highly recommended for this price.

Good place to say for the price the location is not far from the city the food price is so good the shuttle price as well. Room is spacious.

I had a great experience at Peponi living spaces. The service was great, accommodation beautiful and neat. Feels like a home away from home.

They have such friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, just what you need after a long flight. There is a good hot and cold shower with fresh towels. The rooms are very clean with nice balcony view. However they need to make a plan on the stairs.

This place was probably really nice a few years ago. However the place hasn’t been maintained. Swimming pool has tiles falling off and the deck is rotten making it a safety hazard. Rooms again are becoming outdated and just don’t appear to be super clean. Rooms need to be updated and maintained. The restaurant takes ages to prepare anything. I waited an hour just to get a simple breakfast. Place was quite noisy.
Positives…tv. Many channels, nice garden area, bed comfortable.

I stayed here for three nights in Feb 2023. Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff members. The pool is nice to swim, and from the patio you can see over Kigali city, a beautiful view. Breakfast is quite well, I usually had coffee, scrambled egg, toast and oats, all of that was nice. Also for dinner I had lamb and on the other day chicken, both were very well. In the room I had a little TV, my own shower and toilet. The shower had warm water and the room was clean. The hotel did install a mosquito net prior my arraiv upon my request. In summary, quite nice stay and I am happy to come back.
