Very professional staff with french and English speaking there. But the breakfast didn't give a large choice of food.

The hotel can be a very nice place to stay. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi goes on and off very often; TV is not working well and nothing was done. I had to go to a nearby place to watch the Fifa World Cup. I booked at 80usd and was charged 100/night. Breakfast is well below average.

Restaurant: Order off of the black board for interesting choices incredible view to the west, free parking. Nice quiet place. Rooftop bar at night. Serve breakfast lunch and dinner. Never stayed at hotel but they have nice clean bathrooms and friendly staff.

Breakfast is limited, rooms are standard, facilities are basic and Wi-Fi is reasonably reliable. Worth it for the rate, however I would urge management to make sure all the rooms have safes as advertised and look at the low water pressure. Not bad for an average, cost-effective business visit.

The view from the rooftop restaurant and bar is refreshing. See the landscape and fall in love with Rwanda.

Super boutique-like hotel in Kigali. Wonderful restaurant with stunning views to Kigali. Room-wise, get a room on higher ground and try to avoid "basement rooms". Staff is competent and friendly. I only stayed one night, but will definitely consider this hotel on my return to Kigali. P. S. This is just a short walk from Radisson Park Inn.

I LOVED it! I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. The terrace is amazing. The view is breathtaking at night. Also really good breakfast and lunch. Their rooms and bathrooms are massive and so spacious. Very quiet and beautiful. Will definitely go back!

Very clean and incredibly spacious rooms. The staff was very nice. The included breakfast on the top floor afforded is a great view of Kigali to start our days and the food was great.

Great food and nice location. What I did not like was my room, I was located in the old wing, my shower got broken it took them 2 days to repair. The room is so small, there is no fridge. The room is not good value for money!

In general good. But somehow every time prepare differently! Once delicious, the other not very, ) ) )
