Stayed a night in Kigali on our way to gorilla trekking. Just sorry we didn’t have more time there. Beautiful retreat as the name promises. Dining room and breakfast food terrific.

What a city and what a place in general. Rwanda is a beautiful place filled with beautiful people. The cleanest nation I have ever visited.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu in Kigali! The hotel is modern, extremely clean, and beautifully maintained with comfy rooms and great amenities.

Brian was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Would recommend the piazza bar to enjoy the nice drinks but more importantly the friendly reception from the team.

I stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Kigali from Sunday, 22 February to Wednesday, 25 February 2026 for a business visit.
Overall, the stay was comfortable and met most expectations.

My personal experience was very good. The team was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We had gone there for a business meeting, and it was a success.

Conveniently located in Kigali, Four Points by Sheraton is a charming hotel with very comfortable rooms. I slept peacefully, night after night.

Wonderful property in Kigali, we stayed for two nights in September as a starting and ending point for a gorilla safari.

The rooftop restaurant was very good with a varied menu for everyone’s taste. The view of the hills of Kigali is breathtaking. Our server Andrew was wonderful and very accommodating. We would return!

A true gem, an oasis of a boutique hotel. My sister and I stayed at Amata twice while traveling in and out of Kigali.

Nice place with eye-catching interior design. Clear pool with good service. Food portions are a bit small but it’s fine.

Spent one night in this boutique hotel. We were offered an upgraded extremely large room. While that was very kind, the room was not that great. Most importantly the bed was hard as a rock.

Jane helped us a lot in this trip. She and her team waited for us when we arrived late from collecting our delayed luggages and even still made dinner for us close to midnight.

We stayed 2 nights. The room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant served tasty dinner and was open late.

We were hosted in this top of the range hotel courtesy of Rwandan air while they sorted out our flights. I was blown away by the spa experience especially.

We stayed here for just 1 night as part of a group holiday experience and it would have been great to stay longer.

Every staff member at this place was amazing, from the receptionist to the chef who came to gather information about the meal. I was impressed by this, as it is not something that is often done here.

I had a dinner with my girl at Cloud 9 Rooftop Bar at Urban Park Suites Hotel in Remera, and it was such a great experience! Even though it was a busy evening, we were lucky to get a table for two.

I had a wonderful experience at Zaria Court Sports Bar. I ordered hot chocolate and I absolutely loved it. It was rich, warm, and perfectly prepared.

Lebanon Hotel Kigali offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent customer service. The rooms are clean and spacious, the food is delicious, and the pool area is perfect for unwinding.

A calm place to relax! Located near Amahoro stadium and the BK arena. With a clean swimming pool!

Decent hotel for the price. A couple of drawbacks in the bathroom (low water pressure and the door lies directly across from the entrance).

Great little hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms might need updating, but the staff did a really good job keeping them neat and clean. The bedrooms were quite comfortable.

The facilities were great, friendly and helpful staff. We had the pleasure of staying at the pent house suite for a celebration which had wrap around balconies and stunning views across the city!
