Stayed a night in Kigali on our way to gorilla trekking. Just sorry we didn’t have more time there. Beautiful retreat as the name promises. Dining room and breakfast food terrific.

What a city and what a place in general. Rwanda is a beautiful place filled with beautiful people. The cleanest nation I have ever visited.

The best place to host proposal-style parties and enjoy a lovely dinner with a few friends. They offer excellent customer service and delicious dishes.

The location is very good. They do provide free transfer not only from and to the airport but also to the bus station. Very good breakfast to start the day with.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu in Kigali! The hotel is modern, extremely clean, and beautifully maintained with comfy rooms and great amenities.

Brian was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Would recommend the piazza bar to enjoy the nice drinks but more importantly the friendly reception from the team.

I stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Kigali from Sunday, 22 February to Wednesday, 25 February 2026 for a business visit.
Overall, the stay was comfortable and met most expectations.

My personal experience was very good. The team was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We had gone there for a business meeting, and it was a success.

The rooftop restaurant was very good with a varied menu for everyone’s taste. The view of the hills of Kigali is breathtaking. Our server Andrew was wonderful and very accommodating. We would return!

Spent one night in this boutique hotel. We were offered an upgraded extremely large room. While that was very kind, the room was not that great. Most importantly the bed was hard as a rock.

Jane helped us a lot in this trip. She and her team waited for us when we arrived late from collecting our delayed luggages and even still made dinner for us close to midnight.

Eagle View Lodge is truly an outstanding place.

Eagle View Lodge at Mt. Rebero is nothing short of spectacular.

It's a very homely bnb made us feel at home, the hosts where kind and helped us navigate around the city and connected us to everything we needed.

The host was extremely welcoming and made sure that she catered to all our needs. The house is very spacious, clean and gives such a homely feeling.

Beautiful hotel, great service and conveniently located in Kigali close to the airport. Good variety breakfast and very comfortable rooms.

We were hosted in this top of the range hotel courtesy of Rwandan air while they sorted out our flights. I was blown away by the spa experience especially.

Every staff member at this place was amazing, from the receptionist to the chef who came to gather information about the meal. I was impressed by this, as it is not something that is often done here.

I had a wonderful experience at Zaria Court Sports Bar. I ordered hot chocolate and I absolutely loved it. It was rich, warm, and perfectly prepared.

Lebanon Hotel Kigali offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent customer service. The rooms are clean and spacious, the food is delicious, and the pool area is perfect for unwinding.

A calm place to relax! Located near Amahoro stadium and the BK arena. With a clean swimming pool!

Decent hotel for the price. A couple of drawbacks in the bathroom (low water pressure and the door lies directly across from the entrance).

Great little hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms might need updating, but the staff did a really good job keeping them neat and clean. The bedrooms were quite comfortable.
