We had a wonderful experience at Mövenpick Hotel, largely thanks to Jean Paul! He served my girlfriend and me with incredible hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail.

As a brand-new property, Mövenpick Kigali has made an excellent first impression. The rooms are spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable.

Good overall experience! We came here with my husband and it was really hot outside, but the breeze from the rooftop immediately cooled us down, the food was good and delicious.

What an amazing experience at the Hut restaurant! I had the pea risotto and absolutely loved it! Kayitare was our server and he was quite attentive. Cannot wait to come back and try a different dish!

I spent 5 nights at the Four Points by Sheraton in Kigali, and I had a very nice experience.

I was surprised the most of the reviews were quite old. I have stayed at Touch Africa Residence in Sep/Oct 2025 and can only recommend.

I have stayed in these apartments twice. If you are coming to Kigali for the first time, It’s a nice place to stay. A very convenient location, helpful and welcoming staff.

Although I didn’t have the opportunity to tour the hotel or view the rooms, I drew inspiration from the rooftop restaurant, where both the panoramic vistas and the ambiance were exceptional.

Every staff member at this place was amazing, from the receptionist to the chef who came to gather information about the meal. I was impressed by this, as it is not something that is often done here.
