I have stayed in these apartments twice. If you are coming to Kigali for the first time, It’s a nice place to stay. A very convenient location, helpful and welcoming staff.

The staff were sincere and polite. It has a good swimming pool and a spacious restaurant. The villa is quite big, you can walk around. The view is excellent especially from the balcony.

I recently spent three days on a business trip in Kigali and stayed at Ubumwe Grande Hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish!

Very modern architectural design and cozy rooms. My favorite thing about Ubumwe is the Kigali city view from the Rooftop, both during the night and day. It's a splendid view.

I had the privilege of creating the website for Pili Pili. Capturing their unique urban-beach style and stunning views for the web was easy because the property is genuinely beautiful.

Didn’t use the hotel, only went to the restaurant on Sunday evening. DJ on Sunday evening playing mid tempo music. Nice vibes.

Phoenix Apartment feels like home away from home. Blocks of apartments that come with the vibe of a peaceful community.

They give great services but they kind of not want to give EBM invoice, I think this need to be changed, things need to be fixed, maybe ebm machine has an issue, or etc.

A spacious and beautiful room with a private bathroom, a very comfortable bed, and impeccable cleanliness. Safe, covered parking for the motorbike is a big plus.

It was our first visit to the beautiful city of Kigali and oh, it was such an experience!

Stayed here several times in the span of a few years. Communication and service was always good. Rooms clean, well equipped (no mosquito nets, though). Good cooking.

Nice location. Some of the staff could use a bit more training of how to address customers.
