Algarve Hotels with a Pool

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It doesn’t feel like a hotel honestly it feels like home. We stayed here for our wedding week and it was the best decision ever.
First — the staff.

We had a wonderful stay at the Casas da Quinta de Cima.

Villa Tranberg is a beautiful place — including the villa, the garden and the room we had. The rooms are very luxurious and spacious.

Spring is beautiful in Algarve, warm and sunny, and I am happy I booked with Villa Tranberg, a quiet place in the central of the coast.

As in the photo, if you are a person who likes nature, you will immediately find yourself immersed in a beautiful nature reserve.

If you like to be off the map, this is for you. Beautifully set, with nobody around. Perfect for one or two people. Very kind hosting. Simple but complete.

I’ve recently stayed at the residence and all I can say how amazing it is! The room are so clean and spacious!

We stayed for 5 nights in a two bedroom apartment overlooking the Victoria Golf Club as a family of two adults and two teenagers. The apartment was warm and extremely comfortable.

It’s our first stay at The Falésia for 12 years, but we’ve stayed at other excellent PortoBay hotels in Madeira.

The room was a little dated but perfectly comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Amazing experience! We’re certainly coming back to spend more days as it’s a place to enjoy and relax. We regret really bad to have just spent a night there.

One of the best places we have ever stayed in. The villa/apartment has to be seen to be believed. Even the lovely photos do not do it justice. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

The perfect hideaway on the Algarve. Supper pretty little hotel, located in a beautiful surrounding full of fruits and amazing plants. The breakfast, made out of local products is another highlight.

We just spent a fantastic few days at Casa Paz. It's sometimes the small things and details that really make a holiday rental special.

Casa Paz is situated just outside of Tavira in a beautiful setting, with lovely hosts and an amazing, locally sourced breakfast every morning.

Incredible place. We have been in Portugal for a month. Villapura was truly the only place we felt was our piece of heaven. Clean.

This little hotel is a gem. It has less than fifteen bedrooms but has a level of service not recognised by its official star rating. The rooms are relatively small but well laid out.

2nd time we've stayed here and loved it now even more. The hotel has recently been renovated and it's beautiful! The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

We had a great time at this apartment hotel. The apartments were very modern and definitely a full 4 star and the facilities exceptional. Even a washing machine in the apartment.

We had a great stay! I booked online 20 minutes before arriving, as our pre-booked stay didn't work out.

What a lovely place! Visited with my wife's family to celebrate a 75th birthday, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating.
Food was excellent.

Super little restaurant, unexpected for an out of town site. We made a reservation (recommended) and were waited on impeccably. The food was amazing, my steak was cooked to perfection.

We have had an absolute amazing time from the moment we arrived here! The staff couldn’t be more welcoming! We are currently sitting waiting to leave and really not wanting to leave!

Certainly one of the best run hotels we’ve been to in sometime, all the staff we came across were exceptional, professional and polite.

Excellent resort, stayed in alfagar aparthotel in a superior room. The apartments and balcony are huge and spotless. Beautiful view from the balcony. Many pools to choose from.

I'm not really the type of person to do reviews on here, but for this trip in particular, I've had to.
Everything was great, really, but the highlight of the holiday was Bellux Entertainment!

Giving them 5 stars because of Marcus he was a delight to deal with. Was very helpful to us. The other staff were lovely to very friendly.

On our last day here our 2nd time in this hotel, big spacious apartments lovely hotel staff so friendly and welcoming. A short walk to the strip, the hotel has free bus to the pretty old town.

We have been coming back to this hotel for many years in a row and arriving in your room — with easily the most scenic Ocean view a hotel can offer — still feels like magic.

Amazing location, a short stroll to the beach!

We have just spent a wonderful holiday here the staff could not be friendlier or helpful the breakfast has lots of choice both hot and cold options.

We came to the Rocomar a little apprehensive after reading some of the recent reviews and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised.

Stayed here for 8 nigjts while attendimg a wedding. The Old Village has everything that you need, you dont have to go elaewhere if you choose.

This place is beautiful. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need including a washing machine. 5 pools and several restaurants and bars. Staff were lovely.

What a delightful spot!

We are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Very nice room, the breakfast is exceptional, very varied and of high quality.

Stayed for 4 nights. Although we arrived early on our first day, the reception did promise to have our room ready as quickly as possible.

I loved this hotel is was fantastic hope to get back soon again.

Fantastic Stay! Our apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The hotel’s installations are good, the room is ok and the location is the higher point, very near to the beach and local stores for an enough price.

Nice studio apartment and great location. A one minute walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants around although many closed as we visited at the end of October.

My husband and I stayed here in April 2025 and I was just raving about it to a colleague because I loved it so much.

Beautiful and quiet boutique B&B hotel which serves the most fantastic breakfast lots of choices.
