Absolutely perfection! 5 star quality. We were so sad to leave. Hotel is superby clean, bright and airy. Staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable.

This is an amazing hotel from start to finish, spotlessly clean, friendly & helpful staff on reception, at the pool area, behind the bar and in the restaurant.

Good value stay. The room was spacious and very clean although it felt a little basic and dated. The bed was large and comfy.

On arrival at the zodiaco hotel we were met by Daniel who was very polite and efficient.

Perfect for families with lots of things for them to do. The indoor aquashow is very enjoyable.

We got tickets from the aqua show hotel was told 4hours €60+ or whole day €100+. Better just buying there on the day as you can get 1hourly to all day slots cheaper.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, staff polite and breakfast fantastic. However, we were very disappointed with our room.

It was the best holiday I ever had, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and very comfortable, a great view and facilities were great.

The location couldn't be better with direct access to the promenade. Rooms are clean and tidy and serviced every day.

Have recently returned from yet another visit to this great hotel.

2nd time we have stayed here and absolutely loved it. Hotel about a mile outside marina which is ideal and there is a shuttle bus provided about 6 times a day into town.

Newly refurbished hotel, more suited to corporate guests, certainly not children. The pools were unheated and unused, the breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Great stay in a newly revamped hotel for Hyatt. Location is perfect. 5 mins from beach and marina.
Very friendly and supportive staff. Great service. Smiles all round and a really pleasant experience.

This place was great. The guys that run it were superb, nothing was a hassle. They even offer transfers from airport. The place is excellent for families and super chilled out.

😊 The hotel was great! We were welcomed and checked in early. Everything was clean – rooms, corridors, and pools. Perfect for kids, with space to play and swim.

The accommodation complex is small, but the rooms are sizeable. I would highly recommend a ground floor apartment with garden.
Ours was well equipped with two comfortable sun loungers.

Stayed for over a week in mid October.
Thought it was excellent value for money.
Didn't have any noise problems.
Had a quiet relaxing restful time.

Just back from the Dom Pedro Portabello — we have been to Villamoura alot but this is the first time we stayed here. We were very happy with everything.

I have also sent this in an email to you but have had no response yet.
I would like to make some comments (both good and bad! ) about certain points.

Hotel was booked under an easyjet holiday package, so can't really speak for the price by itself.

I would like to take the time to thank the entire hotel team, who were incredibly welcoming. They are truly passionate about their work and gave excellent sightseeing recommendations.

For the price, can't go wrong. Staff all friendly and hhanks to the receptionist for their help.

Honestly, giving 5 stars only because a lot of people give this hotel 1 star rating, which this hotel doesn’t deserve in my opinion. The real rating would be 3.5-4 stars.

Perfect "Life-Saver" Stay with Stunning Marina Views!
I came to Vilamoura for a winter break, but my original accommodation had a major plumbing failure (no water!

Our first impressions of the Vila Galé hotel were that the reception area and lounge were very dated and in need of a refurb.

We were a group of 20 male golfers/drinkers and loved our stay (2nd year running), we have already booked again for next Sept. Hotel is good with the sea-view rooms being best and have great beds.

Fabulous place. Very central to everything but very quiet and relaxed.

First stay in Vilamoura, we chose the Praia Sol because the price was decent compared to surrounding hotels and the location was good. We travelled as a family of adults aged between 25-60.

Everything was great!
The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the location couldn’t have been better.
If I come back to Loulé I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a good gym, great pool, electric bycicle hire and even a shoe cleaner. You can tell they constantly improve the service. Super friendly staff and great breakfast spread. I recommend.

As soon as I got out of my car at this beautiful hotel my body relaxed. It's a super peaceful place with beautiful grounds, lovely design and very friendly owners.

The hotel is lovely and laid back. The rooms are simple and comfortable, Liz and Alex are lovely, helpful and the breakfasts delicious.

We had a great stay at Monte de Ribeira!

This hotel is centrally located and easy to find. Fast check-in, clean room, balcony overlooking pool, nice buffet breakfast in the morning. Basic decor, nothing fancy.

Great location — great value — spotless clean and a decent breakfast with good selection on offer. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Bathroom and shower are great and bed very comfortable.

We love it every time we go. The staff couldn't be more attentive or efficient and seemingly always smiling. A true delight.

Great service throughout, especially from our server at the restaurant. His name is Tiago, he is new to the resort however you would never know as his service was five star.
