Cheap Hotels in Algarve

Stayed here in November for 7 nights B&B. I really don't get all the negative reviews. For a 3*, this is excellent value for money. Just don't expect a 5* service at a 3* price.

My fifth visit in two years! Friendly staff, spacious apartments, great pool, delicious bar food and great value cocktails. Only a short walk from the beautiful Praia da Rocha.

These apartments have everything you need especially the west facing ones with sea view and afternoon and evening sun.

Great stay! Mini solo break, great staff especially Miguel in the bar. Made friends with other solos in the bar too.
Pool & reception are newly refurbished. Plenty of room in the apartment.

Really interesting position for an apartment hotel. If you like a walk to the beach or restaurants. Though there are some good ones quite locally.

Lovely hotel. We go on holiday 3 times per year however usually all inclusive. This is our 1st time self catering with the kids.
The hotel is lovely, modern and clean.

The hotel's grounds are beautiful and inviting. We enjoyed relaxing by the swimming pool and strolling through the garden, picking up fallen fruit and listening to the birds sing.

Very well situated between VRSA and Monte Gordo which are both less than 5 minutes drive. There are cafes/eating places nearby.
And supermarkets very close.

Excellent hostel. Staff were friendly and attentive, location is ideal for the beach and the Fisherman's Trail, and the rooms were comfortable.

What an awesome place! Sweet staff, great kitchen und the views are simply amazing. You can watch the sunset above the ocean from the living room windows. :) 15 min walk to the beach.

I had a wonderful stay at Mayla Surf House. It’s the kind of place where a genuinely warm, family-like atmosphere forms naturally, which made me feel at home from the start.

This was my first hostel experience and I genuinly dont think it could've been any better.

The BEST hostel I’ve stayed at ever. The whole team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The shared breakfast table invites you to talk to everybody.

We came for a double scuba dive and had a brilliant time. Small groups, excellent dive guide and phenomenal dives at Cathedral Caves and Segredo. Highly recommend.

Two great dives with Pura Vida Diving. I did not stay at the dive house.
Our trip was myself + another driver and the instructor.
We did two boat dives at "Swiss Cheese" and "the cathedral".

Very nice place to stay at. The receptionist was nice and explained everything we needed to know. The twin room was simple with old furniture but sufficient for a one night stay.

From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed. Check-in was smooth, and Joana was incredibly kind—always happy to answer my questions and share a good chat.

Spacious room with comfy beds and pillows. I really appreciated that we each got two pillows—one soft and one firmer—so there was something to suit everyone’s preference.

After an unfortunate booking issue at another B&B for our last days, we were lucky enough to find ourselves at the White Bride. We had the double room on the ground floor.

If you are unsure, pick this hostel. The girls at reception always had great recommendations and knew what they were talking about. Everyone at the hostel was super nice and welcoming.

Just back from a week long stay at this little gem if a hotel. Saw some negative reviews before we went and honestly how anyone could complain is beyond me.
Firstly great value.

It’s so cozy and family-like. Felt super safe and comfy instantly. Nice garden and rooftop and other spots to hang out. Location is very convenient for whatever you have planned.

Historical artifacts adorn this cosy, central, yet close to beach travellers hostel.

Positive: Everything was good, nice hot shower, friendly staff. Negative: Could have done with thicker bedding for the time of year.

Very clean and nice aesthetic hostel! The personell was super nice! Lived my stay there, they also had a kitchen and you could buy water and soda there (not expensive).

We had a good experience here. Nice courtyard and clean kitchen. The beds were very comfortable but the rooms where a little on the small side so just a little hard to maneuver if the room w as full.

Nice clean hostel in the middle of the old town. But far from the beach (30-45 min walk) but the old town is nice and still very Portugese.

Family owned hostel — met mother and daughter. One of the best host I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. It felt as if I was staying at a very close family members home.

Very well run lovely stay here. Staff was excellent anytime I needed something they was able to help or advise. Really clean ideal location aswell.

Really nice hostel, more like a hotel. Immaculate. Good kitchen and nice common room with TV. Rooms are great and beds are comfy. Staff are great.

Great hostal, new and modern and spacious with everything you could need and want. My only complaint would be at 11 in the morning staff come in and wake you changing bedding.

Definitely a great choice to end my trip, installations are amazing, very clean and well organized.

Had a fantastic week at Sagres Sun Stay.

We (F49, M54) liked the private room a lot! The location is great, the vibe is good and the personnel is very kind. Breakfast was decent. Prices are very good.

I passed by for lunch enroute to Spain. Pork cheek was great, so was the wine. The mouse was delicious.
Perhaps because it was valentine, the place was packed.

Visited the restaurant for lunch. Good food, 6 specials of the day which included coffee and dessert. Ordered the specials for the family and food was served quickly and was fresh and tasted great.

Had an excellent stay at this hostel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great location for a vacation in the Algarve. Staff was friendly, rooms and bathrooms were clean and the place was quiet which is huge plus!

Sweet rooms with a lot of nice details like fruits and water for arrival, a nice light concept and a terrace. The service is great and the Location super central.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in a female two bedroom. Had a roommate the first night and the whole room to myself the second night. Everything was very clean and well kept.

The location of the place was quite central but in a peaceful corner. The rooms were clean. The entire staff was very friendly and fuss free.
