I spent a week in Ludo's beautiful guesthouse and can highly recommend it. Nice vibe and interior, clean, cozy, there's place to store surfboards… and Ludo is a great host. Plus, there is a pool.
Great location near Arrifana and Monte Clerigo. You can do some nice walks in the area. It’s very well maintained, clean and the breakfast is good.
Everything was perfect. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere of the place and the kindness and thoughtfulness of the owners, Yaël and Luca.
Loved our stay at Sunday Morning Guesthouse. Even though we were in the ‘smaller’ room, we had plenty of space. The breakfast was delicious and Stefan gave us lots of helpful tips for the area.

We loved this hotel. We visited early November so not a lot of people around but it's clean, the food is actually very good, and the staff super pleasant and friendly.
We’ve stayed at the Palm Gardens before and found it to be good again. We’d booked a one bedroom but we’re given a two bedroom for the same price — a nice touch. The beds were fine, it also was quiet.
My stay was fantastic. The rooms were big and clean. The location was amazing 🤩. If you walk for 2-5 minutes you can see an ocean view from the cliff and also can do trekking.
The staff are very helpful, friendly and full of smiles, they always try their best to help us when we request something. It is a very clam relaxing hotel suitable for people who want a peaceful time.

The hotel complex is quite large and spaced out, but unfortunately I found my room almost the furthest away from reception and restaurant, and on the 1st floor.
The hotel is so german that it almost feels like you are in germany.
Spent 5 days here with friends on a golfing trip. Golf courses were good. Food and beverages were very good. Accommodation was needing lots of attention.

We visit the Baia Grande every winter. This year we arrived in Nov not January and it was nice to see the Pool Bar was open, we have never used that before.
My partner stayed at the Baia Grande over the first week of November and had a fabulous break.
It’s a great place to spend a holiday with family. For me, breakfast is the highlight of any hotel stay, and it’s often one of the main reasons I choose a particular hotel.

The staff at the hotel are wonderful. From checking in, valet, restaurant staff to checking out the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and nicely appointed.
Outstanding hotel! I would highly recommend staying here. The spa is incredible you have access to a Sauna, Turkish Bath, Hydro Therapy, indoor pool. The suites have everything you need to cook.
Was very impressed with our stay, location is away from the shops and supermarkets but the location not far from the beach is a bonus.
Fantastic location right by the sea. The rooms are well appointed and the spaces are well utilised. The restaurant has a great relaxed feeling as you enter and the foot was very good.
Lovely peaceful accommodation, slightly out of Lagos old town. Perfectly walkable for beaches (25 mins) and town (15 mins) but does need care walking back along road at night if you eat in town.

An absolutely wonderful and amazing place. An overnight stay does not allow one to enjoy the beauty of the home. The only drawback is a smaller room with nice ensuite but it is a shared home.

Service top notch, Food and Drinks superb, rooms up to newest standards. Not just newly refurnished, but with history in mind. Loved it here!
I strongly recommend Palacio de Tavira. It has a great location by a lovely square and is very close to the Roman bridge and everything you need.
Currently here on a 4 night stay. The room is a great size and the facilities are as advertised. Not sure if I was fortunate to get a room overlooking the course with a balcony but it's quite nice.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying with a group of close friends at Casa Tres Palmeiras, a charming bed-and-breakfast nestled in The Algarve district in south Portugal.
We booked it directly through the hotel website, unfortunately couldn't find any other options other than one bedroom apt that is located in ground floor.
Great staff, great location and nice rooms. Only faults we had was the restaurant was a little lack luster for breckfast in particular and the fold out bed was very uncomfortable. I would recommend.
