Great price for basic but clean, spacious and comfortable room. Friendly front desk service, fantastic location if you're using the airport (10 minute walk)

Great hotel with great staff. I like its modern and minimalistic design of the rooms and it is very clean.

Small hotel next to the airport.
We went down there for our last night, waiting for our flight back.
It's clean. Rooms are comfortable, and the bathroom is nickel.
Breakfast buffet. Nothing fancy, but that's enough.
There's even a swimming pool.
The staff are nice and welcoming.

The Manager is not commercial she takes the handicapped for mentally ill by cons the staff is very nice and helpful.

The hotel was quite near to the airport, very simple, the hotel was definitely for people who have to take a plane and want to spend that night near the airport. Although its simplicity it was very clean fully equipped, the only thing we didn't find was a good site to have breakfast, however the hotel was perfect.

Friendly staff at the counter, indeed very close to the airport and the rooms are clean, new and quite comfortable and reasonably quiet. Would visit again.

Simple, basic, all new, clean, section of the center, there is no restaurant, the reception is the bar, a bit scarce.

Nice hotel-of-way the attention bad.

I give 2 stars for the inability of the Director who asks me my disability card installed behind the windshield of the car on the site reserved for the holders of the so-called card. The employees are much more expected. I felt humiliated by contribution to this person's behaviour. Namely that I was disappointed at the view of the back garden and many other things.

Overall, quite decent hotel. Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Everything is spoilt by the not working wireless internet!

Very good condition and friendly service and close to faro airport perfect for one night before I go back home to Dublin ireland.

Airport hotel. Room small but adequate for one night. Luggage accepted on arrival if room not ready. Need taxi to get to airport or Faro. No food available. No views or attractions. Just bed between trips.

Great location near the airport. Perfect when you arrive midnight. Just a five minute walk to the hotel! Clean, modern and quiet. Added breakfast to our stay at the hotel and it was really worth it! It's five star from what you pay and what you need for starting your trip.

Very good Hotel The staff were very friendly and helpful. During my stay between the seven and eleven of this month of August 2017 I had the opportunity to check it. The first night I had vomit and I was very well attended in recession. But, last night, I lost my cell phone in a cab. When communicating at reception, TANIA got on the phone, gave notices… His shift ended at 00h and JOANA continued the proceedings; In perfect coordination he took over. At 7, 00h was again Tania at the front desk to do the relief and my phone arrived at the hotel from the hands of the same taxi driver before eight in the morning.

Just a few hundred metres from the airport but it's a pretty quiet place! Great for when your flight is in the early morning, breakfast is also very good here and there's a grocery store nearby.

Quality assured and has free parking which along with the Wi-Fi are great services, all the receptionist are very nice people and attentive.

Not a five star hotel, but I really liked it. The desk staff was great and very helpful. The room was tiny, but very clean and efficient. Just what I was looking for, a clean, cheap place to stay overnight before I moved on with my travels. Not a single complaint.

Ultimately this is an airport hotel so expectations are low, but the price was reasonable, the room was clean and recently refurbished, the staff were very friendly and the free Wi-Fi was great.

Simple hotel but very clean and new. The showers are excellent, which is what you want after flying.

Stay was very relaxing. Solid Breakfast buffet, supernah to the airport (you hear nothing of it, starting/landing runway in the other direction). Good connection to the bus network.
