Great. Prime location between old town and Jewish quarter. Quiet despite being close to main street. Friendly, attentive management.

The hotel is perfect for big groups, especially in the pandemic or the winter when you can't stay out late. It has a basement were you can all stay together.

Great location and very clean with everything you need. Comfy beds. No problems checking in and out.

Nice room. Nice shower. Water available in reception. Reception closes at 11pm so if you check in after this you have to call a number. Not really a mess around and they speak good English.

Very comfortable apartments in the heart of Old Town, which makes it very easy to just walk everywhere. The breakfast in the next door cafe is delicious.

Sociable but not noisy. Good price. Good quality area with a positive vibe. Both the hostel workers, the girl with the short hair and the lady from Ukraine, were both pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic facilities, friendly and helpful staff (thank you Joanna! ) and really good location outside the crowded area but at the same time super close to the city centre. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely apartment in a great location, 10 minute walk to Krakow old town square, and ideal location for transport to places further out of the city centre.

The room was pretty good, although there wasn't a stove in the room, and Wi-Fi wasn't working at first but was fixed right away as we stated the problem.
Service was good.

Pre pandemic, we went here every year for our February half term ski holidays. The appartments are great.

Very nice owner, great view! The rooms were well equipped but not extremely neat.
