Clean. Quiet, good location, had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and easy to check in.

Great stay. With a small kitchen with everything you need. Easy to have a quick meal. Quiet room. Clean and nice bathroom. Even though no reception but easy checkin.

Very good food. Friendly staff, excellent quality / price ratio.

We had a lovely 2 days here. Great location, very close to the old town, quiet, very nice room and access to a kitchen (not that we cooked). The breakfast was amazing.

Great apartment, nice and cozy, we had a parking space for our car and trailer which was a big plus. Difficult cu climb the stairs but was according to our expectations.

Booked to stay here a good few months ago. Communication between them and myself has been great since. Asking for early check in etc.

The young lady on reception was lovely. We wanted to print off some tickets for a show and she couldn’t have been more accommodating, by which I mean she did in fact print off the tickets.

The rooms are decent for a short visit of Krakow considering that you will be outside most of the time. The apartments are very closed to Old Town.

Comfortable simple apartments with great public transport links just outside & superb breakfast.

We arrived early evening, and a beautiful reception we received when checking in. We dropped our suitcases in our double room en-suite, and found we had all we needed.

Good couple of days here. Rooms very presentable and the price great for it's location. Only a couple of minutes walking to the main square.

Just returned from a 3 night break in Krakow and would highly recommend these apartments. We had a 3 bedroom apartment for our family and our friends stayed in the 1 bedroom option.

Amazing accommodation and easy to deal with. Central to everything we needed and safe for the family. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back.

The hotel is fantastic. The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean. One of the tables had some defects, but overall the furniture was well-maintained and clean.

Location is ideal for main square, room clean and has everything you want. Breakfast was perfect to start the day and the staff were very friendly.

The apartment on Gertrudy 7 was fantastic! We went as a family of 7 and we were not disappointed! The apartment had everything you could possibly want and need for a 5 night stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, so it was very quiet despite being right in the city center — no noise at all.

Stayed four nights in a twin and single room. Basic hotel, very clean, good shower, bed comfy enough.

The hotel was very welcoming, clean and comfortable, basic but exactly what was needed for a city break where you spend most of the time exploring the city, I enjoyed my stay.

Our room was very clean, plenty of towels, robes, little bottles of shampoo and body wash, beds comfortable, and was quiet. There are plenty of outlets.

Fantastic rooms! Incredible location! Great price! We stayed for 3 nights and every night we slept great. Lovely exposed brick rooms. En suite toilet and jacuzzi bath. Very very nice.

A decent hotel room was warm.
And clean bathroom looked new it has a lift and secure entry system. Yes it can be a bit noisy.

Enjoyed our stay at the leone apart hotel. I only had one issue and that was because our rooms were not beside each other but there’s nothing can be done about that.

Do not be put off when you first arrive! The Aparthotel is all you need when visiting the city on a short break. It’s spotless the staff cannot be more obliging nothing is too much trouble.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Krakow! From start to finish, the experience was flawless.

This hotel is literally opposite the terminal building. I arrived in the middle of the night and managed to book in quickly and had a good night's sleep.

Complimentary earplugs are a bit worrying, and there was significant noise from the stairways; — but it was not too bad in the upstairs bedroom…

Good equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good location. The late check-in (after midnight) process was clear and quick. In that case you should only let them know. I have only one small complaint.

I stayed here for the final eight days of my three-week stay in Kraków, and overall, the accommodation itself is excellent.

Very clean apartments, good location. But you have to walk 450m to the office to get the keys.
Another problem is that there's no lift in the building, keep it in mind if you have heavy luggage.

Home away from home. Wonderful apartment hotel at exceptional location in Krakow. The staff (Anna) were great help and kind.
