We wanted a hotel fit a short stay near the port in Dumaguete. This was perfect. Yes, the ruins are small and simple but the location and price are great. Plenty to eat around there.

The hotel is a bit old but the location and service are great. We picked this hotel for a short stay. It’s right by the port in Dumaguete. Walking distance.

It's good for me, as long as you can sleep good and good hot shower, and u can connect free Wi-Fi, can watch TV, and also nice because easy to take Van going home or going Airport.

Starting a hotel business can be challenging, but it also has its rewards.

Good accomodation, guba lang ang shower and it smelled like cigarettes at night even though it wasn't allowed to smoke in the rooms.

This place is for those who has luck of budget. Nice place though but not like the other. The price is affordable. And thats was good.

I was visiting from Japan and staying different AIRBNB nearby, and to eat breakfast I visited this Carinderia.
Since they cook food in the morning, they have more menus in the morning.

Budget-friendly single room accomodations.
Communal spaces are kept clean (6 toilet-shower combos) with shower shoes provided.
Showers need shelves, not nice to put toiletries on the toilet.

I have lived here for over 2 months and it’s been great. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and it’s only 10-15 minute walk to Ayala Mall.

Awesome place! Very clean and modern. We stayed here via Airbnb at Jeremy’s place. We feel comfortable and cozy in his place we so love the vibe.

The accommodation is new so you can enjoy the fact that everything works great, including mattress and pillows, fast Wi-Fi, hot water and with a mountain view, all at a price of 1000 pesos per night

I had the pleasure of staying here on the start of our 3 weeks trip and the end of our 3 weeks trip due to a flight change. I honestly can’t recommend enough!

We stayed here for 3 nights and I had great experience here although the toilet flush button is not working. Staff are very accommodating and friendly.

Nice and a quiet place. Near the mall and some fast food chain stores like McDonalds and Jollibee.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone because it’s a 7minutes drive to the Airport, their staff are polite and very responsive, and their foods are great with a reasonable price.

Ken runs a great duplex in the sky. I stayed in the one bedroom for a week and did lots of hiking in the area.

I often drive by Casa de Pueblo on our way to the Japanesse Shrine. It is a great looking house, quiet and cool sorroundings with Views of the mountains.

It is a cozy place for people who wants to get away from city life and swim in the sea. The air is fresh, the seawater is clear. The food is good and you can choose from different cottages.

My boyfriend and I went there. The staff were so nice even though we arrived late like at midnight. The breakfast was good. I haven't had papaya in such a long time.

Great cheap hotel near cebu Airport. Rooms are modern and clean however the building and garden look a bit tired and dated but this is reflected in the price. Easy check in process and helpful staff!

Cheap and that's about it. Off the main road and not easy to find, not clearly signed.
