They were lovely. Good and comfortable rooms and an amazing staff that wants to give you the best.
Also we went to a day tour with their travel agency, the aymara route was incredible, dont miss it!

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff who went above and beyond for us. Breakfast is a good price, beds are very comfy and shower is powerful and hot! Close to the main square.

Old style hotel. Very clean and friendly and helpful staff. Heater in room so cold not a problem. Conveniently located in the old town centre walking distance from bars and restaurants.

Nice hotel close to the center of Puno. We had a lovely room facing the courtyard. We had a hard time operating the shower, but manager came by and help with an attitude.

This was one of the better "charm" hotels we stayed in and it's location was very close to the town square and many restaurants and bars which was also a plus.

Very well located by the main plaza.
Internet was awful, so dont count on it unless you want to sit in the lobby.
Rooms were large and beds were comfy and warm.
Bathroom — needed new showerhead.

We had a lovely stay in Pukara house. We arrived at 5 am with our bus. After ringing the door we were let in directly.

The location is quite central, 5 minutes walk to the square. The hotel is good, the room is large, there is a large bathroom, there is hot water and the pressure is great.

This hotel is a lovely and ideal location in the heart of Puno! The staff is incredibly gracious and helpful!

Located in the center of town next to a church. Two blocks. You have a number of restaurants to explore. From the hotel you may have a view of lake Titicaca. Shopping is in the area.

The location is perfect — on a walking distance to the historical centre, but still on a quiet location. The room was ok, bed were comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean & nice, hot water all the time. They were so friendly and welcomed us at 5 in the morning after the night bus (we asked them before). Helped us with Taxis and advices.

Valeria is the best host imaginable. Rooms are spacious and the views incredible. Hosts went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

We came here for one night as part of our Intrepid tour of Peru. They were kind enough to have a heater going to warm the room up which was much appreciated. The shower was lovely and warm.

My travel agent booked me 2 nights in this hotel.
Rooms were clean and relatively well protected from the noise coming from the street.

We stayed here for one night. The accommodation on Lake Titcaca was clean and comfortable with amazing views. The use of kayaks is a bonus.

The hostal is run by a nice older couple. They were really helpful and booked me a tour of the Uros islands for a really cheap price (20 soles), taxi to the harbour included.

Brilliant hotel for an amazing price! We stayed in there Deluxe Suite with Bath. The room was HUGE and included a seating area, and the bed MASSIVE. The (jacuzzi!

Wow! My family and I cannot put into words how much we truly enjoyed the peaceful and phenomenal stay that we had at Titicaca Lodge.

What an incredible experience! From the pickup and the tour of the floating islands, the lodge itself and all the incredible food and hospitality, we had a perfect experience.

If you’d like a peaceful spot to spend a couple of days near Puno with a beautiful view over the lake then this is ideal. Comfortable rooms, very nice beach and good food (the trout is so fresh).

Such amazing staff working here! Our bus to Puno was delayed, and we did not arrive until 1am. It was cold, and as we had not booked anything in advance we were worried about finding a place to stay.
