Disappointed in the service. The receptionist tried charging us more then the actual cost, tried to put us in an different room then we paid for, lied to us about breakfast not being included and told us our reservation doesn’t give us our room. I recommend not coming here, go somewhere else!

Location was good because it’s inbetween the city centre and bus station. Manager is extremely friendly and we could see the effort he put into the hostel. However reception is rarely around. “Kitchen” is pretty much non existent and locked almost always. Fridge has broken for a long time and we were not informed until we brought back food to keep cold. The manager said he would put some of our food in his fridge but then when we asked for it later it was thrown out. Overall not happy about our stay but the rooms are clean and a good value for your money.
