The hotel was in a great location, right next to the center of the plaza, which made it easy to get around. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the service was friendly and reliable. Breakfast was not bad and changed daily, which was a nice touch. There were also some good dinner options nearby, making the overall stay pleasant and convenient.
My travel agent booked me 2 nights in this hotel.
Rooms were clean and relatively well protected from the noise coming from the street.
Service and all staff were helpful and friendly. Truly.
Location is top feature of the hotel.
Nonetheless, had troubles getting hot water for the shower in this cold climate. So, will have to deduct the point out of my review.

It was okay to stay here, the room and bed are very small but ok and location is perfect. However, we could hear the noise from the street and didn’t have a proper window so it was difficult to get fresh air and sleep.
I did my laundry and a shirt came back destroyed. I asked if they could do anything about it and they only said sorry. I would expect at least not to pay for the laundry service. The breakfast could be better as the bread I had was very hard and dry.
