A nice, family run hotel with comfy beds, hot showers, lots of Wi-Fi and wonderful service. Conveniently located two blocks from the Plaza.

Very sweet owner with amazing amenities, spacious rooms and very clean. Great price/ quality. Basic but great breakfast. Just what is needed.

Great central location for Puno and going to Lake Titicaca. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Also brought a wonderful breakfast to our room. Rooms clean, tidy and cosy beds.

We loved our stay here. The staff is really friendly (and loved on our dogs! ) the location is perfect, the showers hot, the beds comfy and the Wi-Fi strong. Such a great value for this little gem!

Very comfortable, we l9ved that there were 4 different pillows to choose from, whether you like a firm or softer pillow.

I love this little hotel. Stayed twice! Peru is my 104th country (business and tourism), so I’d like to think I have a good grasp on scale. This review takes into account this is a ~$22/night hotel.

Without a doubt a good rest after having walked a lot in Cuzco, the bed was very large and had a heater in the room, very useful since it is cold in Puno during the nights.

Good hotel in a good location. Near to all local attractions. Wi fi only worked in reception. Breakfast was ok. Staff were great and friendly. No lift was hard work.

Old style hotel. Very clean and friendly and helpful staff. Heater in room so cold not a problem. Conveniently located in the old town centre walking distance from bars and restaurants.

Nice hotel close to the center of Puno. We had a lovely room facing the courtyard. We had a hard time operating the shower, but manager came by and help with an attitude.

Wonderful stay — Andres was really welcoming and helpful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the views across the lake are amazing.

I can highly recommend this place. The owner Andres does everything to make you feel comfortable. His hospitality and kindness really stands out.

Very well located by the main plaza.
Internet was awful, so dont count on it unless you want to sit in the lobby.
Rooms were large and beds were comfy and warm.
Bathroom — needed new showerhead.

Our room was very cosy and we were warm through the night although the heat pump was a little bit noisy. We only had it on before going to bed which was enough.

We stayed in Puno for three nights and really enjoy our accommodation in Totorani. Alberto, the owner, is very kind and considerate, and made our stay easy and confortable.

Super friendly hostess. We only stayed 1 night before we started our Titicaca tour. We were able to leave the bags and when we returned 2 days later we could have a shower.

They were lovely. Good and comfortable rooms and an amazing staff that wants to give you the best.
Also we went to a day tour with their travel agency, the aymara route was incredible, dont miss it!

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff who went above and beyond for us. Breakfast is a good price, beds are very comfy and shower is powerful and hot! Close to the main square.

This hotel was so so kind and accommodating. My group had a mix up with our dates and they immediately fixed and helped us. Then our bus got canceled and they let us stay an extra night.

Super friendly staff. Spoke excellent English. Filling and fresh breakfast included. I asked for a quiet room and they put me in the back away from the street. Very good value. Recommended!

This hotel is a lovely and ideal location in the heart of Puno! The staff is incredibly gracious and helpful!

Located in the center of town next to a church. Two blocks. You have a number of restaurants to explore. From the hotel you may have a view of lake Titicaca. Shopping is in the area.

The location is perfect — on a walking distance to the historical centre, but still on a quiet location. The room was ok, bed were comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean & nice, hot water all the time. They were so friendly and welcomed us at 5 in the morning after the night bus (we asked them before). Helped us with Taxis and advices.

I think the location is perfect. Breakfast is good for 40 Soles cash only that I paid for one night directly booking there.

The views are amazing! You can see the lake and the mountains. The rooms are very clean and well managed. The bathrooms are clean as well. The food was good too; authentic Peruvian food is served.

My stay at Alpaluxe Lodge in Amantani was exceptional. Oswaldo Cansin and his family provided amazing hospitality and service, and Justa's delicious meals were a highlight.

Amazing experience. Incredible hosts, very nice bedroom, delicious food. An excellent example how a lodge should be. Spectacular photos from the balcony.

Sweetest hostess we‘ve met on our journey, we arrived in puno with the night bus and booked a dorm (they gave us a privatroom).

What a great place! The rooms were good and there was plenty of hot water but it was the amazing staff that made this my favorite stay in south America.
